Not being able to use the back porch wasn’t the best, but the house itself was solid. It got hot with the sun and limited A/C control but it was fine at night.

The home provided ample room and beds. The furnishing are nice and we had a great home base during our stay. I was disappointed in the Mountain View’s. Like so many homes in this area- the view is obstructed by other homes. This home, more than most. There are some restrictions about the property you should check out before renting. We were able to discuss and work around them but they are different.

We (2 adults, 4 teens, 2 children) stayed at the property for a trip to see family. The house is exactly as pictured, in a nice suburban neighborhood with a lovely park right down the street. Close to many amenities and a quick 20 min trip to Boulder. We did have one unpleasant experience with the neighbor mentioned in reviews. She gave my teenagers dirty looks and made them feel unsafe. The lower level heat or radiant heat wasnt working upon arrival and the host was very responsive, fixing it immediately. We had plenty of dishes, blankets, pillows. There is one towel and washcloth per person, but I do laundry on every trip so this wasnt a concern for us. (We also had a large group). I would absolutely stay here again!

The home was nice but a little worn down. The wrap around couch was broke in the corner.
We arrived at the home a little after 3 when you are allowed to check in. About 15 minutes later a repairmen showed up to repair something in the attic. The repair man did not want to come in when he found out I was just renting but then the property manager called me directly to tell me to let him in. It was very awkward and we had planed to go out and could not leave until he was done so we were late to our event. The property manager said he was going to come but he never did. It was very frustrating. I feel they could of scheduled the repair at a time when guest were not there.

The home was nice. Missing some essentials..no toilet paper, no dish soap, hand soap dispensers empty. Not enough kitchen towels, no kitchen washcloths, just crusty old sponges. Bedding wasn’t washed, white stains on two of them noticed.

This is a nice big house in a quiet neighborhood to stay with our family for a wedding weekend. There are a few things that could be given some attention to by the hosts. They are fixable. That being said, if you have a large family and need a place to stay in this area this house was a nice size and the layout is nice and we could spread out.

The manager was easy to communicate with we were allowed to check in two hours early and check out later. The kitchen had more than enough pots , pans , kitchen utensils, coffee cups and wine glasses. We would definitely stay there again.

This was a very nice property. Well located between Denver and Estes Park. Everything was clean and well maintained. Property Manager responded promptly when we had a minor issue.

The home was beautiful and spacious giving us all of our own space, beds and bedrooms very comfortable. We had a few questions that were answered in a timely matter, great communication! Although the weather did not cooperate and much as we had hoped the view was outstanding. Close to the airport and outdoor activities.
Highly recommend this property for a family visit, we had had a great time!

We came for my nephew’s wedding and this location was close to a lot of different things. If you are looking to be in the middle of the hustle and bustle, this is not the place for you. However, if you want a quiet place to go to after a day of sightseeing or activities, this is a great place. Views are beautiful and neighborhood was a great place to run/walk. The house fit all of our needs for a wedding weekend. Very easy check in and host was very responsive.

Overall, we had a great and pleasant stay! The property is located in a quite neighborhood and close to children’s park, some stores and restaurants. The property is overall well maintained but we thought there could be a more deeper cleaning specially under the couches, we wouldn’t notice it if it weren’t for our kid playing with cars.

The home was nice, but could benefit from upstairs carpet cleaning. It would have been nice to have more than 4 washcloths available since we had 6 guests. I would like to have had more than 1 pillow per person available too. We had issues with nest thermostat (in the middle of the night it automatically changed to 82 degrees- not fun in the summer!) Overall beautiful home but could be improved with the above suggestions.

This is a large home with lots of living space. Everything was pretty much as advertised. There are lots of walking trails in the area and the grocery store and shops are close too. Overall, it was a very good value for our stay.

Really enjoyed this stay, it was a perfect house for a large family. The #1 thing is having enough bedrooms and bathrooms. Also being close to a park and trails was great. The neighborhood was quiet.

The house was clean and accommodations were outstanding. Had everything for adults and even things for the toddler we needed. The house was immaculate, clean and accommodated the family. Enough bedding & extra blamets as it got colder during the rain.
The patios decks were nice for morning readings. The children didnt understand why the couldnt play in backyard, but theres a great park at the end of the street. Very well pleased abd highly recommend to others.
We may visit Colorado again, and rent this space again. Staff was excellent in Communications and responses.

House was spacious, clean and nicely decorated. We were lucky it was raining since we’re forbidden from using the backyard; for this reason I woud not rent it again. Knives were too dull to be useful. And there weren’t drinking glasses other than plastic cups or wine or beer glasses.

The house was a great size and perfect to accommodate our family. We gathered for Christmas and it was a great set-up. The owner of was great to communicate with and quick to answer questions.
We did have a negative experience with a neighbour, which confirmed why the owner gave us instructions to not be in the back yard, only park 2 cars in the driveway and not give the neighbours anything to complain about. I am guessing there has been issues with this neighbour in the past. He kept to himself as long as we were quiet and stayed to ourselves but he was nasty and threatening when my nephew’s car was stuck in front of the house and made noise trying to get it out.

My friend and I stayed in this very beautiful home. The communication with the property manager for a couple issues, specifically the heating system and how to start the fireplace, was almost immediately responded to. Not much of a view of the mountains. You have to go upstairs and look out the windows to see them. The home is in a nice neighborhood that felt safe. Restaurants and grocery stores were very convenient. Easy to get to Boulder and downtown Erie. The place was impeccably clean and modern. Great stay. Thank you!

The house was nice and we enjoyed staying there. Unfortunately the fully furnished kitchen did not have any plates to eat off of. We brought this to the hosts attention and they said it's likely the previous guests took them and offered no solution or apology. How can you rent a furnished house and not have any plates. And offer no solution. I ask for a partial refund to make amends and they wouldn't do that either. We've had great experiences with VRBO hosts who are usually very customer service oriented but this was not the case with CoRentals. This frustrating and disappointing and they obviously didn't care about our experience at their rental. Their customers service skills were horrible and I will not rent from them again.

The booming suburb of Erie is convenient to Boulder, Denver and all the attractions of that greater area. The house was just as advertised....clean, spacious and conveniently located. Supermarkets and restaurants were close by. The whole process was seamless. Highly recommend.!

We loved this property!! The kitchen is amazing and so well stocked- esp in comparison to other VRBO homes. So spacious and in a great location!! We had issues w the smoke detectors and the owner did a great job of getting it fixed. No complaints here!

Delightful
After the unfortunate checking process with late arrival in wind and freezing weather (the code did not work ) we had a great time. The house was comfortable, spacious and happy with many amenities. Some inaccurate info. TV is only available through streaming and there is no mountain view unless you go on the deck and look over many houses. Other than that it was lovely. we loved staying there.

Wonderful house and location
We enjoyed our time in Erie at this beautiful house. We stayed for a month and It was the perfect place to stay while helping family in the area. The area was just beautiful! We enjoyed walks and bike rides with gorgeous mountain views every day! Access to the mountains and city was easy.

Quiet family neighborhood. House was clean. Initial dishes in dishwasher were not clean. Previous renter probably did not start? Had to be rewashed. DW worked fine. Could not figure out the outside lights. I think the bulbs need to be tested. All light bulbs in upper left bedroom were out. Kitchen faucet needs work and one range control dial knob was missing. Dangerous.

Beautiful, spacious house, nice views
I stayed at this house over labor day weekend with a few family members while we were in town for a cousin's wedding. This house is very large and in good condition, in a quiet family friendly neighborhood. We were also pleased with how well stocked everything was, from shampoo in the showers to spices in the kitchen. Would stay again.
