I chose this hotel because it was close to Froedtert Hospital. I stayed 3 nights then had to find an another hotel as they couldn’t accomodate me on Saturday. I returned on Sunday for another 3 nights. I was extremely disappointed I never received housekeeping the second set of nights even when I requested it! So disappointing to come back from a long day being at the hospital and not have my bed made and clean,dry towels.

Property never stated until you paid . The rooms were clean every 3 days. That should be stated up front. At the 3 day staying period, the room still hadn’t been cleaned. Air conditioning worked sometimes and the front desk stated , they had staffing issues. I will never stay at this hotel again or recommend.

We loved it. Pleasantly surprised how beautiful and spacious the rooms were. Clean and safe!! Great breakfast bar!! We will be back!!

The shower had mold in it and the floor of it looked like it was dirty…needed some bleach to get the stains out. Have stayed here numerous times and would highly recommend but wasn’t happy with the bathroom cleanliness the past couple times.

Beautiful, spacious room. Very clean with every amenity needed. My family of five stayed and it was the most comfortable and accommodating of any hotel we have stayed in as a family before.

We enjoyed our stay. The floors are touchy and the people below complained when we were walking so you’ll need to walk carefully. Other than that the rooms are clean and comfortable. The common areas are clean. The staff is friendly. The breakfast is enjoyable with different options. We do enjoy staying here. We will be asking for a first floor when possible.

This was a quick overnight stop between customer visits. The facility is so nice and clean and the staff was very friendly.

The rooms are very nice but breakfast which is included was terrible. We have stayed in many hotels and I have not had this poor breakfast.
The choices are very limited, no bread for toast. The hotel is very nice but can improve their breakfast service for sure .
