The perfect place to relax. Watching the sunrise in the morning from the balcony was a peaceful and relaxing experience. The place was up to date, clean and comfortable. Lots of restaurants close by. The beach is just a step off the well maintained porch. The property manager responded immediately to every inquiry. I will return again and again.

Great place to stay and had the best view.

This was our third time to stay at the captains house and it never disappoints. The condo was immaculate and provided everything we needed. The view and the short walk to the beach makes this the ideal place to stay! We will definitely be back next year!

We had the best time here. The view was spectacular and the walk to the beach from the property was amazing and right there! We had neighbors on either side of us and above and below us. Did not have any issues with noise. We did have a hard time getting the wifi to connect to our phones. I text the property management and they responded very quickly and offered to have someone come to the property to help us. The tv in the living room was connected and we didn't care too much about getting it on our phone so we declined the offer for help. It wasn't a big deal for us to go through all that trouble. We appreciated the fast service and the offer to help though. Best stay yet. Will be back for sure.

Perfect location for a weekend away with friends. The beach is beautiful and the location is close to many great restaurants and convenient to the downtown district.

The property was great. Clean & the view was fabulous. The location was perfect for the beach & walking to several restaurants. Ample parking & quiet neighbors. Check in & check out was quick.

Very vice and clean….but this condo needs a real coffee table … and sheets for pull out couch.

Property was clean and had all of the necessities of home. We enjoyed the boardwalk to the beach and proximity to stores and restaurants.

There seem to be one or more little kids upstairs who are running back and forth for hours every day. apparently there are no carpets on their floor because it's like a base drum. We would never stay here again. Unfortunately, we have another month. I would pay a premium to move to another property if that's available. Otherwise, not sure what we'll do. This is crazy!

Perfect location on the beach. Loved being able to sit on the deck or look out the wndows when it rained one day. Beautiful views. Loved Amelia Island and Fernandina Beach....would return in a heartbeat.

This unit was exactly as listed. Perfect location and friendly neighbors in all units. Would love to return for another vacation. Recommend new towels or bring your own (we never found any beach towels) and the blender top is missing the middle section so you will need to hold your hand over it. These are nothing that interferes with our stay, just recommendations.

Such a great experience at this condo, the beach was right there, everything was close by. The condo was really clean and had everything we needed. Property manager was super easy to text. Overall great stay. Will book again.

This property was as exactly as advertised. Yes you are the center unit in a 9 unit building and still pleasantly quiet. Shared back deck was not an issue w other renters. And as promised- OCEANFRONT. The view is amazing! Chairs. Toys. Towels. Boogie boards. All standard issue. Nothing fancy. Worth every extra $100/night vs. the other properties we were researching. Did I mention the view?! The unit was clean. Nice big fridge. Bathrooms were small but manageable. It was us and our 3 children 11/10/8 yrs old. I would recommend this place over and over and I would stay again!

It was so great to be right on the beach! Property was adequate for us. The property manager was very responsive to a few quick things that needed attention when we checked in. The only things that we wished for was a table on the deck and better fry pans for the kitchen.

The condo was very comfortable for two couples. Great ocean view and access. Furniture and bedding were comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. Great location to downtown. Would definitely stay there again.

Perfect location to the beach! We traveled with 2 small children, and being right on the beach was perfect. There were beach chairs, an umberella, boogey boards and TONS of sand toys- we made use of everything! The wash off station on the deck is incredibly useful and handy. The condo was neat and clean and well cared for. Plenty of paper products and dish soap and laundry soap for our week stay. The 2nd floor view is superb, yet shaded from the sun by the 3rd flood deck. There were very few people in the condo while we were there, but I could see how it would be a little noisy when the other units are full, as you can hear a lot through walls. Check in process was super easy and contact free. It’s easy to walk down the beach to restaurants, The location is fantastic! We plan to come back again for a relaxing beach vacation, and plan to share this locations with friends and family!

Modern, comfortable and great beach access

Wonderful property. Excellent location. Open the balcony doors and enjoy the beach. Very thoughtfully decorated and stocked. Had body boards, sand castle toys, mosquito repellant candles, beach chairs, beach umbrella, etc. Will definitely revisit again and again! Support staff was very helpful too. 5 stars!

Our location was perfect…. Short steps to beach which primary goal. Outside deck was covered so amazing views and shade. Recommend bringing bikes as it’s short bike ride to Fernandina downtown but worth staying on beach 100%

Clean, updated property. Very near downtown with several good restaurants nearby. Just a few steps from the beach.

The property is beautiful. Amazing view of the water. The building has good park in. Easy walk down for the family with beach supplies. Ample supplies and very clean. Less then 10 minutes to downtown with several restaurants and ample parking. This is my new favorite beach spot!

This property has great access to the very pleasant Amelia Island beach directly in front of the property. The living area is good -sized. We had a great time cooling off inside then taking the short walk to the beach for fun in the water. The keyless check in and check-out is is a breeze. The property was very clean. On the other hand, renters should know that the ocean frontage of this apartment is very small. and gives out onto a largely shared set of stairs leading down to the beach. The sliding glass doors onto that small bit of deck are effectively the only windows in the apartment. Eating outside is not possible, and grilling is prohibited, which is sensible given the wood construction. The floors and kitchen had been renovated recently, but inattention to important details detracted from our stay. The furnishings are quite cheap and a bit beat up. For example, the table in the living room is so rickety that any glasses placed on it will fall over when anyone puts anything else on it. Both beds are quite uncomfortable. There are just four of the most useful plates and cups, so you will be running the dishwasher a lot. The fan in the master bedroom has a non-functional switch, and is set on Tropical Storm. There is a very limited hot water supply.

This is was perfect location for our family vacation. Great times being right on the beach and close to restaurants, stores and activities. The unit was nicely updated. We did not experience any noise/disturbance from neighboring units. My only negative comment is that we stayed for a week and basic supplies (toilet paper, trash bags, dish soap, etc.) for a week stay was not included. We had to purchase these items.

The unit was good. It was everything we expected. Would stay again. Weather was not cooperative but April is hit and miss.
