We do fair amount of rentals and this so far is our favorite.

The four of us enjoyed our 2 week stay at this Civano home despite the unusually cool and rainy weather!
Used the front and side patios quite a bit. The kitchen was so well stocked with spices, vinegars, oils, etc.
We hiked the nearby Saguaro East trails and walked the neighborhood many times, meeting friendly people along the way. Would stay in Civano again.
Appreciated owner Craig’s quick response to a plumbing issue.

All great except the second bedroom bed was a little uncomfortable. Everything else was cool and in a very nice neighborhood. Neighborhood pool and tennis court is very nice but pool was not heated. Probably not a concern in Tucson most of the year;) overall great stay here.

The house was well stocked and well organized. It was clean and very unique Craig was great to work with and fast to reply to my questions I would recommend this house to anyone who wants to spend time in Tucson. It was definitely home away from home.

Second time renting this home and definitely won't be our last. We consider this our home away from home when we come down to visit family in Tucson. This home is STOCKED with everything you would ever need. The garden is beautiful, pool access is a plus. We had a BBQ and enjoyed the fantastic view of the mountains during a fantastic monsoon/thunderstorm. The beds are super comfy. We can't wait to come back. Five star rental all around!

The check in process was a little tricky. Had to call owner’s sister who didn’t know she was to let us in. Took a while to get a hold of her. Owner should update the tv. Couldn’t get the channels he said we could. Coffee shop in area had been closed for 2 years. The patios were great! Enjoyed staying here.

The Civano house was even more beautiful than we expected. Everything was very clean. The kitchen was fantastic for cooking in. The neighborhood is interesting and fun to explore. This is the first property I’ve ever stayed in which the house is even nicer than the pictures.

As someone who has never stayed in a VRBO, I had no idea what to expect and was pleasantly surprised and very impressed with this property. They provided everything that you could ever need and things I wouldn’t have thought of. Beautifully decorated, comfortable, safe and clean. I come to Tucson every year and hopefully it’ll be available next year. We look forward to returning to this property in the future!

This place was perfect for our far flung family to get together over Christmas. Open airy spaces , indoor and out, equipped with everything you could possibly need in a lovely community with great mountain views. While it is a bit far from the center of Tuscon, it is ideally located for Saguaro NP, Sabino and hitting I-10 for southern/eastern locales.

Fantastic vrbo in great neighborhood, great location, very comfortable
We arrived very late and had no trouble getting in. There was coffee supplies available for the next morning. The kitchen had plenty of supplies for cooking and eating. The laundry area was well stocked and appreciated. The gardens around the house were gorgeous and the view of the mountain unbelievable. The beds were comfortable. the AC worked great. We used both pools and enjoyed that amenity. We used the TV too and that was nice to have. We have family in the area and they were comfortable coming to this house for visits. It was great to have the space which afforded privacy for us and our young adult child who traveled with us. There was garage door opener and we parked in the clean garage too.

Peaceful, easy feeling
To borrow an old Eagles' lyric, the stay at Civano left us with a peaceful, easy feeling. Accessible to Saguaro National Park East, the Pima Air & Space museum, grocery stores and roads that took us to downtown Tucson and other parts of Arizona. Comfortable house with everything that we needed. Great bonus to have a garage and laundry. And beautiful mountain views and good bird-watching opportunities, too. Thank you!

What a beautiful home - we are so blessed to have found it and to have stayed there. Everything we could have possibly needed was provided. I hope we have a chance to stay there again in the future.

Lovely comfortable house
This is our 2nd stay. We enjoyed the house and quiet neighborhood. It’s comfortably furnished and beautifully decorated- it’s a real home. Kitchen is well stocked. Owners & manager very responsive & helpful. Very Nice neighborhood for walking & biking close to the east Saguaro National Park & other great sites.

oasis in the desert
We have rent many properties through VRBO and this house was the most well equipped and well appointed property we have ever rented! The kitchen had all the equipment needed to cook full meals, including sharp knives. The basic herbs, spices, oils, vinegars, and condiments as well as laundry detergent, dish detergent and cleaning supplies were already stocked. The furniture was comfortable and the decor lovely. We enjoyed the outdoor spaces. Communication was spot on and Sherrill even dropped off fresh Meyer lemons for our enjoyment! The nieighborhood is lovely. It would have been nice to be closer to restaurants but it was still a lovely location. The master bed was very comfortable. We did not use the other bed so cannot speak to the comfort of that one. Truly a wonderful three weeks in sunny Tucson!

FABULOUS HOME
This was a beautiful and spacious home. We hosted a Father's Day meal for members of our family and this home had everything we needed. Fully stocked kitchen, big dining area and incredible patios. Comfortable beds, great bathrooms... it is a wonderful house for a getaway.

Tucson Get Away
We stayed at this lovely home for 3 weeks. The house & surrounding gardens/patio are beautiful and relaxing. How many homes have three (yes three) patio seating areas providing an optimal outdoor experience based on time of day? The Civano neighborhood is quiet, the people are very friendly, and there are plenty of trails for walking/hiking. We highly recommend this property for a wonderful stay in the Tucson area.

Great neighborhood but remote
House was spacious, clean and had an abundance of amenities. Just be advised that it is in a more remote location which will require driving some distance to restaurants and stores. If you plan to cook every meal , you will be fine.

Better than expected!
The photos of this house do not do it justice. The house is beautiful with its high ceilings, antique furniture, cute patios and view of the mountains. The neighborhood is quiet, with lots of different walking paths. The home is well stocked, we cooked two big meals and found everything we needed in the kitchen, and more! We only stayed 3 nights but wished we could have stayed longer. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit to Tucson. Lovely, lovely home!

Comfortable, in neat area
The house was fully stocked and very comfortable, with all the details and amenities there in case we forgot something. Civano is full of bike trails, and it was nice that the garage had bikes so we could explore. We slept, worked, and lived comfortably here for our week in Tucson. The neighborhood was quiet, and grocery stores and good restaurants are all within a 10-15 minute drive.

An Extraordinary Home!
Our stay was perfect since the owners provide an immaculate, thoroughly stocked, exquisitely designed property with thoughtful features throughout. We deeply appreciate their attention to every detail guests need to feel secure during the Covid-19 pandemic, including every cleaning supply possibly needed as well as a cautious two-day interim between bookings to allow for meticulous cleaning and airing of the home. We especially enjoyed the three patios and used each one - watching sunrises and moon rises over the mountains at the east patio, the dappled shade of mesquite trees on the south patio, and the spacious, covered north patio with its art work and lush plants. There is nothing missing in this gem of a rental - pure joy in which to visit lovely Tucson. Thank you, thank you!

Everything you’d want
This is a beautiful place, it allowed us to learn about southeast Tucson and also downtown. We went downtown for dinner twice. Supermarkets are not far. The hosts are quickly available. They furnished travel books and magazines. From here one can easily go south to Patagonia,etc., or north for a Mt. Lemon half day-trip.

Civano Home Stay
We absolutely loved staying at this house! It was comfortable, tastefully decorated, and in a nice location. Our favorite part of the house was probably the front porch, where we spent every morning and evening, enjoying the lovely weather and the peaceful surroundings. Thanks for sharing this wonderful home!

Lovely, comfortable home with wonderful gathering and private spaces.
Second time we’ve stayed at this home. Love the Civano community, which offers views, walking paths and a wonderful cafe for morning coffee or an afternoon glass of wine. This home has 2 en suite bedrooms, a den and living room with ample seating. The generous dining table is great for family games and meals. And love the 3 outdoor seating areas! Take you pick of sun or shade!

This home has everything that one or two couples need to enjoy their stay in Tucson. Wonderful walking trails throughout Civano and 3 great outdoor spots to relax in. Thanks for a great stay!!
