Все очень понравилось. Отличное размещение. Замечательный хозяин, вошёл в положение, даже не просил предоплату. Для пары идеально! Удобная кровать, хороший санузел. Кухня с полным набором всего необходимого. Внизу бокс для лыж и бордов.

Улучшить что-то ещё тяжело. По ночам иногда заселялись люди, ходили по коридору, но по сравнению с друзьями, которые жили в соседнем лофте над рестораном с живой музыкой и не могли спать до 2-х ночи, это пустяки))) Вид из окна прилагаю.

Уютные аппараты, не далеко от подъемника. Есть свой ящик для лыж.

минусов не обнаружил.

The host - Imeda - was very helpful - gave us information about trips, taxi, etc. We liked the good quality apartament' equipment: bathroom, beds, kitchen. Big plus for the 3-ply toilet paper :)

The building is very noisy even late at night. The shower becomes a pool due to a bad drain. The door was hard to close you need to force close it.

Everything about this property was amazing! the views of the mountains from the balcony were stunning! and the location is amazing! I couldn’t recommend our hosts enough also! they were so accommodating and even left little treats as myself and partner were spending our Christmas at this location!

Loved this place! The location is perfect for skiing/hiking, plus you have supermarkets and eating spots just two steps away. The flat is super cozy with all the essential amenities, very well-thought and very clean. Imeda was an exceptional host, always available and helpful with accommodating our requests. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who's planning to visit Gudauri anytime of the year.

Perfect all-season location in Gudauri! The room was very comfortable, sparkling clean and super cosy with a beautiful mountain view from the balcony. Everything is in place for a comfortable stay and the fully-equipped kitchen is a big plus! Will definitely come back for a longer stay during the ski-season!
