Lüftungsschacht im Zimmer war etwas lauter als er uns lieb war.

One of the best hotel rooms I've staid in my whole life. It's simple yet has everything that you need. The view is absolutely stunning and there's not many places in the world you can have that. Hotel is located super close to where you get the cable car to the mountains and the bus to the city center. Staff is super friendly and helpful. I recommend the chic rooms 100%, loved our stay.

Las vistas de algunos dan a zonas de servicio pero tiene cortinas que no tienes porque verlo . La estancia del desayuno es más un comedor y con poca luz . Pero correcto todo

Ótimo café da manhã, funcionários gentis e dispostos a ajudar, supermercado, estação de trem e ônibus a uma curta caminhada. Único detalhe é que fica um pouco longe do centro e assim sendo, ficamos dependentes de esperar por ônibus que passam apenas de hora em hora… mas depois que vc ja sabe disso, basta se programar se quiser subir ao centro. Mas foi tudo maravilhoso e eu ja estou ansiosa pra voltar!

Distância pro centro e nao ter uma parte coberta que conecte os quartos “chics” ao café da manhã. Estava chovendo e tínhamos que passar na chuva pra ir à recepção/café

Location, it was nice and quiet. Accessible and it clean.

Nothing really. It was perfect.

The chic rooms are excellent and extremely clean. Breakfast is lovely and the staff are so nice.

The communal kitchen is really small and under equipped. We ended up having to buy take out because we couldn’t cook our food.

The room was exceptional for being considered a hostel, we did get the 2 person room and it was very similar to a hotel. The breakfast in the morning was a good variety, and the staff was very helpful and kind.

The hostel is located about a 25 minute walk from the main square, but you could take a 4 minute train or the free bus to get you there, so this wasn't a big deal. I also didn't love that the floors were concrete instead of wood or carpet, it wasn't very comfortable to walk on.

New hotel very modern and great location. The restaurant grill is good and the breakfast was also nice. Parking is secure. Room is large, clean, and has these amazing cubbies to store all your things. The vibe at the hotel is energetic.

Not that it was a problem, it was just a surprise that the floors in the room were concrete.

Eiger Lodge Chic was the perfect base for our trip to Grindelwald. The location was amazing, situated close to Grindelwald Terminal station which gave us quick access to all of the cable cars in the area. We didn't have a car for our 3 night stay but I didn't find the need to with how close we were to Grindelwald Terminal. The area itself is quiet with minimal restaurants and businesses but that didn't phase us as we would just go to the Coop for food or walk (train and bus were also an option but with such a picturesque town, we preferred to walk) to Grindelwald. We never dined in town because the prices were wild but this didn't affect our trip in the slightest. The actual hotel itself was amazing and exceeded our expectations. We were in the new wooden building. It was a simple, small room but it had everything we needed. And as it was newly built, everything was clean and modern. We had brought an AUD to EUR adaptor but this didn't fit in the power sockets in the room. Luckily, there were also USB charging ports so we were able to use those. The room was very comfortable and a great base to return to for a little rest after a 3hour hike! The bathroom was also clean and modern. I also ended up really enjoying the breakfast that was provided in the morning. There were usually scrambled and boiled eggs, cold cut meats and cheeses, a wide variety of bread, yoghurt and muesli etc... We would take our breakfast and eat outside with the stunning view of the mountain. I couldn't reccommend this accommodation more for a trip to Grindelwald.

next to the grindewald station, easy access to jungfraujoch. reasonable price comparing to other hotel around the area. beautiful view around the hotel, there was a kitchen that we can use to prep our own meal.

no door for the bathroom, its okay if you are sharing it with family, but would be awkward if sharing it with friends. expensive for the minimal utilities offered, but again, everything is expensive in switzerland.

Not a lot going on at the Terminal and dinner choices were scarce nearby. But the views were beautiful!
