I am a disabled woman with a service dog and mobility issues and they were very accommodating to what I needed to have a easy early check in. They offer you a hot breakfast from 6am to 11am the eggs that I got were dried out and my dog wouldn't even eat them and the sausage was edible my diet is high protein I don't eat breads or such they also offer coffee and yogurt cereal and juice. It was quiet and I felt safe I would stay here again in the future they have a small swimming pool and it was closed for my stay. I am a picky traveler I was able to contact management any time threw email and that was nice to use setting up my stay manager dev patel was professional and kind.

Elevator did not work

Nice location. Obviously been upgraded recently.

Shower fixture was messed up, no hot water first night. Cable went out morning after check in and wasn’t repaired. Hallways were super musty smelling.

Price and safety

Parking lot had group of rough looking guys hanging in unlit area.

Room smelled funny, fridge did not work, did not feel safe because of behaviors from others in the building.

good location, clean, good breakfast. the only thing near the hotel (where palm trees grow) the child was bitten by a red ant and the child began anaphylactic shock (severe allergies), he had to go to the ambulance. but it's not the hotel's fault, just be careful.

There was a strange smell in the room, I don't know if it was damp. and there was a very big cockroach in the room

Literally nothing.

Beds were like board planks. In all 3 rooms I attempted to occupy. Dev suggested my son and I sleep in one bed since the other was rock hard. Kinda had that sickly sweet smell of weed. And they burned the welcome cookies!!

The breakfast was phonominol and everyone was so friendly and it's location was great
