The condo was very roomy for a one bedroom. Was decorated very nice and felt very homey and had a great beach feel. If any issues the maintenance people on the property were very prompt on fixing. Location was nice if you like to be away from the hustle and bustle of the city yet doable if wanted to go into town. Liked that there were a few places for eating and entertainment close by.

View from the balcony was incredible. Very quiet location out away from town. Condo was neat and clean while providing everything I needed for my stay.

I appreciated the cleanliness, and of course, the view. Beautiful ocean view in accommodations I would reccomend.

We loved being away from town but close enough to enjoy amazing restaurants and bars. The views are unbeatable. Having the kayaks available made enjoying the reef an amazing experience!

While the area was nice, pool was clean and the beach was beautiful, the unit itself was dirty and sheets appeared to not have been washed. Washing machine leaked when we ran it and had to lay down towels to soak up the water. The place is a bit too far north for our liking, took about 20 minutes on golf cart to get back to the areas where people congregated.

I spontaneously decided to travel to San Pedro with my best friend and we were beyond pleased with our accommodations. Upon booking, our host Michaela, reached out to me to help us prepare for the trip. We reserved a golf cart to get around town. It was about a 30 minute drive from town to get to the apartment. We highly recommend renting the golf cart, as it gave us independence to go where ever we’d like, when we wanted - instead of waiting for cabs. We had so much fun driving around in the cart and recommend packing a small speaker if you’d like to blast music while you drive. We spent most of our commutes singing at the top of our lungs like kids. Michaela was so helpful throughout our stay. She communicated with us to schedule massages on our private pier, snorkeling excursions, and even offered to fill the kitchen with groceries. Thank you Michaela! The accommodations were great - with a full kitchen, flat screen TV, Air Conditioning, laundry machines, a clean / updated bathroom and such a cozy bed. We would cook in the mornings and have a peaceful breakfast with a great view from our balcony. The bathroom was equipped with soft towels, a hair dryer and a surplus of toiletries. In the kitchen, you can find any utensil, appliance, or kitchenware you’d need to cook a full dinner and more. Under the sink, guests can find important essentials like sunscreen and bug spray. We added a bottle of aloe vera to that bundle, because we didn’t finish our bottle and knew future guests could benefit from it as much as we did. The living room had magazines, cards and games that would be great for groups to enjoy. The bedroom had long shades that keep the light out so you can sleep in, if you choose to. The pool was fun to jump into, or just lounge next to and soak up the sun. There were power outlets throughout the apartment, which allowed us to charge up our devices with ease, whenever and wherever we wanted. The only things we would change were the distance from town, just because we made friends that were staying further south. We also would have loved to have a full length mirror in the apartment. We couldn’t possibly say enough about how much we enjoyed our stay. The apartment exceeded our already high expectations. We felt welcomed, safe and happy every day. I usually try to visit new places when I have opportunities to travel, but both of us agree that we would love to visit Belize again, and will definitely book our stay here once it is time for us to return.

Blue Water Beach Villas is amazing! Great location to the reef! We kayaked out and snorkeled the reef for hours. Sun Deck is an awesome restaurant right next door. You will not be disappointed!!

Sun Deck next door has fantastic food and hospitality. If you go to the dock around 4 pm local kayakers/fisherman come by with fresh lobster and fish! Secret beach is close and a must see! Get a gold cart and rent blue water beach villas, u won’t b disappointed!!!

“This place was great! Clean, beautiful decor, great view from the front area and the balcony. It was about a 20 minute golf cart ride from town to get to the location but there were plenty of eateries and other places to stop along the way. Michaela was great as far as making sure everything was good with accommodations, setting up golf cart rental, and suggesting activities. This is the perfect location if you want peace and quiet but still want to participate in some action near by.”

Third floor views and breezes are outstanding

Had a great stay at the Blue Water Beach Villas. Not right in San Pedro but close enough by golf cart. Loved the pool, the convenience of the full kitchen, washer and dryer, not to mention AC.

Our stay at Blue Water Beach Villas was amazing! It was our first visit to Belize and we were so pleased with our decision to stay at Blue Water Beach Villas! The condo is north of town, but nothing a short golf cart ride didn’t fix. We loved everything about the condo, having a pool, cooking facilities and a washer and drier not to mention AC! I highly recommend staying at this condo!

We had an incredible stay at this location. The apartment was clean and modern with WiFi, laundry, and air conditioning. About 7 miles from the major San Pedro area which made for a fun scenic golf cart ride to and from and also allowed us to escape the touristy parts of the island. The accommodation has a private beach in the back with a pool and incredible access to the ocean. I would 100% stay here again and recommend to anyone visiting Ambergris caye

Efficient & comfortable

We recently stayed at this condo for 3 nights, and almost instantly regretted this decision. We were already staying on the island, and booked last minute. Because it was last minute, we hadn't arranged for anyone to meet us and bring us to the property (our fault). This is a fairly new property, and not on any of the maps on our phones. So finding it, or rather finding someone who knew where it was, was already a major challenge. (Everyone we called was in a different country and having a difficult time directing us on where to go) When we did find the location, we pulled up to workers milling about the property. There was no one there to greet us, other than the maintenance guy who is essentially the caretaker/security/information/ect. (he was really nice and helpful...as a side) When we walked into the condo, there was construction debris on the floor, as this unit didn't seem 100% ready for renters. I picked up 1 hard piece of plastic with a metal barb coming out of the top so we didn't puncture our feet. The rest of the rubble we brushed aside with our feet. The bedroom is positioned at the front of the condo (by the walkway entrance), with 2 large windows set about 4 feet off the ground. They did not have any curtains or any way to obstruct the view from the outside. So you could literally just walk up to our room and watch us sleep. There was a full 5 gallon Culligan bottle sitting in the kitchen, however there was no Culligan dispenser to put it on. In order to drink water, we had to lift the huge bottle and pour it out. On the subject of water, we stayed there for 3 nights without any hot water. While taking a shower the first night, we realized it went from cold to colder. We alerted the owners, the maintenance guy came to look at it, and determined that the heater didn't work, and they would not be able to fix it until after we left. So every night we had to use a wash cloth to clean off the salt, bug spray and suntan lotion from the day's events...terrible We had a TV but no cable. Granted we are on an island, and didn't care to watch TV, but even if we wanted to relax and surf, that option was not available. And lastly, the furniture had animal hair on it, and smelled musty along with all of the bedding, etc. There were no courtesy tide pods to at least do an initial wash to sleep in clean, non-stinky linens. We emailed the property manager with our issues of the condo while we were there, and she still has not responded.

This was our first time in Belize and the experience could not have been better. We feel we made a good choice when deciding to stay in this condo. First off, the staff makes you feel safe, comfortable and important. Since the moment of our reservation they contacted me to clarify all questions and provide detail information such as activities, transportation, check in & check out, and track our arrival and departure flights. They made great recommendations on the island for things to see, places to eat, where the local grocery store is (because condo has full kitchen). The condo is MORE gorgeous than shown in the photos, in a safe area, quiet, clean, spacious, excellent crosswinds with balcony door and front door open so we barely needed AC even (even though condo has fans and air conditioning), good internet service and cable tv. Did I say the 3rd floor view is ... AMAZING :), the pool is perfect, and the beach is just what we needed. You can fish right off the dock if you choose to. Golf cart got is to everything we needed to even though there are a few places to eat/drink nearby. The condo is affordable and well worth it!! Highly recommended! My husband and I enjoyed it very much!

Location is amazing and quiet. Pool, beach, staff, grounds, all outstanding. Can not stress enough about the ocean view. We went north and south from downtown/San Pedro. I would not stay anywhere else because the location was great for us. Staff and Security kept things comfortable. Rojo's just down from the complex was very close, convenient, and has great food. Try the lobster pizza or habanero wings. They rock. Grocery stores in town allowed us to take our golf cart rental to stocked our room with food, beer/wine, alcohol, etc. Saved plenty by eating and drinking in the room, or taking our cooler down by the pool/beach. Kayaks and the dock made great time fishing and snorkeling. On site bar/restaurant would be nice. It met all of our expectations and then some. Will definitely recommend to friends and return again in the future.

This unit is brand new and in a building of 12 units total. Its very quiet and the VIEW is great! You can even see the beautiful blue ocean standing in the kitchen and sitting in the living room of the condo. The unit is 1 BDRM and very spacious with new appliances, comfortable beds and furniture, and a HUGE balcony area. It includes a full equipped kitchen so we were able to cook some meals, make some snacks while we laid at the pool/beach, and it has a washer/dryer so we washed our clothes before heading home! Overall we really enjoyed this unit and would definitely stay again!

We loved our stay. Everything about the condo was easy and just right. The water view was picture perfect and a joy to wake up to, the beach was lovely, pool was great, we enjoyed the restaurants close by, as well as all the places we went in town. Every aspect of this experience met our highest expectations. Definitely not disappointed.

When we arrived, the view was even better than we saw online. The location was good for everything we wanted to do. Going into town, to visiting Secret beach, we were able to come to the unit and feel very comfortable with everything we needed right there. The condo was quiet and everything was brand new so no problems with things being operable or available, as well as being very clean. Very important. The unit is spacious, furniture is comfortable, kitchen is well equipped, and the overall style of the unit was very nice. We spent many hours on the balcony admiring the view and the tradewinds, and spent time in the pool and on the beach. Great to walk out from 3rd floor view, to white sand, beautiful blue water, and a clean pool. Unit was great too with all the amenities and staff that helped us. Truly hated to leave!
