Everything except for the complementary breakfast it sucked

Perfect location, staff super accommodating and friendly

It was very nice. No problems. Staff was excellent all the way thru.

We really enjoyed the hot breakfast, lots of seating and great outdoor common area to sit. The room was clean, up to date, and spacious. Front desk at check in and check out were welcoming and efficient.

We had book the room that advertised sleep up to 6, it had the day bed with trundle bed, but no linen, it was impossible to get linen/blankets for it. You get 4 squishy pillows on the king bed and they had no extra pillows when asked for the extra beds which was disappointing. You only get 2 towels for the shower and when we asked for extra towels no one brought them. I'm thinking because it was at bedtime.and they didn't have staff. There was no one at the bar to serve drinks, but that was really minor, I didn't book here for a bar.

Breakfast was appreciated but basic. Your staff was on it! Coffee ran out and your staff were incredibly accommodating getting what we requested quickly. Amazing job by your cafeteria crew as well as housekeeping. The entire facility was clean and well kept.

Unfortunately your staff at the front desk left much to be desired. I believe his name was Kenny, your acting supervisor for 8/26/23. As I was standing in line waiting to check in, there was another client before me that was asking a question and he shut her down pretty rudely. At that point because I had walked in a bit after her check in started I figured perhaps there was a miscommunication. However, I noted his quick write off and found it quite unprofessional. I walked up next and went to try to pay for my stay with cash and was told per hotel policy you no longer accepted cash. When I booked my stay with your location online it stated I could pay with cash. Besides the point, though I stated this to Kenny he gave me a quick "well that's policy" in such a condescending tone that to be honest If I wasn't worried about losing my funds I would have taken my party to another location. I understand we are in a different time when customers are no longer "always right" but there should be some sort of professionalism that remains, especially if corporate wants reoccurring clients.

The coffee

It was nothing but carbs! No fruit but old apples and oranges. No bacon or sausage. Everything was in a bag!

The property is new and the desk person was really nice. The hotel is nice Great amenities.

Cleaning of the bathroom is sub par which leads me to believe the entire room was probably pretty but dirty. Get better housekeeping to keep the hotel in the best condition

Was well kept and in a good location

Would have liked to have soap by the sink in the bathroom. Would have liked a decaf option for coffee or tea in the breakfast area.
