Great location, accommodations, and service.

Was easy walk to the best parts of Charleston. Went on the free bus route once, but found really the best things were right by us. Comfortable bed, nice shower, all we needed for my wife and I.

The apartment is small, with a small kitchen, small bathroom and loft bedroom, but it’s quite comfortable, and is within close walking distance to the historic market and downtown shopping and dining.

Great visit to Music Farm to see Benjamin Tod and the Lost Dig Street Band. Then to the aquarium.

This apartment was perfect for a two person stay in Charleston. A quick walk to historical sites, fun restaurants and access to all the areas of interest. Kitt provided nice touches in the apartment that made the stay enjoyable.

This property was just what we were looking for. Great location and within easy walking distance to all attractions. Bicycles were a bonus.

We loved our stay here. Everything was perfect! It was so cute and every little detail had been thought out. She even had a little cooler if you wanted to take a picnic to the beach. We took the bikes out to explore the neighborhood the first night and realized just how perfectly located this little rowhouse is. Everywhere we wanted to go was just a few minutes walk. There was even a Target practically around the corner. Head south of Broad to find the most gorgeous houses!! We particularly loved Legare Street. There were some gorgeous houses as we biked along the Battery also. Poogan’s Porch was very close. Get the fried green tomatoes. So yummy. You are also a few minutes walk from Market street. Definitely would love to come back and stay here again!!

Great stay. The location of this property is fantastic for exploring Charleston on foot. We did not need a car and did not one. The property was clean and easy to access. No complaints!

Perfect location. Apartment is adorable and clean. Small kitchen was perfect for coffee and to make breakfast. It was stocked with everything we needed. The only thing we would have changed were the pillows on the bed. They were way too thin. I would definitely recommend this place!

This place was perfect! So charming and quaint! Very clean. Kit was so easy to get in touch with and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Walking distance to King Street. I would definitely stay here again!

Perfect spot!

In historic district and easy walking to many of what tourists want to see and all restaurants were delicious (we r cooks and were pleasantly surprised). The unit was well stocked, properly cleaned, and good internet! Also a very comfortable bed!

If I could give this 100 stars I absolutely would. This VRBO was amazing!!!! It was so clean and in the absolute perfect location. We were able to walk everywhere and so close to so many shops and restaurants. Judy was AMAZING!!! She was so helpful and accommodating during our stay and we couldn’t have asked for a better host!! The check in and check out process was so smooth. We will being staying here again 100% on our next stay and look forward to coming back! :)

Clean, cozy, well appointed. Perfect for one or two people. We parked and walked everywhere. It is close to just about everything in the historic part of the city. I highly recommend!

Terrific location makes walking to all of Charleston very easy. Apartment is cozy and charming, clean and comfortable. Host had some coffee and creamer which was much appreciated!

The home was adorable!! The location was fabulous!! Just a perfect weekend stay!

We loved the apartment, location and it was decorated very well. Kitchen was well equipped and thought out! Bed was super comfortable and sitting area was comfy after a day of touring. The only downside for us was we are not techno savvy and had some difficulty with the Smart TV but tv watching was not a big issue for us and we made out fine! Would definitely return! Kit was very timely with answering questions!

Great location! Once we parked the car we walked everywhere, no need to drive. The accommodations are tight but well appointed and high quality. Shower is very nice. Place is located on a side street so it is quiet. Probably not a good place to stay if you have physical limitations as doorway is narrow and bedroom is upstairs.

Fantastic property. Excellent location and easy access to shops and restaurants. Will definitely book again.

A great little place to stay while visiting Charleston.

What can I say? Mari and Kit manage the most incredible home in Charleston. First class accommodations, great hosts, and about 10 minute walk to anywhere in the city. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

I can’t recommend this place enough. It was our first time in Charleston and the location made it so easy to just walk out the door and explore the city. The owners are great at communicating and made us feel so welcome. Can't wait to come back!

We went to celebrate a bday. We were able to walk all of Charleston & grab a water taxi to see any farther places. Excellent trip & stay!

The place was the perfect size for the two of us and was clean and cozy! The cute little alleyway entrance was very much on brand with the rest of the city and the old row style house completed the a Charleston aesthetic. The location was the best thing to us! Charleston is super walkable but you’ll need to start in a good spot in order to see it all, and this house is the perfect location. It’s just a few minute walk to the shops and restaurants on King St. and was easy to walk to the city market and harbor too. The weather can change quickly too so it was extremely nice to never be too far from the house. The hosts were great at communicating and provided everything we needed to make our trip great! The only thing I would recommend would be to add an ice make or ice tray to help drink cold water/beverages in the summertime especially.

Our stay at this row house was perfect! The house was darling with every amenity we could ask for! The location was perfect and the owners were attentive and responded to any questions we had. I will definitely stay here again!!!

We had a great time in Charleston and enjoyed this nice little apartment. It had great charm. It is a close walk to everything we wanted to do, the Market, the waterfront and restaurants. Communication with Kit was fantastic. I would definitely recommend this place!
