Very very very bad organisation. Very unfriendly staff. We had to search for the apartments key for over 40 minutes. Since everyone in this complex was unfriendly to get us to the manager so we had to enter every building to ask where the keys are! On website it said 78GEL, when we arrived the very unfriendly manager said 175GEL. It was very small written on website she claimed. Spa and Sauna is NOT inclusive despite the high price. Apartment was beautiful but NO wifi, bathroom was extremely stinking and most important the room was EXTREMELY cold, that we (scandinavian) had to put on multiple layers of clothes und two pairs of socks… All in all not good! If you can choose something else do it! When we were leaving at the entry of the building INSIDE infront of the concierge desk, there was a huge dog poop! In the very first entry place. So IF anyone would have felt responsible for these apartments that wouldn’t be possible. To have poop in the foyer!!!!

Nice and clean apartment, the hosts are very welcoming and helpful.
