No breakfast...but the owners Manuela and Emanuel went out of their way in helping me to plan my further travels in other islands like Anguilla...even though this is not their job and they have two young kids to take care of..really appreciate their help.

The sofa in the living room could be a bit more classy and comfortable...

We hadden een appartement in een soort van kelder. Het rook er muffig en zag er erg armoedig en zeker niet sfeervol uit. Ver lopen van de vele activiteiten.

Accommodation with perfect price/performance ratio. Beautiful beaches are literally around the corner, there are restaurants and shops. The accommodation is fully equipped, which is ideal for longer stays.

One day our WiFi didn't work, the pool is small and the hot tub didn't work, not that we needed it. The sofa bed downstairs is not ideal for sleeping since it's quite lumpy. But these are all minor things, it was a very enjoyable stay.

We liked the location, the facilities, the privacy and the tranquility.

There was nothing to dislike. We were satisfied with everything.

De beheerder stond al klaar en gaf een rondleiding door het appartement. Ze reed me zelfs even heen en weer naar de supermarkt! St, Maarten is met recht The Friendly Island! Dit is echt een ruim appartement, met balkon, uitzicht op zee. Het is wel even lopen (5 min.) naar een strand bij 1 van de vele resorts in de buurt. Een huurauto is aan te raden, parkeren kan voor de deur. Het appartement is schoon, heeft goede wif (belangrijk voor mij, want ik kwam er voor werk), ook leuk (geen gebruik van gemaakt): een klein zwembad en jacuzzi. Volgens mijn zijn er 3 of 4 appartementen, dus je komt nauwelijks iemand tegen. Ik zou hier een volgende keer zeker weer verblijven.

Ach.. ze waren aan het klussen in. de omgeving, dus wel wat lawaai. De douche liep niet helemaal lekker, maar niets om er niet te verblijven.

D'abord, la propreté n'était pas au rendez-vous. Ensuite, nous avons été énormément dérangés par les travaux réalisés au sein même de l'établissement. Nous n'avons donc pas pu profiter de la piscine et avons été réveillés dès 07h45. Enfin, nous avons été reçue par la gérante, mais celle-ci ne nous a pas répondu au téléphone par la suite. Précisons que pour la trouver lors de notre arrivée, j'ai dû chercher après elle dans le jardin et ce sont les ouvriers qui m'ont aidés. PS: du café à disposition serait un plus bienvenue.

Kinderen hebben heerlijk gespeeld in het zwembad, mooi uitzicht vanuit de tuin en er zit een fijn strandje op 5 min lopen

Nice location with great views over the sea. Not too far from a supermarket (5 mins walk) and a bar on the beach. 10 min walk to bus stops.

It was fine. No complaints.

The pool was beautiful. Location was so close to supermarket, restaurants and beach. We enjoyed the verandah to watch sunrise / sunset and cruise ships in and out. Great Manager, Kay was always checking in with us to ensure everything was ok.

Het is wat gedateerd en dat vind ik echt jammer. Klein beetje meer aandacht zou het echt mooier maken

Toplocatie. Prachtig uitzicht op zee. Ruim apartement. Supermarkt om de hoek Geweldige service van Kay. Regelmatige schoonmaakservice.

Het bed was comfortabel, maar een beetje oud en niet heel stevig. De smart tv had af en toe kuren en was iets te klein.

Le logement est très spacieux et confortable pour séjourner entre amis ou en famille. L'arrivée et le départ est simple et l'hôte disponible par WhatsApp. Situé à quelques minutes du centre de Sympson Bay avec bars restaurants etc..

Le jaccuzi n'était pas opérationnel c'est dommage. Le logement mériterai un petit coup de rafraîchissement pour se sentir vraiment comme à la maison.

We were greeted and looked after incredibly well by Kay, the loveliest hostess. She was full of useful information and was incredibly kind and helpful. The location was gorgeous, with sea views and a pool right outside our window. Would highly recommend 🥰

Spacious 2 bedroom Apartment. A little tired but hopefully in the process of updating. Car parking at front of the Apmts. Aircon worked fine and splendid views over the gardens and Bay. Good assortment of Appliances and crockery but no dishwasher.

Although the weather was hot and sticky the hot water outlets were tepid and to have the choice would have been nice. A little tricky to find given the paucity of detail of Car Hire map! But directions from Mgmt were good.
