La casa ha un soggiorno / sala da pranzo aperto e 4 luminose camere da letto tutte con ventilatori a soffitto si diramano dal soggiorno - 2 camere da letto e 1 bagno su entrambi i lati della stanza principale e pavimenti in legno.

We loved our stay at this little beach front home. Lee was very responsive and we felt comfort and satisfied here. I cant wait to come back and experience this place again, the location couldn’t be better. It had lots of room and comfortable beds for a small group and we loved the big open living area for games, etc. I personally loved the little quirks of this place. Truly a hidden gem.

Roomy and right on the beach. It was lovely to swing on the deck and see the ocean and feel the breeze. Cannot beat the price for oceanfront. I would rent again.

We enjoyed the “Beachhouse” location. It was adequately furnished and clean. For those who like the ocean or walking the beach it is a perfect spot. Also quiet neighborhood in November.

Great beach house. Right on beach and very laid back

This home was clean, in a good area, close to many good restaurants and shops downtown. That being said, we did have a few complaints. One big complaint was that there is no shower under the house. There is a hose that leaks and it’s extremely low under there so we hit our heads trying to hose off the sand before going in the house. You can’t shut off the water to the hose because it shuts off the water to the whole house. We learned that the hard way. All of the beds except the queen are extremely uncomfortable. The only TV in the house only worked half the time. Not sure if that was the wifi or the tv. Parking is definitely an inconvenience. It has one very small parking spot beside the house and you can park across the road in the dunes which we had to do because of having a large SUV. A couple recommendations would be a new refrigerator, mattresses, definitely a outside shower of some kind, and a deck upgrade.The home needs updating for sure, but all in all we would keep this beachfront property in mind for future - much shorter stays.

We were 6 ladies on our annual vacation, and we’re so fortunate to have found this lovely beach house in Fernandina Beach.
There were plenty of beds, the kitchen was well stocked, and the long table was perfect for games or large puzzles.
The porch was the place to be for sunrises, they were a delight to behold each morning.
The location was perfect, we went in to town at least once a day to eat or shop.
All in all, a great place to stay!

This was the perfect little beach cottage! Amazing location, being just steps away from beach access. Loved how charmingly it was furnished, and how spacious it felt! I also really appreciated how helpful the property manager was. Overall a fantastic experience!

Something has changed, based on past reviews. The comfortable mattresses and sitting room furniture are gone. The pictures are inaccurate. A week of uncomfortable sitting & sleeping gets old. The door knobs come out in your hand. The land around the property is unkept. The washing machine, although convenient bangs and grinds when in use. The swing on the back porch is pitched forward, so you lean on it more than sit on it. The screens in the front door are nearly torn off.
The location is great! The house was sized well for our family. The kitchen is well equipped. With new mattresses & comfortable seating we'd rent again. But ask before you rent. The furniture shown in the photos is not in the house and those comfortable mattresses mentioned in prior reviews are gone.

Cozy Cottage
North Beach of Fernandina is where it’s at during spring break. We found this little house that punches all the checklists for comfortable, close to the beach, quite neighborhood & beautiful sunrise views. This little house has four bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and perfect for a family of eight. The kitchen is small but serves it’s purpose quite well. The beds were all comfortable and plenty of closet space for clothes. Furniture is rustic and old which I don’t mind at all. Love rustic. The house was perfect for what we were looking for, close to the beach with ocean views. I do wish the dunes was just a little bit smaller or the house lifted up a little bit, but still nice views. The location of the house is great to, the beach seemed almost private, away from all the spring breakers. Very quite. We will definitely be renting here again!!!

wonderful home on the beach to relax and enjoy the ocean views. Very quiet area on Amelia Island. If you are checking in at night time, make sure you bring a flashlight. Very dark with no street lights along the beach.

Broken ,Old and Dirty
We paid hefty price for this property and The property was awful. We had a handicap family member with us which was notified to property manager. My disable sister crawls around the house so we had requested through cleaning. Instead , floors were sandy and extremely dirty with dead cockroaches on the floors. We ended up cleaning the whole house on day one with my 80 yr old mother moping the floors.
Toilet were dusty, ceilings had higher cracks in multiple places with stuffing showing, spider web and dust balls were hanging off ceiling all over.
Don’t get me started on appliances, the dishwasher needs to be connected with sink faucet, with leaked all over the floor so the whole stay we ended up hand washing our dishes.
View …. If you’re sitting on the porch, you can’t see the beach, as dunes are way too high and the roof of the porch is way too low.
This property by far was the worst we have ever encounter. I don’t know why it’s allowed to be rented out , as I’m sure it’s hard hat zoned home.
Thank god we took our own pillows and sheets.
Will never visit or recommend this property to anyone.

Perfect little beach house
This was the perfect place for my siblings and me to stay and visit local family. The view is worth every single penny. It is a no frills place but I prefer it that way. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to stay in and cook. We want to make this a tradition to stay here every year!

Beach vaca
The house is a good value for the $$. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen, while not fancy had all we required for eat in breakfasts. We were in town for a wedding and had lots of good beach time when not with family.
I would recommend bringing sheets that you enjoy. The towels were fine.
The view from the porch was spectacular at all times of day. The beach was just yards away. The house has a hose for cleaning off after the beach, sand is just unavoidable , but we did our best to keep it outside.

Property in disrepair
The roof leaked while we were there. I reported it to the property manager and no one came out to fix it. The furniture in the living room was undersized and uncomfortable.
The dining room chairs did not fit under the table. Blinds in the living room were broken. Plumbing in the shower was loose. Ceiling fan in the front bedroom looked like it was going to fall down at any moment. Kitchen was very small. Dishwasher hooks up to sink but no directions given on how to use it.

Cozy beach cottage
If you are looking for a clean, simple rental on the beach- this is for you. The beds are comfortable and there is a big table for family dinners or playing games. The front porch is great in the afternoon for drying off from the beach and catching the cool breezes from the ocean.

What a week!
My family and I had an amazing week at Fernandina and could not have been more pleased with the sweet house and it’s wonderful front porch. The view is priceless! We had everything we needed and more. Lee was a wonderful host :)

Quaint beach side cottage
The beach cottage was clean and pleasantly decorated. Their was 6 in our party , so the teenagers each got their own bedroom . The front porch was wonderful in the afternoon and evening with a view of the sand dunes and great ocean breeze. The back porch was great in the morning for a cup of coffee or reading. The kitchen was well supplied with pots/pans/ mixer and other items to fix meals. There is also a grill on the back porch. It is 150 steps to the boardwalk from the porch.
We have stayed at various condos and houses in Fernandina Beach over the last 20 years. This one was my favorite. It is not lavishly furnished- but comfortable and spacious for a family of 6 at the beach.

Our family of 6 had a great time at the beach house. Coffee in the morning on the porch swing watching the sunrise was awesome! Riding bikes into Fort Clinch and down to Salt Life was fun too. Great sharks tooth and shell hunting on the beach. Overall, we had a wonderful stay. Can’t beat the location.

Beach house
The rental was just what we needed. We had a family reunion and had several houses. This was the favorite spot because of the view and the lovely ocean breeze. If you’re looking for “resort fancy” this isn’t it, but if you want a simple getaway at a cute authentic beach house this is great. I hope to return and would definitely rent again.

We love this house!!
This house is very charming. It’s old and quirky with an amazing front porch. Fresh paint on all the walls and updated bathrooms. Easy walk to beach. Rhona, the propriety is very sweet, we had problems with the stove one night and she promptly fixed the problem and treated us to a gift card to a local restaurant, for our inconvenience. We will definitely be back.

I want to go back now. The cottage has amazing energy -- it feels cozy, clean, great A/C, killer front porch with rockers, nice kitchen. Great deal, great experience. You won't be disappointed.
