What a wonderful place on an amazing island! This was our first time here and the home was just perfect with the most incredible views. George, the property manager, was a very kind and helpful man. We had no major issues and we knew we could reach him on a dime.

The Sea Cruz Villa was a wonderful place for our vacation with 2 couples for a week on St. John. The location was quiet but close (5 minutes by car) to the town center, and the view was nothing short of spectacular. We enjoyed the layout of the villa, each couple having their own bedroom and bathroom, with the common kitchen/dining and veranda. We enjoyed the sunsets from the veranda, watching the boats and weather come and go. We cooked a number of meals in the kitchen, which is fairly well equipped with pots and pans, knives and silverware. No oils/spices are provided, but we were able to find what we needed at local grocery stores. The grill was great - complete with a stunning view for the grill master.
The 4/5 stars for location were due to it being difficult to do any walking from the villa - only down (and then back up) the very steep, switchback private drive. This was great for interval training, but less great for folks with limited endurance or mobility concerns. We had a situation w/ the water which was promptly addressed by George, the property manager, who is fantastic, and made our time at the Villa, and on St. John smooth and relaxed. The owners were responsive to questions/concerns regarding our stay. We enjoyed exploring various parts of the island and all agreed Trunk Bay was our favorite, followed closely by the Reef Bay Hike. We hope to return someday to this amazing spot! thank you, Sea Cruz Villa.

Just finished off our family vacation in St John and this villa was just perfect for us. Excellent location, updated and modern kitchen and baths, breath taking views. George, the house manager met us at the ferry and lead us to the Villa which was super helpful. Yes, the driveway is narrow but you'll get used to it. The pool was perfect for late afternoon dips after the beach. Location can't be beat especially if you're staying with kids. 5 min drive to the Westin where we chartered boats out of (highly recommend doing a boat day to BVI's with Cruz Bay water sports and ask for Captain Craig) and also 5 min from Cruz Bay and Mongoose Junction. Rent a jeep and beach hop - favorites were Maho, Francis and Cinnamon. House comes with 4 beach chairs, adult snorkel gear (we purchased kids gear and left it for the next guests!) and cooler. Plentiful towels and toiletries. Only thing that could use improvement are the pillows in the master bedroom, other than that I wouldn't change a thing! Thank you for allowing us to stay in your home - we will be back!

I can't say enough about the views!!! This is, by far, the best property in terms of sunset views and views in general. Additionally, the home is clean and George is TOP NOTCH when it comes to property managers! Thank you so much for an incredible stay!!!!

Loved our stay at the Sea Cruz, spectacular views off the balcony, amazing sunsets! This house was very clean and comfortable, well stocked kitchen, close to town and all the great beaches. George was very helpful, meeting us as we arrived and welcoming us to the Sea Cruz property.

Great location with an unbeatable view of the sunset! The property manager, (George) was wonderful to work with. Overall, we found the property and grounds to be in good condition but there were a few minor issues that required repairmen to be on-site several days during our stay. The issues included several burned out LED lights, an a/c unit needing coolant and one of the showers not draining. Overall, we were very happy with our stay.

Great outdoor space with180 degree view facing west and those sunsets. As noted in other reviews, driveway is a little tricky (we ended up backing in). Open floor plan with 2 bedrooms suites on one level that is located just a couple minute drive from the barge ferry. Pool is the best way to end the day. Great spot. Caretaker was very available.

WE decided to take our traditional family Christmas on vacation and we couldn't be more happy with the result. The house was amazing and the help from George (manager) was above and beyond anything we could have expected. We are looking forward to someday returning for what was a relaxing and sunfilled week with family.

This house was amazing!! The property manager, George, called me a week before our visit to check in and give me the details about our arrival. When we got off the ferry, he met us at the parking lot and gave us an overview of Cruise Bay. We followed him up to the house where he went over all the details about the house. He answered all of our questions and told us to call anytime during the week if we had any questions. Our group was 4 friends on a birthday trip and the house was perfect!! The views were absolutely stunning, overlooking Red Hook and St. Thomas. The house had everything we needed including beach towels and beach chairs! The driveway is a little bit scary to back out since the house is on a steep hill of but it took a few try's and we were fine!
The pool was beautiful, we didn't spend much time there just because the beaches on St. John are so incredible, we spent all our time there! This house is amazing, the most beautiful views and fully stocked!! Can't wait to go back!!

Our stay could not have been more perfect. Beautiful views from every room in the house. This home was very clean and well keep. Kitchen had everything you would need for cooking. Location was close and convenient to town and best beaches. George was very easy to communicate with and checked on us several times during our stay. We would highly recommend staying here!

My wife and I decided to go to St Johns for our 30th anniversary and have never been before. Contant Farms was the perfect place for us.....and the view is AMAZING! You will see the sunset every night right out front - - you can not go wrong!
The house manger, George, was exceptional! He met us at the dock when we arrived and drove us to get our rental car company and then to the house. If we had any questions or issues, he responded immediately! A+ service!
One item to make sure people know is that the drive to this house is on a winding road and has a VERY STEEP turn off. It is easy to maneuver, but please be aware. We used the beach chairs, snorkels and cooler every day we were there going to a new beach each day. The house is in a great location and easy to get to other places in town within 5 minutes and maybe 40 minutes away from the farthest beach (salt pond). Very well stocked kitchen and nice pool. Only downside is you can hear the cistern collecting water if it rains at night and it is a little loud...but that is the only downside....not anywhere near enough to offset how great the place is!
One recommendation - If you rent a car from St John Rental com[any, you can park your car at night after 5:00 pm at the rental company and walk to the restaurants. It is only 5 minutes from the house and makes it extremely easy to get back and forth.
We will definitely return!

Great location & beautiful view!
This was our families first time in St John and it was amazing! All the great reviews for this property really are true! The property manager George was fantastic. Such a nice person and full of lots of information. He met us at the ferry and after renting our jeep we followed him to the Villa. If we needed anything he was always available. The villa is very close to the Starfish Market ( so convenient) and downtown Cruz Bay. The Villa was very clean and the air conditioning throughout the house was a treat after being outside and at the beach all day. The pool was nice to have for those early days back at the Villa after exploring. The Villa has 4 beach chairs, 2 small/medium coolers and beach towels. The view never gets old!!! We will miss that the most. Highly recommend this Villa. Note: This Villa does not have filtered water. You must buy water and ice. Not a big deal but it’s good to know in advance. We bought gallon jugs of water at the grocery and refilled them at a water station machine next to the Provisions down the road. Be aware, like many driveways on the island, this Villa has a steep and small one. You’ll adjust ;-)

It is clean, airy and peaceful - and with the deck and pool overlooking the gorgeous view sometimes it was hard to motivate to leave! The driveway is steep and a little tricky to exit, but we quickly got the hang of it. There is a grocery store and restaurants close by, which was very convenient. The stunning beaches are about a 10 minute drive away, and the house has chairs, towels, coolers and snorkeling gear to take with you. This was our first time to St. John, and we hope to visit again.

The villa was absolutely stunning! Nothing short of amazing… the views were incredible and the location can’t be beat. George was so helpful and was just a pleasure! The sunsets from the villa are indescribable. We loved every minute of our stay and can’t wait to return!!!

Everything from checking in trough checking out was a smooth process. The house is perfect for a family of four allowing for enough privacy and space. The views were amazing and it was conveniently located near town and by the main grocery store. They provided everything one would need to cook at home or grill and the beach chairs and coolers were ideal for a perfect St John trip. We would definitely rent this house again, hopefully next year now that our kids are old enough to take full advantage of a real St John vacation. You will be very content staying at this home.

This is a beautiful property. Great for 2 couples. Everything is on the main level and very spacious. The pics on the VRBO website are very accurate, the video you may find one youtube I believe is from a previous owner as it shows a bottom floor apartment type setting.
We LOVED this space and were very happy that everyone was on the same floor. Would definitely love to stay there again sometime.
P.S. George (the property manager) is awesome and extremely helpful!
