La vicinanza al mare un minuto a piedi e 10 minuti dal centro il letto comodo e l’aria condizionata. Marietta la proprietaria super gentile e super disponibile alle tue esigenze.
Il bagno troppo piccolo per essere utilizzata per fare la doccia e doccia senza nessun tipo di copertura né tenda né para schizzi per cui l’acqua va in tutto il bagno. Gli amanti della colazione all’italiana quindi espresso cornetto o croissant non ci sono bar nelle vicinanze devi quindi andare al centro che comunque a 10 minuti a piedi e trovare qualcosa adatto alla colazione ma questo è +1 problema del posto e non della struttura

Stanza pulita spaziosa e ben arredata, posizionata in una zona tranquilla vicino al mare, 5 minuti a piedi per raggiungere il centro con ristoranti, bar, market. Marietta molto gentile e disponibile per qualsiasi esigenza. Parcheggio gratuito in strada di fronte la struttura.

Marietta was a great host, she helped us with lots of information and curiosities we had about the island. The room was clean and had everything you need. The house has a great location, near the sea and near a lot of great restaurants. The beach is not crowded at all and the prices are really accessible.
The nights are really hot and we had to sleep with AC on, as keeping the balcony open was not enough. We had a small surprise the last night, we did not have water at all in the bathroom. Seems like this is a common problem on an island.

Great location, away from the noise of the busy street with restaurants and bars but within walking distance to it. The nicely decorated apartment has a cute little terrace, a small kitchenette with all you may need for a short stay. Marietta is a very kind and helpful host.

Friendly and helpful hosts of apartment. So close to the beach, which was awesome. Clean beach, ideal for families with shallow water. It is the place to reset your energy!

The house host, Marietta, is a fantastic person. She is expansive and funny and has many suggestions for day trips and secret places on the island. I never found an accomodation with higher price-value ratio as the place is basically on the sea and near many extremely good restaurants. Cleanliness is perfect and we found this place a perfect match for our vacation.

The room is located just next to Alykes beach which is really calm and less crowded than other beaches on the island! Would 100% recommand!

Very friendly owners, we got an Upgrade to a room with sea View. Very calm and nice stay with a Dog.

Staff, little touches. Very relaxing and spacious. Had a well equipped kitchen, lovely relaxing balconies. Right next to the beach, easy walk into town on the nice quiet side of town. The cat, so friendly and a pleasure to hang out with. Loved our stay here! Good WiFi
No curtain on one window, I wore an eye mask and it was fine, also enjoy waking up early. Mattress is very hard. Was quiet as everyone was respectful, bring ear plugs if noise is a problem for you as there is limited sound proof between properties

House is on beach, in center of Alikes. We had really good gril bar few meters from apartman. Beach is sand with waves, amazing.

Cool place close to the beach. Rooms with large terraces decorated in Boho style. Clean, fresh towels every day. Bars and restaurants nearby. Convenient access to each side of the island. Polite and nice hosts. I recommend staying in this place

I really loved my stay at the Votsalon Beach House. My room had everything I needed to make my stay enjoyable. Great decor, comfortable (and big!) bed. Hot shower. Air con. Fridge, kettle, dishes, glasses and cutlery to enable you to prepare salads, breakfasts etc. Plus a lovely little terrace. Marietta was friendly and welcoming. The property is 30 seconds from the beach and close to many tavernas, bars, supermarkets etc. There is a bus service into Zakynthos town 3 times a day. The property is a €30 taxi ride from the airport. I would definitely stay here again.
I can't think of a single negative!
