The location was perfect, being near the resort yet away from the noisy centre . There were many lovely tavernas within walking distance . The owners were extremely friendly and helpful and looked after the property well . The pool was warmer than we have previously found in Greece , which was a bonus . We would thoroughly recommend

The location was perfect. we were self catering but with lots of nice restaurants within easy walking distance.

Nothing to improve except for the sometimes flaky WiFi. This is probably more of a fault of Greek Telecoms rather than the villa.

The house was just lovely for our two families (2 kids and 4 adults) The pool and beach were awesome the water was so clear and warm. Every morning waking up to that beautiful view was just perfect. Marieta the host was teriffic she took care of all our needs, booking cars and providing info about the town and when my son got an earache she even drove us to the nearest pharmacy for eardrops. They had a couple bikes available and a kayak which was fun for everyone. There is a restraunt right next door which was super convienent and the town was easily in walking distance and had plenty of restaurants and shopping available. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend Niova Villa!

Nothing negative comes to mind, everything was great!

We had the most WONDERFUL stay at Villa Niova. The property itself is beautiful, and if its possible exceeds how it looks in their beautiful images! The owners were friendly, helpful and welcoming and very relaxed. We've all said we would already like to stay for another stay!
