It has chairs, towels, cooler, washer/dryer, new fridge, full kitchen with pots/pans/utensils, and the place was super clean. It's steps away from some shops and is right across from the beach. In addition, it was very spacious for a one bedroom condo. The pull out couch is a little older, but was fine for my kids. The bedroom didn't have an AC unit, but the ceiling fan did the job. The management company, Bello Realty, was always very responsive when I had questions and they were extremely professional. Zero complaints here and I would not hesitate to rent this property again. If you are on the fence, don't be. You will not regret it!

This vacation spot was in a perfect location will lovely ocean views. Every detail was perfect for my stay--plenty of kitchen supplies for cooking and enjoying meals on the lanai with epic views. Comfortable space with clean and tidy amenities. Walking distance to the beach for perfect sunsets, relaxing on the beach, and snorkeling. Try the snowcones at Beach Street nearby:) I will certainly book again for my next Maui adventure! Mahalo

This condo has everything that you need! Newly renovated kitchen & bathroom! 2 New Beach chairs. Large cooler.Bed is really comfortable! Nice sunset view.

We liked the condo and the area. The condo had everything we needed and the layout was just right for two people. There was plenty of storage space and we were happy to find beach equipment, however the beach chairs have seen their better days. The kitchen was well equipped and even a few spices in the cupboard. There were plenty of towels and sheets and it was great to have our own washer and dryer. The negative things we could say are that it needs some upgrading especially the bathroom and the kitchen cupboards, appliances and closet doors. The patio furniture appears to have been there for a very long time, could use some new furniture. Everything worked but seriously needs replacing. All in all we enjoyed our stay.

Shower controls need to be replaced. Difficult to turn on water. Ice maker in refrigerator not working. Very few glasses.

Good value for price. The beach chairs were almost unusable and no umbrella. Lovely view comfy bed.

But needs both general updating and short term maintenance. Things like a broken ice maker, microwave where most buttons don’t work, beach chairs on their last legs, and no beach umbrella should be remedied right away. The place was generally clean but the coffee maker was full of old grounds and mold. A chaise lounge or other comfy seating for the lanai would be a good addition as well.

The Carpet on the lanai keep blowing up! I think the unit could use updating with new Kitchen essentials. Also I think it would be nice if the unit supplied beach supplies, for instance a cooler beach chairs umbrella and clean snorkel equipment. We love the location. The pool and hot tub are amazing. We really enjoyed our stay here! The condo has everything you need and is so close to the beach and restaurants, we always walked. Really can't complain about anything. Just know the shower is tricky to turn on, you have to pull the knob toward you with a lot of force to open the water.

Loved the area and the view. Pool was great too. The property managers took a long time to get back to me and stopped responding. When I arrived there was no internet. It was a big deal as I’m sure it would be for most. They apologized said it would be done right away. Arrived Monday night and not resolved until Thursday late morning. I was told I would receive credit back to me for 3 days of paying my own provider for service. Still haven’t heard from them. Once the wifi got installed and I could carry on with my day I discovered when they installed it they lost the cable…. Not a big deal as not a lot of time for tv but I had it for the first 3 days….. they never came to fix it. Or even respond. I told them about the blind off the roller no response. I highly recommend not to use this property manager. But stay at Kihei Alii Kai! Beautiful place close to everything and though outdated it’s just what I needed.

We took a 2 minute walk to Kamaole Beach and swam in the bay everyday. We enjoyed preparing our meals in the kitchen. This is our second year staying here and we hope to coma again next year.

Wonderful stay, beautiful location…very clean and comfortable. I highly recommend this property and will absolutely be staying here again in the near future. It is located in the perfect location, many food options close by as well as shopping. This condo is literally steps to the beach and the ocean view is perfect for watching the sunset. The patio was a huge bonus and we spent every morning and evening there. I can’t say enough good things about this place ❤️

Great location. Nice spacious apartment. Not necessarily modern in terms of decor or appliances but everything worked perfectly and it was comfortable and clean. Was really pleased that the place had a bunch of beach gear like chairs, coolers, beach towels, gear etc which made it really easy to enjoy time at the beach. Would stay again.

Usually stay at the Royal Mauian across the street but this condo was just as convenient! Super clean, super big, super fun. Highly recommend

The property has everything you need. Beach chairs, toys, umbrella and cooler. It was very clean and a good view of the ocean! My only complaint was the managers. They don’t respond to emails. The parking is sometimes bad here! And you have to go get a parking pass! All in all. It was amazing! We loved the location!

Unit was clean and beautiful! Perfect location for viewing the sunset, walking to the beach, and all the life that Kihei has to offer. Will definitely be staying here again for future vacations.

The property is across the street from Kamaole I beach, and a short walk to KII and KIII. Near is a convenience store for shopping, shave ice, food trucks, other restaurants and rentals, and really is the perfect location for your vacation. Sunsets are spectacular from KI, and the beach is awesome. The condo has all the basics but could use a little friendly touch-ups, like new pots/pans, spices, a guidebook to places around the location, and caulk in the bathroom, but the bed is comfortable and all that we needed otherwise provided. We had a great time, thank you!

Nice centrally located condo close to amenities short distance from beach condo was clean upon arrival couldn’t get cable going so used personal Netflix account parking was our only complaint
