First of all, I have to say the communication with management, both on-site and off-site, was AMAZING!!! They all went above and beyond! They were so responsive and did everything to make our stay so enjoyable,both before arrival and even after check-out! The property was so comfortable for all 15 of us staying. We had children from age 2 up to 73. Having our own bedrooms was wonderful. The rooms with bunk beds didn't have ceiling fans, and it was a SUPER hot August. So management brought us extra box fans withing an hour. It was very clean, the kitchen was huge and very well stocked. I would recommend brining paper goods if you don't want to do dishes. The only suggestion I have is to add hooks in the bathroom off the Monsters Inc room. With that many people in the house, hanging up towels to reuse was a huge issue. All the other rooms and bathrooms had hooks. I loved how you supplied laundry soap and dryer sheets!! WOW what VRBO does that? Amazing! We go to Disney 3-4x a year and walk to the park from where we are staying. I do have to say after walking to the park 8x our feet, and legs were done. It is a little further than we usually walk, but if you choose to take an Uber at the end of the day it is only like $7.00, and catching an Uber on the Downtown Disney side, was heaven! I loved entering the park on the West side, so much less crowded than the East side! The pool was FANTASTIC! Even after check out property managers were so accommodating with our little emergency.

My wife and two kids stayed here for a trip to Disneyland. We couldn’t walk but saw people walking from the nearby hotels to the park. Uber was the way to go for a shorter and cheaper entrance.

My kids loved the pool. We went to Disneyland multiple days but my children were still more pumped to come home mid day and play in the pool. Great stay. Super clean. Comfortable beds. Our flight got cancelled and they extended super easy. Great time.

Very nice and spacious house, plenty of amenities. Beautiful master bed/bathroom area. We all enjoyed the pool on our ‘break from the parks’ day! Fun slide, nice hot tub.

We came out for business and vacation. This house was everything we hoped it would be. The staff was quick to take care of any issues. We had grandparents, three siblings, four grandchildren. We needed something with five bedrooms and three bathrooms. Even if you have a smaller group, this is a really nice place to stay. We really enjoyed the pool and whirlpool. I want to thank the staff for everything.

Great location with plenty of space for a large family. The pool is really nice. The only bummer was that we missed a pool day since the heater was not working. Check the pool and spa the first day :) the staff did fix the issue the next day.

The pool and hot tub were the highlights of the property for sure! The property was clean, the beds were comfortable, there was plenty of parking in the driveway, everything we used worked great, and we had no problems during our stay. 13 people, 6 adults and 7 kids ages 1-14, were comfortable in that house and had a blast in the pool. It was the perfect place for us and we all want to just move in!

The house and property were perfect for our family. We had ages 5 to 88 and all enjoyed. The property manager was very responsive and helpful. The beds were all comfortable. The pool/slide and hot tub were great.

Fabulous! Besides an issue on the first day with the pool heat, to which they promptly replied and had it fixed everything about this place was great. The location was ideal and we walked to the parks daily. I had an infant in a stroller and my husband would sometimes Uber (for $5-8) with the older kids if they were tired or wanted to save their steps for just in the park. It couldn’t have worked better! The communication was prompt and easy with the property managers which helped a lot at the start of the trip. The hot tub was a huge perk for us to soak our feet in at the end of the long park days. Would highly recommend!

We loved that the kids could play here and there was a room for everyone. It worked well for being a place to sleep close to Disney and the pool and hot tub were amazing. It’s definitely well used by lots of families and isn’t a resort, but for housing young kids and not worrying about them breaking anything along with in-laws and other family it worked great. Would stay again traveling with lots of family.

We had a fantastic stay within walking distance to the parks. Our kids loved the decor and bunk beds and was a great spot to recharge. We regret we didn’t use the pool at all but were just too tired after full/late days in the parks. Great house, spacious for the Anaheim area, and very helpful and responsive management.

We had a party of 14 for our Disneyland trip and this home fit all our needs perfectly. Hosts communicated very well, and checked on us thru out our stay! Would highly recommend this property. Close to Disneyland, amazing pool and entertainment space in the backyard and then house is very well kept.

Our day was excellent. The house was spacious and the pool was nice. Plenty of parking for multiple cars. However, we only had one car. Easy walk downtown Disney. You can get on the tram and go straight to Disney. It’s just a short walk to the entrance, I would definitely stay here again.

House is the perfect DL house! First I want to talk about the walk because that is something I couldn’t find a ton of review ons. The walk to the entrance of Downtown Disney took 16 minutes for a fast walker. You can cut through California Adventure hotel and walk past Conference rooms. I made that in 13 minutes. Now my husband and 9 year old who walk slower it took about 22 minutes. If you walking in mid afternoon you are walking in direct sunlight with minimal shade along Katella Ave. We also had a car for our stay but it took longer to park car in the Mickey and Friends Garage and take the tram to the park.
The house has everything you need. The rooms were great lots of the rooms with the bunk beds. Kitchen has all glassware and utensils. Only thing I would suggest in kitchen would be more coffee mugs.
Also, there is not a lot of setting in the living room. We took one of the mattresses of a bunk bed not being used and put in in the living room for extra seats. We plan on renting the house again in March 2026 ! Not sure I would ever rent a park hotel again. Also there is a Food For Less about 1 mile away. Park walk was .86 miles.
I check all around while I was there at other rentals and this one is truly the closet. Nothing but 5 stars for a DL house!

We had a wonderful 3 generation Disneyland trip and stayed here with my family, my parents, and my grandma. The house was conveniently located walking distance to Disneyland, we walked back and forth all 3 days. Its still about a mile walk to get there (gotta go down a block or 2 and weave through Downtown Disney) but the double stroller and super in shape great grandma made the trek!
The house met all our basic needs, the beds were comfortable, my 6 and 3 year old especially loved the slide bed, the neighborhood was quiet, and we felt very safe walking back late at night! With a little general TLC here and there it would be 5 stars (good carpet clean, few furniture items pretty worn, etc) the property manager however was wonderful with communication and any concerns I messaged them with. We left here very happy and with all good memories of our trip =)

We had a great time! I was especially impressed with the customer service from Funtierland…the original house we picked didn’t work out with our dates available, but the company helped us find another one and had lots of amazing suggestions ready for us. The house was clean and had just a few minor issues that need addressed. I do want to say there is quite a bad odor near some rooms (bathroom/ laundry room) …but it is NOT due to the cleanliness. The house was spotless. Our family from California shared that at times the city water system can smell quite sulfuric. I would 100% stay here again!!

The house was very cute and clean, very good use of space. Very comfortable for multiple families even. Three of the 5 bedrooms have very comfortable bunk style beds with a full or queen size bed under and a full on top. The pool and jacuzzi were awesome and a lot of fun. A little scared to even open the back doors after 10 PM to go out to the car for something, with all the signs posted, but you can breathe easy...I didn't get in trouble! LOL
The house is in a very nice, quiet neighborhood seriously walking distance to Disney Parks!
Our only let down, was the "game room" in the garage. There is a foosball table, that is all. Not a huge, big deal, we enjoyed the pool. We were not there to do any of the parks, more to enjoy the house and see friends in the area, but would definitely book here if we planned to go to any parks in the area or the convention center.

Twelve family members were very comfortable in this home! The children (7-15 years) LOVED the pool and slide; everyone enjoyed the hot tub. The walk to the Disneyland Park entrance was about 25 minutes; a bit longer than anticipated.

We stayed here with our family of 7. My daughter was dancing in Disneyland and this was a great location to get to and from the park walking. The pool was an amazing place to cool off in after a day at the park. The beds here are very comfortable in every room and the kitchen had lots of pots, pans and everything you need.

We had a wonderful stay, the only complaint we had was the air conditioner not working. We called right away and they had someone come look at it but after it still never worked. The house was really hot but other than that it was awesome

Everything about the property was wonderful, except for the bright motion activated light in the en suite of the primary bedroom. It messed with my sleep if I got up in the night.
The pool, spa and waterfall were amazing. House was clean, easy to follow rules, with very responsive management. There were 9 of us, 6 adults, one infant, 6 and 9 year olds. The walk to Disneyland was easy. We loved this house and highly recommend.

This was our second time staying at the 'Its a Small World House'. We were one of the 1st families to stay here almost 9 years ago for my sister's graduation and my daughter's 5th birthday. It was just as magical this time for my sister's 30th, my son's 16th and my niece and nephew's 3rd birthdays!!! The house is the closest walking distance to the parks! The pool was warm enough to swim in the rain! We all had a great time despite mother nature not being on our side! The only complaint anyone had was my son loved making Mickey shaped waffles every day last trip and the house no longer had the waffle maker...which is completely understandable 9 years later!😂

This house worked very well for our group of 6 adults and 5 kids. Plenty of sleeping space and the beds were comfortable. The house was very clean and we enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The walk to Disneyland was a bit longer than we expected per what was advertised on booking but we managed. The stroller provided was very helpful at the end of a long day.
