Very secure location. Quintet is a well maintained apartment and has a nice atmosphere. Great place to stay if you come driving to cameron highland.

The bedsheets and pillow cases in all rooms were very smelly and got someone else's hair on it. Please improve on cleaning and housekeeping. Some windows cannot be locked thus putting our children at risk. It would be better if you could add some additional grill.

The apartment has nice water fountain view

The toilet door damaged in master bedroom, smelly scent will come after midnight due to unable to close toilet door. Induction cooker also faulty.

Hated it. We originally booked for 2 nights, but left after 1. I didn’t want to even stay the one night, but it was late when we checked in. The whole place just seemed dirty. Bedsheets didn’t feel clean, no towels provided, smelly toilet and cockroaches in the kitchen are!!!!!!!!!! Staff did communicate with me about refunding for the additional night, we didn’t stay and did offer an alternative place for us originally. Annoyed that we had to pay a hefty cleaning fee, when the issue with the place and reason we left, was due to cleanliness. Discussed this with booking.com who were no help whatsoever.

poor cleanliness. curtain got stain and dirty. bathroom toilet floor also dirty. I don’t think they change the bedsheets as well. overall is out of hygienic. i only stay for 2hours then check out because the property is not comfortable at all. they should improve their property’s cleanliness

The environment of the homestay is good.

The location is good, close to the town, and convenient, mini market and food stall are nearby the property by walking distance.

1. The bathroom was extremely dirty and I bought cleaning items to clean it by myself. 2. No Fan inside the 2nd & 3rd rooms, but the owner still wants to charge the electricity fee of RM 40.00 during our stay. 3. No Wifi 4. Kitchen items, plate, bowl, cutlery, and induction cooker are so dirty; I need to clean them before we use them. 5. There is a big hole inside the bathroom, the ceiling is dropped and no repair at all. It looks ugly and smelly. Note to Owner: Dear Owner, please change your cleaning payment term was written in pink color paper and stick on the kitchen wall. Ättention: Please used wisely. After use, do clean it. If not, Fine of RM 100.00 will be charged" There is not fair to your customer. Then what for you still need to charged RM 80.00 during the booking? I think I should collect the cleaning fee from you.. hahaha

The place is clean, very comfortable.. family like it... So many times repeat here...
