Terrible experience with the host. When we should pay and leave, she found invisible "discount (same price for 3 or 4 nights) I didn't find anywhere. We payed 4 nights even we have been 3. I wrote her to check that "discount" and to send email to booking...to check why I do not see that discount. Then she told me that she will refund that money for extra night. Few days later she said she will not get back that money and if I wrote that trough accommodation rate, she will wrote bad comment about me, as a guest. All that plus a series of insults...terrible, all for 20e and because I asked what I payed.
