Plenty of parking.
Room was a bit campy. The paint on the walls are patchy, looks very old and badly attended to. Room was a bit too dark. The pillows are too soft, maybe extra pillows would help.

Large parking area and large bed for our small family
Too many functions during my stay - 1) Birthday party until late night, many people in the lobby and had to park outside from parking box (with guard permission)
2) birthday celebration at cafe in the morning - had to move to other table after sitting when staff said certain tables is reserved (probably last minute booking), no "Reserved" card displayed on the table.

The room is spacious and okay for premium suite
Don't take breakfast here. Breakfast very limited. No special bread, only gardenia. No nasi lemak or normal breakfast food. The worst is I kena halau from certain table because it is booking for others while I am paying one of the expensive room there. Realy bad being treated there. Will not go here anymore. Feel not worth it to take king premium suite. I should take the lowest price room here instead

Hotel not respond to my msg . need them to send me the invoice for my claim. But they didnt reply me.

The room is bright, TV channels are in proper order, hotel is clean throughout. The location is quote centralised and it's away from the buzzling of city , like traffic jam and noise.
Perhaps, can consider putting shades in the park lots.

Bed is comfortable.
There is a vomit smell while entering the hotel. Entrance area is very smelly and lobby is hot. The Aircon seems not working. Overall hot and smelly is not a welcome experience.

Staffs were too noisy chatting and laughing among themselves when doing housekeeping in other rooms.

The room is nice and clean. There's a very good selection of channels on the TV. There's a mini convenience store at the lobby, where you can get chocolates, cup noodles, etc to satisfy your cravings in the middle of the night. It is quite close to some nice nasi kandar restaurants.
The hotel is in the middle of a number of used car lots and motorcycle shops. I was taking a nap at around 4pm and I was awaken by someone who was revving their big motorcycle engine constantly for over an hour. I called up the service desk to complain about the noise and they told me to just deal with it and there's nothing they could do because the hotel is just situated next to the motorcycle shop.
Wifi is crap. I had to use my phone data instead.

The hotel room looks like the picture.
The room size was good. Value for money. Most places we visited were ~10 mins taxi ride away.
The breakfast wasn't kids friendly, but it's subjective as I believe it suited locals.
The toilet is small.
