Very nice property! Enjoyed the stay!

The condo was updated and spacious. Kitchen well stocked and towels were very plush. Location was great. Some of the beds were not very comfortable and the cleaning service did a poor job. I know they are quick in cleaning but there were crumbs and sand on the floor in every room and bathrooms were not cleaned very well. Not owners fault. I would stay again.

Loved having enough dishwasher pods, and dish soap as well as extra toilet tissue and paper towels. Plus plenty of extra blankets, some beach towels, and beach umbrella! The small amenities are not usually included. Great condo. We enjoyed the pools, lazy river, and beach. Unfortunately, the weather was too hot. And the drivevwas too long--10+ hours.

The condo was exceptional! We had 6 adults and 2 children with more than adequate space. Everything was very clean and the ocean view was outstanding! We were there over the 4th and with our ocean view we had “ the best seats in the house” for fireworks! And it was not overcrowded. We also enjoyed evening walks by the marsh directly across from the condo. Highly recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay! The place was was very clean and in a great location. The only issue was there is only two parking spots. We have two adult children with spouses. Other wise it was a great place to stay!

Perfect condo for family or group. FULLY equipped kitchen…anything you could need. Needs to update master bath pic because the tub has been remodeled into the most fabulous shower. We’ve stayed here 4 times and always have a great time.

Loved the property, oceanfront, updated. Loved the amenities. Loved the convenience. Could have been cleaner, urine and paper was still in one toilet, had to pull couch out to check if lamp was plugged in as it wasn’t working. Lots of dust and goldfish cracker behind couch. Otherwise, would definitely consider this property again!

The condo was better than expected, it was a great week.

This place is amazing. My husband and I went with our 5 kids and my mom. There was ample space, stocked kitchen, everything was laid out perfectly. Beautiful decor and it was nice that it wasn’t overly cluttered or full of breakables with young children. Beautiful view of the ocean and balcony was a perfect spot to have your morning cup of coffee or watch the sunset. Master bed was comfy, only small complaint would be that the other mattresses could use an upgrade. But within the first day we were already talking about booking for next year. We loved being up on the end of Cherry Grove. Condo really felt like home. 100% 5 stars!!!

This condo was huge! The kitchen was great for cooking. There were a lot of dishes for everyone. We had a variety of pots and pans to use. I liked that the master bedroom was ocean front and the rest of the bedrooms were at the other end. The only thing I could find that was different from the pictures was that in the master bathroom there is a large walk in shower where the large bathtub was. The house keeping could be better but overall, I would stay here again!!

This is a great 4 bedroom condo. Lots of room. Kitchen stocked with everything you need and more. Condo has been updated, some pictures in the ad has changed for the better. Great master bath update.

This was the perfect place for our annual family vacation. There are 8 of us total so we needed the space and this definitely had it! This is in the more residential area of Cherry Grove which we loved. Beach isn’t as crowded as some of the other areas even over the week of the 4th. Alan responded to all of our questions and had everything covered in the check in/check out list. The ground floor bathroom was a lifesaver and very clean! The condo is smaller so it stays well maintained and clean everywhere. The room itself was sparkling clean and smelled nice. TV in the living room was huge and made for great movie nights. Master bathroom was absolutely BEAUTIFUL. Balcony is huge and private and they have really nice patio furniture out there to sit and enjoy the waves. Kitchen is very well stocked with everything we needed, even a pantry to store away foods off of the counter! Washer and dryer worked great all week for towels and bathing suits. They have a few beach chairs, beach toys and games that we could use. Because we were in a really nice family area we decided to leave our beach wagon with our chairs and toys right outside of the unit to keep sand out and we had no issues at all. Only con was there is only 2 parking spaces, however my brother spoke to another owner that had an extra space and let us use it for the week so it worked out perfectly, everyone there is super friendly! Only thing missing from this place is a hot tub, but definitely not a dealbreaker with everything else being so perfect. You can tell this is their personal home with all the small details and not just some rental company. It felt like home away from home for the week. We will definitely be back!

Great experience!

I was disappointed that one room was listed with 2 beds, it only had one. The view was amazing! Great neighborhood and friendly owners that live there we met and gave us suggestions. The condo had everything we needed for a 3 family vacation with kids. The kitchen had everything that was needed to live there for a week. Games and puzzles for all ages we’re also there. We will be back

If you’re looking for a place for 2 families, look no further!!!! This is by far the place place we’ve ever stayed… spacious bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, FULLY stocked kitchen, games, gorgeous on beach view! Not only was the place beautiful, but it also provided a ground floor restroom and private cubby on ground floor stocked with beach toys, chairs, etc. you could leave your stuff in the cubby during your stay as well! This place was super clean & stocked with anything and EVERYTHING you could possible want or need… we’ll definitely stay here again!

FULLY equipped. Listing needs updated as there are now 2 king bedrooms. Actual table seating for 8 plus a child’s high chair plus counter seating . New BIG tvs and bathrooms and flooring. We’ve stayed in this condo 3x and only switched when it’s unavailable Very child friendly without a bunch of breakable decor. See you next year

It was a wonderful girls beach trip. This is a great place with everything covered as far as kitchen, games, EVERYTHING!!

The view in this condo is amazing! We didn't want to leave. It was a great fit for our family. We will be staying here again

My husband and I rent an ocean front home or condo every year and give the reservation to our family as a Christmas gift every year. Alan's condo at Cherry Grove had been our favorite over the past 5 years. My 2 year old loved the 1ft kids pool and the lazy river. The beachfront access and view from the balcony is perfect. Would definitely stay again!

We loved staying here and would definitely stay again. There was plenty of room for 9 of us and the location was perfect! I would have given it 5 stars, but the cleaning service could have been better.

The property was very easy to find. Check in and out was extremely easy. It was clean and the view was amazing!! Had a high chair for my granddaughter and enough room for all of us with out feeling over crowded. Will definitely look into staying again.

Accommodations as promised. Reported that lockbox was not secure to housekeeping but nothing done during week therefore unit left unsecured at departure. Thank you for anticipating every need.

Never disappointing Very nice

The condo was very big and clean. It had plenty of room for 8 people and kids. The rooms were nice and we had a beautiful view of the ocean from the balcony. Each bedroom had nice TVs and the living room was packed with games so hanging out at night was really fun. The only downside was we really couldn’t get in contact with the owner the days of our stay. We were told we needed parking passes, codes to use the bathroom on the ground floor, and pool passes by someone on the maintenance staff but I couldn’t get a clear answer from the owner on what to do to get them and there was no paperwork or info on that checking in. The only other downside was there wasn’t enough bath towels, or toilet paper in the unit so we had to go out and get some. Both of these things aren’t a really huge deal we just felt like it was a little bit of a inconvenience but like I said it wasn’t a big deal I would definitely book here again. Overall we had a great experience and really loved our first time using vrbo.

Would highly recommend staying at this condo. Very clean and well maintained. Stocked with the necessities and essentials so you can enjoy your stay without having to pack things from hand soap and toilet paper to beach chairs.

It was a great location and perfect for the 6 adults. Plenty of space for us to get around and not trip over each other.
