We found the property very clean but the location is not as nice as we hoped, the view is overlooking a very noisy parking lot and every day there were car races on the street in front of the hotel. We do not understand why the front desk does not contact the police as this happens every day several times a day. It woke us up many times. If it weren't for that, our stay would have been much better.

This is the second time we’ve stayed at this property and really enjoyed it. The owners are very responsive to questions, and the property is centrally located right near the beach with everything you need! I would definitely stay again!

The condo layout was very nice. The owner was extremely helpful and answered questions/concerns immediately. The condo facility was awesome and access to the beach was easy!

Rental process was very easy. The property is a little more dated that evident in the photos. Excellent valet staff.

This was nice place close to beach. The Apartment was clean and host was communicating well. The nearest shop is 7/11 cross the Street and Walmart which is half miles away.

Great condo; very clean. Everything you need for the beach (towels, umbrella, chairs, toys). Check in was easy. Lobby and gym were clean. Pool was nice but on the smaller wide and mostly shaded by very tall buildings surrounding it. VERY limited beach area to sit as the surrounding buildings take over the beach area with their loungers and leave very little room for the rest of us (not any fault of the condo owners of course). Valet available but can also park your own car (they just need to open the gate). Nothing really within walking distance which is usually nice when we are staying at the beach. Overall, condo itself was great and communication with owners was great!

Location to Hollywood/Halendale Beach was great. This complex is more for the beach lover, pool was on small side with no ocean view. We spent all our time at the beach. Location to Hollywood Boardwalk was a 5 minute drive. Lots of places to eat and people watch on the boardwalk. A couple of things to consider. You have a partial ocean view from balcony. Property directly overlooks the parking lot and you will hear car horns during your stay as valet use key locks to find cars. This is day and night time. Though valet service was a nice convenience throughout our stay. The bedrooms are warm. Floor fans are provided and you will be using them. Laundry is onsite but not in condo, that personally is a drawback from me. Owner did address issue of no extra garbage bags immediately, which I appreciate. I was disappointed there were only 3 beach chairs in condo, owner expressed it was currently hard to replace chairs. 4 adults in their 50s need chairs. It was great to have umbrella for the beach and at least the other 3 chairs, we flew in so bring our own was not an option. Also, broken blender was not addressed during our stay. Not a huge issue, just no fun beach drinks that we planned. Overall, Hollywood beach area is a great location for a beach vacation. I am sure you will enjoy the area. If you are looking for a reasonably priced condo, this could be an option for you.

The building itself has aged over the years and a few renovations and some paint would help. As for the condo I rented, it was renovated, clean and comfortable for the entire family. The view from the balcony isn't the greatest but then again we were there to enjoy our stay in Florida. The balcony view would have been a bonus. The building staff was great, always helpful and respectful And the owner of the condo was just as courteous and helpful until my arrival. All in all I'd say we were satisfied.

Pros: -Owner was quick with responses to questions and very polite -condo was clean and spacious -kitchen has everything you could possibly need -all beach accessories were a positive addition for use at the beach Cons: -the view is a parking lot and somewhat misleading when looking at pictures -horns are constantly blowing from valet trying to find cars -the elevator can be heard through the master bedroom walls during the night -the building is directly behind another hotel/condo so in my opinion not ocean front -not the owners fault, but the washer/dryer that you have to pay to use down the hall were filthy

Very well supplied with all necessities. Beds are comfy. Communication was exceptional. Only flaw was not the owners policy but the building policy that the pool closes at 7 pm. Would liked to have seen at least a 9 pm closing after a long day of sightseeing to relax poolside. Thank you Kirill and Nadia.

This property is great for a stay on the beach! Very easy check-in process and all details in the listing are accurate. The owners are very responsive and answered all the questions I had. The location is great and allows you to explore many areas around Hollywood and Ft Lauderdale. The property was also spacious and clean. I would definitely recommend!

This condo was very clean and nicely decorated. The location was great also. The beds were very comfortable. There were extra fans and blankets in the closet. Only complaints would be that there wasn't a Keurig coffee maker (just a standard pot) and that the owner wouldn't give me the door lock code until 30 minutes AFTER check-in time (after asking for it several times) and I had to have the front desk call him for it. Other than that, great trip. We enjoyed our stay.

We were so happy to find beach chairs, umbrellas and toys for us to use. The pool area was exceptionally windy for some reason so we opted for the beach more. It’s right there close. (The neighboring condo/ hotels have huge saved areas that aren’t even being used) makes for a tight squeeze so we just walked down the beach a bit. Sooo many good restaurants of all ethnicities all over, a quick walk over the bridge or a short drive down the beach to the Boardwalk! Beds were all super comfy and kirill and Nadie were so wonderful as to have a pack n play for my granddaughter all set up. The extra key fob was $30 extra so we just shared the one provided and it seemed to work out for us. The room is a keyless entry(by code) so that wasn’t such an issue. The valet guys need another system though, horns going off at all times to find cars. Overall it was a great place and area and Thank you kirill and Nadie for always responding so quickly. This was a great place to stay! The front desk staff was helpful and the location was close to many cool things to do. You will have plenty of places to eat and drink within close walking distance. The unit was very spacious and clean and we enjoyed our view of the ocean. EXCELLENT food on the Broadwalk. We spent a lot of time there. Pleasant stay in Miami as my family and I were headed to a cruise. Location is minutes away from Gulfstream Park. I love horse racing so that was a plus. I experienced an issue with valet and his customer service issues, but was able to immediately correspond with property owner, who responded immediately. Great place; would book again.

We had a really great time, the apt was clean and had all that was needed and more to enjoy the pool and the beach. The owners of the apt were very helpful and prompt at answering all our questions. The pictures reflect the apt exactly, the valet parking is easy and the people at the lobby very helpful. We will def stay here again!

Our family of six (2 adults, 3 teen girls, and my 93-year old mom), had a week-long stay at this wonderful property. The owners were quick to respond to our questions from day one. The condo was well-equipped with thoughtful necessities for cooking in, going to the beach, etc. We truly felt at home in this condo. The on-site property managers were helpful as were the valet crew. Helpful tips: For large families traveling with gear, wheelchairs, etc, use the service elevator in the rear, consider renting a car to venture around the area since there is so much to see and do. The condo is in a great spot for shopping, beach strolls, etc. Highly recommend! Thank you so much to the wonderful hosts!

Owner was responsive to guest's needs and he seems like a person that keeps his promises to his guests. Property was in great location. Valet parking was affordable and quick.

Everything was as described. No complaints here. Managers gave us all of the info we needed. Only one elevator worked which caused long wait times. But when you are on vacation it’s not a big deal.

We very much enjoyed our extended weekend getaway! The place was appropriately pictured and listed on line. The view from the balcony was great. We did have an incident where one of our teen daughters got locked out on the balcony so I definitely think that needs to be fixed. I recall someone else mentioning this too on a review. The only area I felt needed a little more cleanliness was on the coffee mugs and silverware but I ran those through a wash cycle before we used them. I loved having the beach chairs and towels and some boogie boards/toys! We would stay here again but we found we were Ubering to the Hollywood Beach Broadwalk a lot for entertainment. We loved the outdoor bar next door but wished it stayed open later into the evening. Otherwise we had a wonderful stay. The pool met our expectations. Thank you for a great time away from the cold in Maryland! We were so sad to leave!

Stayed for 12 days just to escape the north east chill. The beach is right down a path and chairs and umbrellas available to rent or bring the ones provided in the apartment for a free day at the beach. We did both. The beach and water were perfect.

Easy set up, access, and communication. My guest loved the convenience of beach and near by shopping.

The property is in a fantastic location just steps away from the beach and is walkable to grocery stores and restaurants, so no need to rent a car. It is well stocked with beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, etc. The view directly to the front of the balcony is of a parking lot and the parking garage for the neighboring building, but there is a beautiful beach view to the left. We just turned the chairs on the balcony to face left so we could look out at the ocean. The hosts were extremely responsive and the property was clean and well stocked.

We had a great time! The condo was perfect! Clean and comfortable! Owners very nice and responsive. Great location, just a very short walk to the beach. The front desk staff not always the nicest but the valet service was a great resource for places to go. Highly recommended

The experience was good. We enjoyed our month of February, both in Naples and the in Hollywood. The condo we rented got our needs. We look foreword to doing it again

Vacation was excellent! Appartment was clean and description was accurate. Fully furnished with extras. Owner was in constant contact inquiring about vacation. It shows that he takes being a good host to heart. Valet was very helpful for sightseeing tips (my apologies but couldn't remember his name but worked day shift). He pointed us to excellent locations. Would have given 5 stars for neighborhood but car alarms going off at all hours in parking garage directly across from appartment and lot below. Would consider staying here again.
