Unità 2103: Questa è la nostra unità al piano terra recentemente rinnovata con decorazioni in granito e accoglienti. Non c'è niente di più conveniente di questo se hai bambini! Non è necessario trasportare lontano la borsa da spiaggia, i dispositivi di raffreddamento, le boogie board o gli asciugamani. L'arredamento è lussuoso rustico costiero con un'enfasi sul "comfort"! Offre davvero il fattore "WOW"! Puoi parcheggiare davanti alla tua porta e scappare dalla porta sul retro della piscina o della spiaggia! Questa unità può ospitare 6 persone con un letto matrimoniale e TV nella camera matrimoniale, un letto matrimoniale nella camera degli ospiti con TV e un divano letto matrimoniale nel soggiorno. What a vacation! We loved our stay here! PERFECT location for both beach and pool fun. I spent a lot of time researching a place before booking, this one checked all of the boxes! With small children and a dog, you won’t find a better location.
The complex was quiet and family friendly. The pool was never over crowded. We enjoyed morning coffee on the beach then came back down mid morning to spend the remainder of the day. The close proximity made going back and forth a breeze. The beach chairs/umbrella service was SO appreciated. Pompano Joe’s, a super cute rolled ice cream shop, gift shops, and scooter/bike rental shops were all within walking distance. We enjoyed the walking/bike path off the road.
We were able to cook most of our meals in. The kitchen was fully stocked! Even the little things like Tupperware were provided (we were so thankful this allowed us to bring lunch down to the beach)! The complex also has a vending ice machine outside which we utilized for stocking our beach cooler.
All beds and pillows were COMFORTABLE including the pull out sofa! The shower pressure was perfect and we never ran out of hot water. We were so thankful for the washer and dryer! Extras like boogie boards and sand toys for the kids were truly the icing on the cake! Thank you for such an amazing stay. We will be back!

Second time staying in this condo! Beautiful furnishings and directly across the beach....literally juat steps away! Plus everyone enjoyed the nice pool too !

We enjoyed our stay here, the beds were comfortable. Very convenient to the beach access, and loved the beach chairs and umbrella that came set up with the condo. But there were a few things that could be improved, the kitchen sink faucet was wobbly, the bathroom toilet seat was also loose. Other than that it was a wonderful stay and we would choose this condo again.

We really enjoyed our stay at Maravilla. The property was just as described and met all of our needs. We enjoyed the amenities that Maravilla had to offer such as the workout room and the pickleball courts. We also liked how convenient the unit was to the front pool and the beach access. We would stay here again.

Condo was clean and updated. 2nd bedroom was a little small with only bed and nightstand- no closet or drawers for clothes. Main suite nice. Downside was accessing beach required crossing busy street. Overall was nice unit and complex.

The condo is very dated. The bed was the only thing comfortable. We were not contacted regarding all the codes and the beach gate changing. Poor communication. The property was nice and would come back to Maravilla but it would have to be a cleaner, updated condo. I am sorry for my negative comments but future bookings need to know about this unit

We love everything about this place! Close to the beach and restaurants. Condo is just as described and clean. Beach attendants were all very nice and helpful too. We can't wait to come back!

The condo is super cute and in a great location close to restaurants and a very short walk right across the street to the beautiful beach. It is so easy to go back and forth for lunch. The pool is so close too . We did grocery shopping at nearby Winn Dixie. The bottom floor is super convenient. We would definitely stay again in the future, it was great !!

We absolutely LOVED this unit and had the best time ever! It was just perfect. First of all, it was very clean and there was no sand at all inside. It had everything we needed to cook. The kitchen sink was the perfect size to bathe our baby. Some helpful things we found in the unit: kids' toys, beach chairs, plenty of bath towels, lots of blankets and pillows, and a very comfortable couch for napping.
What we loved the most though was the location. It's practically on the water. Loved the green space outside and that there is access through the back door.
I cannot wait to come back.

We stayed here back in May! We loved it so much we booked again for our August trip! Prime location on the first floor just steps away from the crosswalk leading to the beautiful beach! Very nice up kept property and this unit is 10/10! A lot of things to do close by. We can’t imagine staying anywhere else in Miramar now!!

Very nice property. Can’t get any closer to the beach for this price. Chairs, boogie boards, toys, etc. were a plus. Kitchen has 99 percent of what you need if you cook.

All around great experience. Great location, clean condo, easy beach access, smart tv, multiple coffee maker options, clean and quality cookware/dishes/silverware, and comfortable furniture for lounging. Not sure what else I could have asked for from a vacation rental. 100% recommend and will try to book again.

We had friends stay here when we all came down last summer! When we seen Marti’s place was available for our week this year we had to book it! Being on the bottom floor front row to the crosswalk is a game changer for the beach days!!! Very clean and unkept property. Lots of good food and fun things to do close by! Will definitely book again and again!!!

Our stay was perfect! We’ve been going to Destin for 8 years now. We’ve always stayed in the same condo, but wanted to bring our dog with us this time. We’re so happy we did. The condo was clean, spacious, walking distance to several restaurants, steps from the beach, and the gentlemen in charge of chair service went above & beyond. We’ll be back! We made a last minute trip to the beach and this condo was great! We were right across the street from the beach entrance. Loved having the ground unit for our puppy. Definitely a dog friendly area. The owner was very accommodating and assisted us in changing our dates. We will def be back.

The owners of the condominium we originally stayed at owened two condominiums. One was on the ground floor while the second, with a much better view of the ocean on second floor. They actually switched with us when we wanted more of a view. We were on the first floor and wanted more of an ocean view. They sacrificed their condo with a better view for us. Marti is a Great manager.

We loved everything about our stay! The unit was perfect for our small family. It was clean, well maintained, and had everything we needed.
The kitchen was well equipped with all the essentials to cook breakfast, lunch and dinner each day. I was even able to bake!
We were just a few steps from both the pool and the beach which my young boys loved! The unit is also along the walking path so taking our dog on his daily walks was a breeze. He loved meeting all the neighbors, seeing their pets, and enjoying his own views of the beach!
The chair and umbrella beach set up were perfect! The guys work hard everyday to make sure everyone has a great beach day. It was so appreciated.
It was a wonderful week! This is a unit we will definitely be booking again!

This was our first time in Miramar Beach and we absolutely loved it. The condo was perfect! Very clean and so close to everything. We will definitely be back!

Have a few complaints, the sheets weren’t clean, got in bed and there was sand in the sheets, they was dust all over the floor and walls. The sink in the master bedroom won’t drain. The dryer needs a new vent change took four times to dry the clothes. The windows were filthy. My husband clean the windows so we could see out. They didn’t clean the shower or toilets before we got there. There was dirt and sand all over the floors. I swept and mop them.
