The beds were very comfortable and the bathroom was spacious with good water pressure. However, the entry light needed replacing and the clock radio did not work. Room service did not do the cleaning requested and we had to ask for towels and coffee packets. Service was provided when we asked specifically for these items to be addressed. The pool area was vey disappointing. The ool water was soapy and the hot tub did not work

Food and bar is back!!

I got to my room around midnight, room was very hot inside. I was exhausted so i adjusted the thermostat lower than what it was set at 60°. I thought the temp would adjust, woke at 5 am with the room still stifling 🔥 hot. Not happy! The hallway was about 15° cooler than my room.

Looks like the Hotel is not well taken care off. Trash overflowing, very dirty common area, mold in shower. Shuttle service not available to the Ballpark. Unfriendly front desk clerk at check in. Ask us to pay 50 dollars for the shuttle, then told us its not available. Front desk clerk sound asleep at 6 am while people are leaving

It’s pretty alarming that these hotels make so much money and don’t reinvest it into the rooms old and outdated shower. Had a lot of corrosion on the door handle and showerhead.

Easy stay. In and out without any stress. Nice room that had what we needed for a quick baseball trip. The only complaint was I thought the towels were inferior and didn't seem to match the other amenities.

As always, had a fabulous stay at the Sonesta. We were able to check in a little early which was nice. The only thing that we were bummed out about was the shuttle to the Brewer game wasn't running, but we used Uber and it was fine.

I sent this email the front service mamager and her boss. NO RESPONSE from either. I just wanted to give some feedback on our recent stay. We typically do stay at the Sonesta when we come for Brewer games and have reserved rooms in the past under my name or my fiancé‘s name Jenny Van Schyndel. We like the cleanliness of the hotel and the comfortable beds. However, we just checked out this morning and this stay was not as comfortable as our stays have been in the past. When we checked in, Jenny had asked about the hours for the pool and they told us the hours, but never mentioned that the hot tub was closed. When we booked this hotel we purposely did so because it had a hot tub. Other hotels had continental breakfast, but we chose to book the Sonesta because we were looking forward to using the hot tub. We got up early at 8 AM and went down to use the hot tub only to find that it was closed with caution tape around it and completely empty. We wish that they would’ve told us this upon check-in or better yet when we made the reservation. On a sidenote, Jen was also disappointed to find that there was no hairdryer in the hotel room. We would like to see if we could be compensated a 50% discount on the room due to being no working hot tub as advertised. Please let us know if you can handle that refund. I realize that we booked through Hotels.com, a third-party Administrator, but I do know that it is possible to get a discount

My room key didn't work after going to the desk twice and having them reissue a new key. On the 3rd trip to the desk a different front desk employee came up with the master key and realized the door unit was malfunctioning and changed my room.

Checking in, I waited an hour because the desk clerk was sleeping on the job. That pretty much solidified my stay. So this dish was horrible.

Two of the chairs in my room were disgustingly dirty. Did not sit on either would not sit on either .

Will never stay there again going through his transition phase

Room wasn’t ready. The lobby was full of other folks waiting for a room. My wish was to check in even if they didn’t have a room ready just because I didn’t want to have to go through all the BS after our concert. Front desk staff were cold and not helpful.

Room was great! Bed was comfy. Unfortunately the hot tub did not work when we were there. Seems as if it was out all weekend.

My stay was great. Our room had some wallpaper peeling off by the door. The pool had tiles that look like they will fall. But other then that it was great

All of the staff was very nice. The nightly rate was absolutely too high for the condition of the rooms. The room smelled of urine by the full length mirror (I'm hoping it was pet urine and not human). The furniture in the room was beat up. The door lock didn't work properly. There's peeling wallpaper, incredibly dusty vents. Although minor, the bed skirts were sloppy and crumpled, which just didn't help with the overall presentation of the room.

Waited at check in for 20 minutes with 1 employee while others just chatted. Upon entry to room never looked cleaned. Hairs on toilet, bathtub, no toilet paper put out (had a roll in cabinet) stains on both beds bedding both sheets and blankets along with holes. Requested room service, didn’t do it. Pool was disgusting don’t know if it had been cleaned yet alone had chlorine. Nasty clumps of hair floating around in pool.

Rooms outdated and run down. Mold in the bathroom. Lobby was nice. One of the front desk workers was rude to my sister who was also a customer. Breakfast buffet wasn’t worth the money.

It was great and the bartender it was awesome I forgot his name but he was an African American Man and the cook did great as well he was Mexican sorry but I’m trying to be discreet as possible overall awesome stay thank you

Convenient to Milwaukee Mile.

The hotel was worn. Our room smelled musty and not clean. Water stains on ceiling tiles in bathroom, shower bottles had no soap or shampoo in them, no refrigerator, service horrifically slow at front desk- waited quite awhile.

I missed having at least a small refrigerator in the room to keep things cold overnight, otherwise my stay was fine.

Great staff. Quiet in the rooms. Some minor maintenance issues need to be addressed (Shower handle fell off in room 219). Had a very good stay.

When checking in front desk didn't seem welcoming at all. Checked in and gave us the room key. Didn't give us a courtesy info of hotel prior to giving us the key. Stood one night. Bed was comfy sheets were thin. Next morning I Uber eats my coffee as I wasn't aware of courtesy coffee in lobby (failed to mention when checking in) when I picked up my coffee from lobby. Left our room key in lobby box labeled rooms keys. Also did notice there was breakfast being served for a fee. Again, we were not given that information. Couple days later we noticed we were charged for two nights and wasn't the room rate listed on our reservation. Our reservation was for one night. Beware! Make sure upon checking in and checking out ask for receipts.

I enjoyed the bed. Super comfy. The ladies at the desk were Super helpful with my needs. Loved the swimming pool and hot tub. Water was perfect

Mostly just an overnight stay after a concert. Didn’t get the room I booked and person up front seemed bothered with me asking any kind of question
