Bellissimo appartamento di nuova costruzione. Completamente privato su un garage indipendente, tutti gli elettrodomestici e tutto il resto è nuovo di zecca. Splendida vista sulle montagne da ovest che si affaccia sulla finestra panoramica. Spa come bagno con W & D. Chefs cucina con isola grande, stufa a gas a 5 fuochi, lavello in cascina, lavastoviglie e tutti gli utensili da cucina e utensili da cucina. Aria centrale e riscaldamento. Letto matrimoniale con divano letto doppio per un dormitorio supplementare. TV e Wifi, con una smart TV per Netflix ecc.
Parcheggio sicuro in strada illuminato. Non fumare sulla proprietà. La chiave è un blocco del codice. Per una ricerca video tour YouTube per "baselinebnb"

Didn't remember detail about which one was the entry door, so had a bit of an issue getting in. Other than that, LOVE the town in short walking distance and place was very comfortable, well laid out and supplied. Thank you!

It was modern with touches of vintage furniture pieces. Spacious, clean, light, airy, quite and a bath room with a large walk-in shower. The bonus was the washer & dryer!
Very close to restaurants, pubs & and an open space trail.

Lovely property, just what I needed in the evenings. Could hear the traffic in the mornings so if you are a light sleeper ear defenders might be needed. Overall very happy with my time here and and suited the need of my visit!

This apartment over garage was exactly what we needed, and exactly as described. One of the cleanest VRBOs we have ever stayed in, large bathroom with very good and large shower. Plenty of kitchen/counter space. The bed was very comfortable. Location worked perfectly. A short 15-20 minute ride to the hustle and bustle of Boulder, but quiet and peaceful for overnight accomodations. Would definitely stay again. You do have to walk up stairs, so consider that if mobility using steps is a challenge.

In town to visit our daughter, just my wife and I. The location was just perfect for us, close to coffee and restaurants. Quaint little flat-style apartment with pretty modern appliances and stocked with a lot of the things one needs when away. Furniture could have been a little more comfy, but we were out exploring 95% of the time so this was no biggie to us. Bed was comfy as well. Would stay again if in the area. Mark, the owner, was awesome and responded to every message very promptly. We are pleased!

We throughly enjoyed our stay at this property. Is was perfect for my wife and I. The space was the perfect size and very quiet and private. If it’s avaifor our trip next year we’ll definitely book this property again. The owner was very easy to communicate with and was helpful.

Property itself is very nice, but the furniture is quite worn/old except for bed which was very nice and comfortable. Kitchen is great with mostly new/updated appliances, stocked with some basics like condiments, leftover coffee, etc.
The immediate area is not the best and it is certainly average. There is a schoolyard next door, and a very busy street just 100 feet away. The noise was not a significant issue however. I would not call this a "historic area" although it is close enough to walk to one. Overall, given the relatively low cost per night, it is good value.

My son goes to CU Boulder so we got this great getaway when I came to visit.
We felt safe in the neighborhood and could easily find places to eat, hike, and enjoy.

I was staying there to take a sick dog to the animal hospital in Boulder. The place was close enough to be convenient and Lafayette is very safe and charming
I could walk to restaurants. The local bookstore was great. And there was nice open space within walking distance.
The place itself was spotless and had everything I needed. Mark was very nice and stayed in touch.
It was perfect for a single person. It would also work well for a couple or perhaps a family with small children (human or fur).

Great place to stay as a base for exploring around Boulder and surroundings. Communication with Mike through email was great and check in was a breeze.

Our stay was wonderful. Would not only recommend but we would stay here again. As cable subscribers at home, we were challenged by streaming tv. Would suggest some instructions to aid others like us. Not a deal breaker though since we didn't spend much time watching tv.

We couldn’t have been more pleased with our stay. Everything about the apartment, the location and the check-in experience were outstanding. We live in Miami and have very dear friends who live just down the street from this apartment. We will definitely look to book it on our next visit!

Adorable carriage house, exactly as advertised. Designed and furnished in a hip, yet understated style, boasting a very comfortable bed and pillows, nice-sized kitchen, and roomy bathroom equipped with a shower with great water pressure, and washer/dryer. Excellent communication with host, Mark, who provided a binder of useful information upon arrival on the kitchen countertop. Just wish I had booked sooner to get a second night out of it. Thank you, Mark!

We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment was walking distance to the cute downtown, full of restaurants, bookstore, coffee shops, very fun! The apartment was very clean and the bed was comfortable, and a kitchen full of everything you need. Mark the host was very accommodating.

The studio was just like the pictures and the location was perfect! Only about an hour and 10mins to the Rocky Mountain National Park, 20 minutes to Boulder, and 30 minutes to Denver. Downtown Lafeyette was very cute and I felt super safe. Highly suggest this for your stay if you are trying to get in a bunch of good hikes all around Colorado.

I was there for a work event. I work in Louisville and live 45 miles away. We had an event that had me working particularly long hours that week. It was perfect for what I needed. It was clean and everything worked. My only suggestion would be to add a full length mirror. Since I was dressing in full business attire, it would have been useful.

Mark's property was just like I expected it based on the listing. Everything was clean, the kitchen was well equipped, downtown Lafayette is within walk distance, as well as some nice trails and nature areas.
