Bellissima la camera con vista mare, veramente suggestivo non potevamo chiedere di meglio, presente sia ventola che condizionatore, abbiamo dormito benissimo! Ottima anche la possibilità di mangiare i pasti o prendersi un succo fresco! Staff eccezionale, una famiglia dolcissima!

Purtroppo abbiamo beccato la spiaggia molto affollata essendo andati durante il weekend, ma già lunedì era vuota! Ammetto che non ho trovato la spiaggia libera pulitissima, ma probabilmente è dovuto anche al fatto che c'è stata mareggiata. Ad ogni modo consiglio di fare tappa qui almeno un paio di notti, forse l'ultima vera tappa dal sapore srinalkese prima di essere catapultati nell'occidentale sud-ovest dell'isola.

Lovely bed and breakfast at Dondra Head - the southernmost point of Sri Lanka. Great family running the business. Room spacious and clean, WiFi fast and probably I have had in Sri Lanka, breakfast good and varied, including freshly squeezed juices every morning. Located literally next to Dondra Lighthouse, so very special location among the palm trees. Very local vibe. I also ate dinner here - super fresh lobster was awesome. Tons of green parrots live in the palm trees and make for a fun viewing experience also. I would come back and stay here again.

No complaints about accommodation itself whatsoever. The beach is literally in front of accommodation so visible from the breakfast area. Local women, but also some men, dress conservatively, so I did not go to the beach because I would have been the only foreigner in a bikini. I don't think the locals would mind - everybody was very friendly - but just something to consider for solo female travelers. Now, I knew this in advance, because I read all the reviews and checked out the details, and it did not affect my stay at all - I was at a beach location before and after Matara, so I was fine just chilling here in the hammocks and sightseeing.

Excellent location right on the beach. Very large excellent breakfast - dinner was good too. Owner was very friendly/helpful.

L’emplacement au bord de la plage. Le personnel très agréable. Avons été accueillis avec un jus de fruit. Les repas et petit déjeuner Sri Lankais étaient copieux et variés. Je recommande vivement cet endroit.

We stayed here a few years ago, and they have been busy improving the property since then. It's right on a little bay that is really popular with the locals, and an elephant dropped by in the morning on it's way to the local temple. It's great to see a family business doing well :)

I wish we'd stayed another night.

Wonderful stay. Beautiful location in a small bay with a very lovely family. We loved the friendliness of the family and they really do look after their guests . We will stay again.

Everything was great

The breakfast was marvellous (fresh fruits, Omelette, Hoppers, Mango Juice and these pancakes with coconut filling), also loved their Roti with Dhal and the Rice & Curry. The family is very friendly and greets you with a fresh mango Juice :) also, doing laundry was possible.
