3/2/2 mattone con camera da letto per 10 persone. Master e una camera da letto sono California Kings, 1 camera da letto ha un letto matrimoniale, la camera da letto ha un letto completo e sala di esercizio ha un letto doppio. Ha 2 divani e un sacco di spazio per i pallet se necessario. Cucina enorme con granito piacevole e vernice fresca. Il bagno principale ha doppi lavandini e vanità fresca di granito. Il bagno principale è dotato di doccia separata e vasca da giardino enorme. Front room è una grande sala giochi con tavolo da poker piacevole con chip per 8 giocatori, tavolo da biliardo e un sacco di giochi divertenti tra cui twister, monopolio e altri. Ho anche i pastelli e anche il gesso del marciapiede in modo che i tuoi bambini possano lasciare il loro segno di firma in tutto il mio vialetto !!! Enorme cortile ha un sacco di alberi per la privacy, ampio patio con sezionale all'aperto. Inoltre hanno 2 bbq pozzi - sia per il carbone di legna o legna - anche avere una stufa a legna per quelle serate fredde. Il cortile anteriore ha un patio anteriore con spazio per visitare con i vicini.
Il quartiere tranquillo e super sicuro Culdesac ha bambini sparsi per 6 case. Se sentiamo un'ambulanza, ci chiediamo ancora cosa sia sbagliato - le sirene non si spengono mai! Breve cammino al sentiero comunitario di Brushy Creek - percorsi trekking interconnessi tracciati da diverse cinghie verde alberate con un sacco di animali selvatici, volpi, falchi, scoiattoli, ecc. E numerose stazioni di esercizio. Breve camminata al campo da golf di Brushy Creek Disc - 18 buche di Disc Golf compresi i tornei di disc golf durante tutto l'anno. Passeggiata a HEB, Starbux, lavanderie, fitness LA, metropolitana, negozio di liquori, banca d'America ecc.
A meno di 5 minuti di auto da fm 620 e da sh 45 (pedaggio), che si collega a sh 1 (mopac) e ai 35- entrambi autostrade <10 minuti.

Great property (nice large house). Pet friendly!! Our dog loved it :) Super nice neighbors. Host was great; very responsive and quick to answer questions and address any needs. We were there for 9 weeks while our house was being renovated. Wouldn't hesitate to stay at property again!

We had a really good experience staying here. I had my family stay here before my wedding. They had a very nice experience. The home was very spacious and everything was setup very well. Scott was a great host and was very responsive to our questions. All the move in instructions were very clear. The location is great. We had a great time here.

The house is lovely, the neighbors are great a d the two neighbor labs are sensational and sweet.
Scott has been very helpful, and if the cable goes out he magically fixes it no matter where he is. I recommend Scott and his house to anyone who needs a short or long stay.

Beautiful family friendly neighborhood
We stayed for over one month. The owner Scott was very responsive and the neighborhood was beautiful. The area is family friendly with welcoming neighbors and a nice community pool and park just a short walk away.

Great Family Stay!
My family rented this property for Christmas as our relatives lived in the same neighborhood. The home is conveniently located near grocery stores, Starbucks, nature trails, pharmacies, etc.
We arrived to a perfectly clean home. The host was amazing and responsive!

Perfect home base for our family weekend in Austin. Plenty of space. Nice porch and backyard. Very easy, low maintenance homeowner. Nice neighborhood. Fantastic park and playground just down the road. HEB close by.

The house was perfect, no complaints

It was great. Nice neighborhood and neighbors.
The house was nice. Although it says 5 bedroom it is actually 3 bedrooms with a bed in the living room and air matress in with the master bed. It was still very accommodating and well worth it.

Relaxing Weekend
We want to thank Scott for letting us stay in this wonderful home. It is clean and comfy. The house had everything that we needed for our stay. We traveled to the Austin area for a dog show, bringing along our two show dogs. They had a blast running around the yard. We loved sitting out on the back deck reading and watching the dogs. Thanks again! We have bookmarked this home for future trips to the area.
