Questo attico spazioso e baciato dal sole è la casa perfetta lontano da casa. Il nostro edificio è uno dei vittoriani più storici proprio nel cuore del centro. È anche l'edificio più fotografato nel centro di Pacific Grove che chiamiamo anche "America's Last Home Town". Questo affascinante attico offre splendide viste sul centro e sulla baia di Monterey. Si tratta di un'unità completamente arredata e decorata nel fascino vittoriano e nei comfort di casa con due (2) camere da letto e un (1) bagno. Questa unità è perfetta per un massimo di quattro (4) ospiti. C'è un parcheggio fuori sede 24 ore su 24. C'è anche una nuovissima cucina personalizzata splendidamente decorata. Il bagno spazioso e pulito. C'è anche una lavatrice e asciugatrice a disposizione per il lavaggio. Vieni a gustare la colazione al piano di sotto prima di passeggiare nella bellissima area del centro per fare shopping, a due isolati dall'oceano, accanto al nostro cinema e ad 1 miglio dal Monterey Bay Aquarium. Questa unità è di prima classe e molto pulita. Anche se sei nel centro della città, questa unità è molto silenziosa. Gli ospiti hanno detto che è più tranquillo che stare lungo la strada oceanica.
Questa unità ha bellissimi pavimenti in legno di teak raschiati a mano, soffitti alti ed è arredata con gusto. Rannicchiati sul divano nella vetrata anteriore con un buon libro e goditi il nostro centro in azione.
È a 2 isolati a piedi da Lover's Point e dal sentiero regionale mozzafiato che si snoda lungo la baia di Monterey. Puoi camminare verso sud intorno alla Asilomar State Beach o verso nord fino al Monterey Bay Aquarium, Cannery Row e Fisherman's Wharf. Non dimenticare di visitare il nostro bellissimo faro di Point Pinos.
Salta in macchina e puoi guidare fino a Pebble Beach (17 Mile Dr.). Dista solo 5 minuti, 10 minuti dal centro di Carmel, 20 minuti dalla Carmel Valley e 45 minuti da Big Sur.

Let me first give a resounding positive review on this gem of a place to stay in PG. The unit is even cuter in person. It was well appointed, clean, and comfortable. It is also convenient walking distance to most of what PG has to offer including shops, restaurants, and even the coast. Should we ever need to return to the area I would love to stay again. That being said, and in the spirit of a thorough review, the biggest challenge was that the (probably original) single pane windows do nothing to block out the noise. And the noise really doesn’t come from any of the restaurants, but the shockingly loud sea gulls and the trash collectors/street cleaners (on certain days). I had to use my ear plugs after the first night of poor sleep. I wouldn’t let it deter you, just come prepared.

We came for a weekend from SF to explore the area and drive to Big Sur. It was a great place to stay! Comfortable beds, centrally located on a fun street with cute stores, restaurants and coffee shops. Short walk to beach which was beautiful at sunset!

This apartment is cozy, beautiful and spotless clean. It is within walking distance to many shops, restaurants and a market. The kitchen is stunning and well equipped. The owners also own the restaurant downstairs which has delicious, beautifully presented food, and it couldn't be more convenient. I would recommend it and stay there again in a heartbeat.

We loved the apartment! From the brand new kitchen to the excellent beds. It was welcoming and super clean. Photos do not do it justice. The steps are tall but easy to climb and parking is super easy. The location was a great base to explore the area and the proximity of a wide choice of restaurants made our evenings nice and relaxing.

We were visiting the aquarium and wanted to be relatively close to the aquarium. The place was at a great spot to walk around and the property was amazing.

This quaint property was exactly what we needed to make the weekend relaxing and enjoyable. Just a few blocks from the beach and a very short drive to cannery row, we loved this spot. It was quite clean and neatly tucked above restaurants. We were able to make it to our event in downtown Monterey (just a 10 minute drive) without any problem. There are also so many small shops and eateries within walking distance that made this a place we will definitely revisit. The owner was also quick to reply for anything we needed.

This property is in an ideal location in Pacific Grove. Would certainly stay here again and highly recommend this home for your next trip there. The hosts were fantastic making us feel welcome and were always responsive to any questions we had. It is an easy walk to the aquarium, 2 blocks to the ocean with beautiful views and so many restaurants all within walking distance including the restaurant down stairs from the rental. There is a coffee shop two blocks away with musical entertainment on Fri nights and Saturdays as well as brunch jazz on Sundays.
I can not say enough about our wonderful stay here. Can hardly wait to return.

The property is very nicely updated and comfortable but it can get a little warm and does not have a lot of airflow. Mary was great and the restaurant downstairs is convenient and good food. Located in a great area with a lot of good restaurants and an easy walk to the beach and Cannery Row.

This was the just the most perfect place to stay! The charm of this historic building added to our vacation. The apartment is perfectly appointed, all of the rooms were charming and comfortable. We loved being able to listen to the jazz music from the restaurant below. If you are wondering about noise from the restaurant or the street, do not worry! We didn't hear any restaurant noise at all. This historic street was so quiet after hours....it was a great break from San Fran! The town is so walkable....we walked to most of our meals out, and enjoyed visiting the quaint shops, and it's less than an 8 minute walk to the coastal walk to enjoy the sunrise in the morning and the views during the day. And, the breakfast at their restaurant was amazing!!!

As in the pictures, but better. The flat is cuter than the photos show, kitchen and bathroom well provided and comfortable, check-in and check-out a breeze.

This property is just perfect. It was spotlessly clean, well equipped and very comfortable. The beds were amazing! The location is perfect for exploring everything around the Monterey area. Mary is the best host, very friendly and super helpful. Cannot recommend this apartment highly enough.

The apartment was immaculate, beautiful trims and furniture, comfortable beds, just a very nice place to stay stocked woth everything you need, with a restaurant downstairs that had delicious breakfast lunch and dinners!

Charming 2 bedroom Victorian style apartment above family owned restaurant. We enjoyed 3 nights. Is surprisingly spacious. We prepared some meals in the updated kitchen and benefited on Friday from a jazz band playing a couple doors down. The street noise is minimal and settles by 9 pm. The street has lots of interesting shops and restaurants. Easy 5 minute stroll to coastal walk. The Victorian Corner restaurant below the flat serves an excellent breakfast. Highly recommend staying here.

We had a wonderful stay in the apartment. It is bigger than pictured and everything that we needed was supplied. It is located in a great neighborhood and within walking distance of the ocean, restaurants, and shops.

This charming victorian is right in the midst of downtown Pacific Grove, just a short walk to Lovers Point. The apartment was clean and tidy with a modern kitchen and updated bathroom. Tons of room and in a perfect location to go on walks or get to other sights in the area. Mary was extremely helpful and welcoming. We would definitely stay there again!

Enjoyed our time there, being above the restaurants was a little noisy at times but it was a weekend. I had to go and buy shampoo, but other than that it was great

Loved the house. It was even better then what I imagined. Clean, beautiful and great location. Located right in the middle of everywhere we wanted to go. The wharf, cannery row and lovers point. Mary is amazing she’s very sweet and very accommodating. Next trip I take that way I will definitely stay there again ❤️

This property is a condo above a very nice neighborhood Italian restaurant in the heart of Pacific Grove shopping. 15 minute walk to Cannery Row and the aquarium. We stayed here four nights and used it as our homebase for going to Monterey, Carmel and Big Sur.

We loved this spot! Stayed for 3 nights; walked all over Pacific Grove trying lots of restaurants and enjoying the coastline. Traveled to Big Sur for hiking. The apartment was spacious, clean and had everything we needed. Mary is an amazing host. I highky recommend this gem!

The place is a stunning old Victorian two story building, loft over a very active restaurant corner. We always wondered what life living above a restaurant would be like now we know. While not fancy, the loft was more than adequate, clean and perfect for a family of four adults. As the weather was lovely we kept the windows open, morning and evening and it was delightful to listen to the clink of glasses and china, waiters pleasantly serving customers in very nice establishments, and the banter going on. The plus was walking downstairs in the morning to an excellent breakfast served by the proprietor of the lovely little loft above the lovely restaurant. Although we were in a heat wave, and without air conditioning as far as we could tell, by keeping our windows open the loft was comfortable. We had fun!

All and all it was very nice accommodations for us. Located above very nice restaurants. You feel like a bit of a celebrity when you come out of that door right onto the patio LOL. Would stay there again.

This was one of the best! The location was great the place was great . We were treated to wonderful Jazz every night so we always had to stay in and eat in the living room to get the full enjoyment! The eating place and the music all end at a very reasonable hour so it was really something! It is close to everything. Thank you!
