We recently stayed at this fantastic house and it was everything we hoped for and more! The property featured a private dock and pool, which were perfect for our family. We spent countless hours fishing and crabbing right off the dock, and the pool was a great way to cool off and relax.
The kitchen was spacious and well-equipped, making it easy to prepare meals for our group. We also loved the abundance of outdoor seating options, which allowed us to enjoy the beautiful weather and scenic views comfortably.
Overall, this house provided the perfect setting for a memorable vacation. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway with plenty of amenities and activities!

Well maintained large private property, nice big dock, we were able to bring our own boat, fun to fish and crab from dock and kayak/paddle board in the quiet cove area. Nice large screened in porch, good sized pool, very clean, quiet, fully stocked kitchen, easy check-in process, ample parking for multiple cars and our boat trailer. Allowing pets was an added bonus!! My family ranging from ages 9-71 years old enjoyed our 5 day, 4 night stay. Would definitely rent again! Thank you for sharing your home.

Everything was perfect, the house, pool, and dock! Relaxed in the pool, crabbed from the dock and watched the deer and rabbits from the dining room window. We did not want for anything! Would definitely return!!!!!!!!!!

Property was clean and well supplied. We loved the private dock that was perfect for crabbing, fishing and paddle boarding. The charcoal grill was a surprise so make sure you bring charcoal and lighter fluid. Our only challenge was the number of flies. I'm told that this is a problem in the entire area. Bring fly strips!
We loved the screened in porch. Be careful of the ceiling fans if you are tall.

It was a wonderful location! Not only did we crab off the dock but we brought our boat. We caught the biggest crabs..just amazing. The kitchen was FULLY equipped! Love the pool and the screen in porch. House had everything that is needed. It was so peaceful, quiet, and relaxing!

My family and I had a great, peaceful stay with fun times crabbing off the dock and swimming in the pool. We caught dozens of crabs! Addie was quick to respond to questions and address the pool issues. We encountered many flying insects, but we were able to fend them off with a few cans of insect repellent, and the property has mosquito traps that were very helpful. The multiple refrigerators were great to keep cold drinks on hand, and the kitchen was well-appointed. The layout of the house worked out well with everyone having their own room and then everyone being able to comfortably hang out and watch movies in the family room. The privacy of the property and serene waterfront views added to the peaceful nature of the property. It was a wonderful place to spend time with family and relax.

We thoroughly enjoyed the spacious, well-equipped, comfortable home and property, spending much of our time on the screened porch and around the pool. We enjoyed crabbing and fishing from the dock as well. The house was perfect for six adults and two children. In the words of our 10-year-old granddaughter, “This is the best vacation house ever!”

Our family looks for good place to stay for crabbing yearly, by far this is the best place so far. The house is clean, well stocked, has pool for kids who has no interest in fishing or crabbing and the location is great for crabbing. We caught good size delicious crabs!! Perfect home with 1 floor, great space and rooms for everyone. Our kids and dog loved running around house and big yard. The description in 5 bathrooms was disappointing if you didn't read in details of what they are. It's actually 3 full bathrooms, 1 half bath and 1 outdoor shower that no one even bother to go in. Overall our stay was exceptional excellent!!

This is the second time my family and I have rented Serenity Acres and the second time we have enjoyed swimming in the pool, crabbing and fishing off the dock, and kayaking in the cove and around Fishing Creek. The house is big enough for all (9 of us) to have privacy if needed, and the kitchen, dining, and living room combo is more than enough room to gather. We had a wonderful stay and will definitely be considering a return stay!!

Wonderful family vacation
We had a great time at Serenity Acres. The house is as large as the photos show. We LOVED the pool, the ice maker and the way the bun machine makes coffee fast! Even though it rained a lot, the bugs weren't too bad. We spent hours outside every day and weren't bit much. Never used our insect repellant.
The birds are fantastic. You can hear birds calling all the time. There are eastern bluebirds, bald eagles, swallows, doves, so many mocking birds and more to be seen every day.
We hope to return someday.

The grilled salmon, steelhead, peppers, asparagus and toasted garlic bread was again perfect. We arrived via boat and the dock was safe and the water was deep enough for our I/O's and OB's. The kitchen was the best equipped kitchen that we have ever stayed. The flow of people around the island was great. The peninsular layout on the side was easy for displaying the food in a buffet fashion. Let's not forget how big a hit the pool was for everyone. Serenity Acres is the perfect name for this property
Serenity Acres was the perfect getaway for my family. All 11 of us thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. We ranged in age from 3 to 82. The house was very clean and the lay out was perfect for gathering and for alone time. The house is well stocked with pots, pans, seasonings, ice (from the ice machine), paper products, hand soaps, dishwasher pods, washer and dryer pods and sheets, etc.
We barely saw another person the entire time we stayed, save the neighbors in the distance walking their dog and 2 jet-skiers on Saturday afternoon. We stayed the latter half of Labor Day week, so that may have contributed to the serenity and peacefulness, but even if it had been 'busy,' this property is secluded and private.
The dock was perfect for fishing for small fish and crabbing. We caught enough crabs to have a small 'crab feast' and we used the provided JO seasonings. They were delicious!! We rented kayaks (local rental who delivered right up to the water on the property) and a few of the family experienced their first time kayaking! We swam in the pool every day.
Unfortunately, the week before our stay, Ida (tropical storm) went through the area. Therefore. the grounds were very wet and the mosquitos were unrelenting. We didn't let that stop up though. A quick trip to Walmart (10 minutes away) for some plastic, waterproof shoes and bug spray, and problem solved!!
All in all, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Serenity Acres and look forward to visiting again!

Great get away, very private property
A great place to stay. Very roomy. Large kitchen with everything you need to prepare a meal or make a few cocktails. Very nice pier with good water depth. Meet the neighbor which he pointed out some hot spots for crabbing.
We took down a little corn and had it spread out next to the woods. Had anywhere from 4-8 deer feeding on it all times of the day. Grand kids love watching them. My Granddaughters 2&4 caught some small fish off of the pier along with crabs
The owners had 2 crab traps which we kept baited and caught more crabs!
Screened in patio, plus another air condition patio also. All with nice ceiling fans.
Don’t think twice about renting this vacation home. It has everything that you would expect a vacation getaway would have

The house was so beautifully laid out and quite sound proof between rooms! The pool was clean and had a child proof fence around it. We caught lots of crabs off of the pier using our traps and the owners traps. A memorable vacation!

Perfectly Private
We had a wonderful stay at this lovely and expansive property! The house was amazingly clean upon our arrival and the house and property were everything we had hoped it would be. The pool was wonderful and the dock access was a fun adventure each day. The owners were easy to work with and extremely responsive to all of our inquiries; they even went out of their way to return a large suitcase we accidentally left behind within a few short days after our departure. Can't wait to return!
