The townhome is very close to shops and a short drive to the beach. The home has a nice community pool and I enjoyed the back patio area for morning coffee. Host is great at communicating, kitchen stocked with all bakeware needs and affordable! I would stay here again!

We had a nice time very quiet area for the most part. Unfortunately the landscaping company was there all week manicuring the property and it scared my grandson who is autistic and the noise really bothered him

This little townhouse is perfectly placed in the middle of everything and a quick drive to anything you could possibly want! Outlets, beaches, restaurants, boardwalk, the community pool and/or Jungle Jim's! We quickly made friends with (permanent/long-term) neighbors and (vacationing/out-of-town) renters and felt right at home with everyone. There's definitely a sense of community as soon as you put your car in park. Once inside the home, there's plenty of space for everyone to sit and not be on top of each other. Little extras, like the games, playing cards, VHS movies (LOL) and throw blankets on the sofa were a nice little surprise. The few times I had problems within the home, Lisa offered to quickly get someone to the home to resolve the issue.

A great place to stay in Rehoboth! Close to everything! Wonderful pool! The house was roomy and a very cozy home away from home. Quiet area at night and a nice place to take a walk our bicycle.

We had a last minute opening in our schedules to get away for vacation. We picked a winner when we chose Lisa’s home. She quickly approved our dates and was very thorough in giving us all the information we needed. Check in was a breeze, her home is lovely and has all the creature comforts for a relaxing stay. The location is close to the beach, restaurants, convenience stores and anything you might need. We would recommend her to anyone looking to enjoy the area and stay in quality accommodations .

Communication with host was great, condo was larger than it looked in the pictures, pool is right around the corner and the Restaurant and marketplace within walking distance are awesome!

This was a fantastic place! You could avoid the Route 1 traffic and drive to the beach in about 5 minutes. Lisa (owner) was wonderful and responded quickly when we needed something. I would definitely book again!

The owner was very responsive and easy to work with! Easy location to Rehoboth and Dewey. House works well for kids but could use some upgrades such as fresh paint, new toilets, and removal of some of the stuff. The pool is a short walk away and is small, but nice and clean. All in all, it worked really well for us.

This was the most comfortable home we've stayed in! The location is perfect, close to the beaches but beyond the beach traffic. Lisa was wonderful from the beginning of the reservation process right through to the end of our stay! We hope to stay here again next year! The French family

Typically we rent something a little larger. Our family of four with two small children go with my retired parents. We try to rent a place with a family room and living room so that my parents can seperate from our kids if they need a break. We typically reserve a place in February for August. However, with the pandemic this year, we were unable to reserve a place until July. The places we would normally rent were not available. This place looked smaller but we were desperate. I was worried we would all be right on top of one another. However, the layout is very nice. Lots of seating in the living room. A nice dining room table for sit down meals. The pool was lovely. The kids loved the bunk beds. The other community members we chatted with throughout the week were very kind. Traffic and overall crowdedness wasn't bad. I think a lot of people avoided the beaches this year. Although we didn't do the same activities we normally would, such as the boardwalk and kids rides, we still had a great vacation. We did go to Jungle Jim's one day. We went to Tower Beach for a few hours one day. We went and saw Jurrasic Park for $6 a seat. We were one of 3 parties in the the theater. We hit the pool up every day. We did have one morning that was blustery and rainy as Hurricane Isaias came through. I would encourage Lisa to store some candles someplace in the home. The power was out for a few hours. We didn't want to use our phones as flashlights because we didn't want to waste the batteries as we were unable to recharge them. There was one flashlight in the kitchen. The bathrooms can get pretty dark even during the day when the power is out. The house was clean. The AC, washer and dryer worked great. The rooms could use some new fans even if they are just $20 box fans from Walmart. Other then that the house is great. I highly recommend it. And, Lisa is great to work with. Very pleasent.

This townhouse was exactly what we needed--affordable, available on short notice, and a good "home base" to go to many different beaches. You do have to drive to get to those beaches (5-15min depending on your beach of choice) but for us it was not a problem. The pool is in the townhouse community--it is very clean and not often crowded. The pool isn't that large but again, just right for us. The townhouse allowed our teens to have their own rooms, and the living room has plenty of seating. Kitchen is very functional, with all the things you'd expect. The appliances are dated, but everything worked fine. If you are looking for someplace with high end appliances or on the boardwalk, this isn't it. But if you want a clean, quiet, peaceful affordable place to go to the beach, this is. a good option. Lisa is also wonderful to work with. We'd stay here again.

Lisa was a great owner to work with. The AC wasn't working our first night there (and of course it was very hot and humid) - Lisa made sure that someone came to take care of it so that we wouldn't have to sleep without AC. We enjoyed the house and the great location so close to Rehoboth Beach & boardwalk. The community is very nice and quiet as well. Thanks for a wonderful week!

Clean, well equipped kitchen. Room for six of us and two kids. Pool on site is fabulous. Neighborhood, despite being one block from Route 1, is quiet. Owner is responsive to emails, texts. Location is terrific: Beaches at Rehoboth and Lewes are both do-able. One screwup with washing machine affected our visit, but otherwise house was fine.

I rented this home with my two children and my parents and brother. We had a lovely time. My children really enjoyed the super beachy decorations and vibrant colors. The house gave us plenty of space to enjoy together time as well as be able to have privacy. The neighborhood is clean, quiet, and safe and the pool is a fun bonus for when you want an easy day. The location is close to most attractions but you will need to drive everywhere. We had no issues getting a third parking (visitor) spot. The kitchen has all the equipment you need and there is a washer and dryer on site. The furnishings were comfortable and the house was clean. Other than needing a few minor repairs and maybe a technology update or two the house was perfect. Lisa was an absolute pleasure to work with. She is friendly, reasonable, and understanding. I would definitely rent this home again.

Lisa, the homeowner, is a joy to communicate with, and is very thorough helping you with the process - as I was new to VRBO. Her home is very clean and laid out nicely. The neighbors are delightful, and very open to guests. Excellent location - can walk to the beach but it takes about 25 minutes - but you can stop along the way to local establishments. Very satisfied with the whole experience.

We were hesitant to book a place that wasn't within walking distance of the boardwalk, but the pool in this little community was wonderful. Our little girls didn't even notice the short drive into downtown Rehoboth. I actually really enjoyed being more centrally located to the other attractions—outlet shopping, other restaurants outside of the main strip, Dewey, Bethany, etc. Great house, can't wait to go back.

This place was exactly as described. There were three of us with 5 kids and it was perfect! Less than 5 minutes to the boardwalk and in walking distance to stores and restaurants. The pool was a great alternative to the beach. Lisa is an excellent host and we already booked for next year’s trip!!

We had a wonderful time. House was super cute and very clean. Made us feel right at home. Short distance from the boardwalk and beach. This was our first stay in Rehoboth and definitely not our last. We will be back next year. Renting from Lisa was a wonderful experience and we can’t wait to do it again next year! Thank you again.

The property is just as described and suited the needs of our group of five very well. The location is ideal. With the money we saved on this rental property compared to those east of the coastal highway, it was no trouble to pay to park in Rehoboth on our beach days! Lisa is an exceptionally attentive owner and I found her to be helpful and pleasant in all our dealings.

We felt like we were at home

When we arrived, we were basically set to go with the help of the owner. She informed us of everything we needed and what to expect. She had little extra stuff supplied like Old Bay and plenty of dishes (not the usual 6 place settings). The property was close too many things, just a short drive. My family had a great time and will return.

This is a great place to stay in a great location. It was more than enough space for our family of 5. It is well stocked with everything you might need. Clean and comfortable. Lisa is great to work with, she responds quickly and is very informative. We had a great stay and hope to return.

Lisa's house was very fun and beachy. We had a party of 8, with 4 younger children and a teenager. Plenty of space for all of us. Very quick drive to the beach, as well as close to outlets on Rt 1. Parking outside the front of the house. a pool that's a very close walk (and I was in my 3rd trimester when we stayed) Lisa is very accomadating and quick to respond to any communications we had. Great place with a great price and great location if you don't mind a quick drive to the beach and boardwalk, and it was always the opposite way if traffic and we were able to not hot the main drag, where they're a TON of traffic due to pedestrians.

Lisa's house was very well kept, had everything we needed, and had tons of space at an affordable price! We had a group of 6 visiting and had plenty of room for all of us. The kitchen had everything we needed. Lisa communicates really well and leaves great instructions for house/amenities usage. She was very pleasant and great to rent from. We didn't get to use the pool because of weather, but we had a great time playing in the backyard and on the screened-in porch instead. The drive into Dewey is very short and there are plenty of store and restaurants within 1 mile of the house. I would definitely rent this house again.

When we arrived at the condo (my husband and I, one adult son, and a grandchild) we immediately felt at home. The house is roomy, comfortable, well laid out, nicely appointed with a beachy theme, and it doesn't seem to lack a thing you may need to use during your stay, other than what the renter is reminded to bring. The kitchen is equipped with everything one needs to prepare a meal. There is a toy closet full of toys, games and movies, chairs for the beach (which is beautiful), a nice community pool a very short walk away, nearby shopping outlets, restaurants, and an entertaining stretch of boardwalk. Many other activities are available, and most are close by. Despite being in a neighborhood near so much activity, the condo is located in a quiet, peaceful residential area. We loved our stay so much, that we would like to return. The owner is wonderful, and readily answers any questions and concerns one might have.
