We really enjoyed our stay at Casa Windsor. The home is very well stocked with items that previous guests have left behind (i.e. paper products, coffee, cooking supplies, etc). While in the instructions you receive remind you to bring many things, we found the house to be very well stocked. The pictures do not do it justice, the home is even prettier upon arrival. There is only one master, and with three families staying together, asking the other two families to share the one other bath was a bit tight, wouldn’t do that again (property says sleeps 12, we had 10, not sure how 10 people are expected to share the one small bathroom). Owner was very responsive and easy to get a hold of with any questions. Overall, we recommend this property to anyone interested in staying in Puerto Encanto that is about 20 minutes south of Puerto Penasco. Fun that many locals offer massage, banana boat rides, and local trinkets and hair braiding. The kids loved that! There is also a beverage/snack hut at the property entrance where they can deliver food/drinks to you on the beach, the Pina Coladas were yummy and fancy.

The place was just as advertised. The check in/check out was very easy. The property manager was very helpful, she helped us get massages on the patio over looking the beach. The beach house has all an the amenities to make a great vacation. I would highly recommend staying here.

We had a group of 10 family members stay here for 3 nights in March. When we arrived the house was very clean, and the view of the ocean was gorgeous! We felt safe and relaxed during our stay, and everything we needed was provided! Kim was very responsive to all of our questions, and it was a great experience!

The beach home was lovely. Great location. Kimberly and her husband were very attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Would definitely stay here again. Beach was beautiful and peaceful. No crowds. Just a few people and lots of wildlife.

Had a breaker go out and the fridge did not work. Luckily they had a maintenance guy who was awesome named Jesse and he was able to take care of it.

My stay was very pleasant. I was able to get a massage and ride the banana boat on this private beachfront home.

The sand dollars and shells were abundant. The tides move in and out 50-70 yards leaving all kinds of treasures behind. The house was perfect for our family of four + 1 dog, but could easily accommodate 4-6 more. Kitchen had everything we needed and the beds were super comfortable. Great video library and Netflix. But the shooting stars and milky way from the roof top deck at night were the real show. Only caveats for us was the occasional visits from a Wyllie Coyote right around sunset and, being that we were there right after a monsoon cycle, the mosquitos and heat/humidity (which cleared up48hrs later) were quite formidable. Thanks for the wonderful stay Kim!

People come by with banana boats and jet skis if you want, even masseuese’s are traversing the beach. Even with all that, you have so much privacy. All in all we had a great trip! This was by far the BEST vacation I have been on, and it was mainly due to this amazing home and location. Kim is so wonderful to work with and takes care of anything you need. My family and friends and 2 dogs stayed here and absolutely LOVED it! The private beach is absolutely gorgeous and the house felt like a family home. We will definitely be staying here every time we come to Mexico!!

We had an amazing family vacation with our kids and this home was a huge part of why our trip was so successful. It is a beautiful home with plenty of space for us and our 5 kids. The home is well kept and had all of the amenities you could want, even WiFi that was acceptable to the teens. :) There is a large parking area in front of the home that leads to a beautiful courtyard. Once you walk into the front door you are almost overwhelmed by the amazing view of the beach and ocean. Everything in the home worked great. It was very clean and there were plenty of towels. Beds were comfy. There is a large family room where we gathered at night to watch a movie (DirecTV and TV apps) and talk. The kitchen is large, with a large dining table next to it. Kim helped us rent Jet Skis (which was the kids' favorite activity). Thank you so much for letting us stay in your home. We will be back. Hopefully soon.

Great location, great house and very clean. We were welcomed with the AC and music on....best welcome in the many years renting homes in Playa Encanto. We had a few mishaps but Kim was great and attended to the issues quickly. The one complaint is the mosquitos. We weren’t able to be outside early mornings and evenings. Most guests were covered with bites. This was the first time having such bad experience with mosquitos. Perhaps fumigating will fix the problem.

We absolutely loved our stay at Casa Windsor. The house far exceeded our expectations, right down to the exterior shades which allowed my husband much needed rest with the extra hours of darkness. The location was perfect right on the beach. They had kayaks, nice beach chairs along with other things for beach fun. We thoroughly enjoyed the back patio in the evenings, which was equipped with plenty of furniture. The kitchen was well stocked and the brickwork added a really nice ambiance. The communication with Kim and Barney was quick and very accommodating. We have zero complaints and look forward to visiting again. Thank you for a perfect getaway.

Everything about this place is convenient and friendly! The house is fully loaded and Kim is attentive and easy to get in contact with! The beach is by far the best one we have been to. (Sand for days and lots of shells.) The house easily accommodated 2 families totaling 9. We had food for an army and we cooked well in the equipped kitchen. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to spend our week or rest and play!

We stayed for 4 nights with 2 full families. Plenty of room for kids and adults. Wifi worked great and had a sound system inside and outside. House was fully stocked and you can't beat the location. Perfect sandy beach. Kim was very helpful and answered any questions we had very quickly. Would chose this property again and again.

Playa Encanto is our favorite place to stay in Puerto Penasco, and we are so happy to have found this new rental! We had ten people at Casa de Windsor and really enjoyed our stay. The house was beautiful and and we never felt cramped. We love to cook and appreciated the well-stocked kitchen. The teens who braved the cold water and wind rented their kayaks and had a blast! Even though the weather was bad, we were able to stay warm with the fire pit on the back patio. The adults, as well as the teenagers, really appreciated the block-out shades on the bedroom windows! The property manager was friendly and accommodating, and we are looking forward to staying here again!
