self contained, able to cook meals instead of going out each night. supermarket not too far from accommodation. owners were so helpful with train times to London. had a private garden where i could sit quietly with a drink.

I loved everything about the garden room. From being super clean and cozy to the decor and the extreme functionality of the apartment . Everything was very well thought out down to the last . They also have an amazing book selection. It was a superb experience. The host is very warm and helpful . Very highly recommended.

I would not hesitate to recommend this to anyone. A lot of thought has gone into making this the perfect holiday let. The private garden was a lovey sun trap and it was hard to leave.

The Garden Room was so well appointed. All top quality dishwasher, washing machine, heating system and lovely little outdoor patio. Some goodies on arrival including a bottle of Prosecco. All the little things one needed to get started, coffee, tea sugar, fresh organic milk. Location was amazing just a few minutes walk to the station, beach and plentiful shops. Virginia was a perfect host!

The attention to detail; the outside space and overall quality of the apartment.

Perfect location and apartment. Parking off road was a massive bonus, as was the little garden area to sit and relax.

The Garden Apartment is a stunning little property, beautifully decorated inside and out, with all high spec appliances. There were some real little personal touches left by the owners too, and lots of really helpful local information which was great. We really enjoyed the location being so close to the beachfront and pier, plus all the local pubs/restaurants and train station. Great location. Would recommend!!

The Garden Apartment was flawless - it was exceptionally comfortable and Virginia and Andre had thought of everything. We particularly enjoyed a late afternoon glass of wine on the sunny private terrace.

The hosts Virginia and Andrej were so welcoming. The apartment has everything you need and more , a fantastic location just a 5 minute walk to the high street and beach, we will definitely re visit .

Fantastic holiday retreat in a perfect location with amazing hosts. Top quality bedding, crockery, cutlery, glasses and lovely furniture and wall pictures. Beautiful colour scheme in the bedroom and the sitting room. Interesting books to read. Games to play. Nice big TV to watch in bed (huge treat for us) as we don't have a TV in our bedroom. All in all perfect for us and we shall be going back in the future. Lots of extra thoughtful treats were also left for us which we really appreciated. Great hosts in perfect Deal.

Lovely local apartment the owners were very friendly people and could not do enough to make sure we were happy. Hope to return again and free parking which is a bonus in Deal for sure. Will certainly recommend them to our friends

Nothing we did not like to be honest

Ideally located in a quiet street a stone’s throw away from all the facilities of Deal, the Garden Room is a beautifully decorated and well appointed gem of an apartment including a lovely secluded courtyard garden. We could have easily made use of the very well equipped kitchen but instead we chose to stroll into Deal and sample the amazing choice of restaurants and cafes close at hand.

Good location for shops and beach. Lovely outdoor seating area, ideal for warm weather, quiet location. Property was tastefully decorated throughout. Owners very accommodating and went out of their way to make us feel welcome and to provide information on local area, restaurants etc.

There wasn't anything to dislike.

Absolutely fantastic place to stay and we are missing it already . Will recommend to all our friends and family

Location very good for our needs at the time of our stay. Quiet and enjoyable.

Another couple of table mats to put hot pans down on. A larger bin for waste or a compartmental bin for separating recycling.

The location for all the facilities was superb. The friendliness and helpfulness of our hosts was also very helpful.
