The property is conveniently close to the airport and the staff are relevantly pleasant.

I didn't like that on both occasions when I stayed at the hotel, the bathroom was not cleaned properly; there were eyelashes and human hair all over the floor and the toilet was clearly not cleaned. Please, please open the room windows before guests arrive as the room can smell a little musty from being closed all day. The shower did not stay up in order to take a proper shower and when I finished taking a shower, the floor was very wet.

Trevlig dam i reseptionen som försökte vara så hjälpsam som möjligt men hon var nog extrainsatt. Bra var att jag fick byta rum till markplan då hissen var ur funktion och jag klarar inte av att gå i trapporna. Klimatet och värmen var toppen.

Katastrof fanns ingen frukost att tillgå fast jag visade att det var inkluderat i min bokning, de erbjöd mig istället att få 10 USD kontant varje morgon för att köpa frokost i närliggande restaurang, vilket inte var fel ioförsig, men jag fick alldrig en enda morgon några 10 USD att köpa frukost för. Så de är skyldiga mig 140 USD Som jag gärna vill ha tillbaka. Städ endast 3 ggr på mina 2 veckor, AC alldeles för kallt i lobbyn och i rummet 14-16 grader så jag belv förkyld och fick bihåleinflammation. Efter många om och men fick jag och någon form av hjälpreda justerat till 20-22 grader i rummet

Comfortable bed. Good air conditioning. Very nice and helpful staff. Got to check in early. Walking distance for groceries and restaurants for breakfast and supper. Walking or short drive to a great beach. Not that far from the airport.

The shower curtain did not keep water from getting all over the bathroom floor. Perhaps a shower door is needed. A towel bar or hooks are needed in the bathroom.

Terrific value in a clean, modern 2.5 starish hotel in a low key residential University area easy to walk to several restaurant options and to Mullet Bay beach. I didn't see any comparable option on the island.

Didn't expect luxe amenities at this price, but a coffee pot in the room would be nice. The lobby didn't have have a map to show first time visitors how to get to the walking path next to the golf course that runs parallel to Mullet Bay beach.

I liked how clean and comfy it was. The staff was friendly. The area was nice.

I don't like that I paid $15 for breakfast and It had limited food to pick from. I did not like that it only had one kind of cheese to use. I paid $15 for a slice bread and a boiled egg because they had nothing there that I liked. If you have to pay for breakfast have more of a selection. I might as well had gone down the road by the restauraunt and ate there.
