Cozy Cottage Near The Lake & Cedar Point
Carino cottage lago 2 camere da letto. Il cottage è arredato con mobili nuovi, elettrodomestici e arredamento! Bel piccolo patio con caminetto a legna e sedie per prenderlo nelle notti d'estate. Il soggiorno e le camere sono dotati di smartTV e Netflix e Hulu complementari. La casa è a 1 minuto a piedi dalla piccola spiaggia privata del quartiere, dal parco fronte lago e dal molo dei pescatori. Situato nello storico quartiere di Rye Beach, sei a soli 10-15 minuti dal punto di cedro, a 10 minuti dalla spiaggia di Nickel Plate, a 15 minuti dal traghetto dell'isola, a 5 minuti da negozi, ristoranti, riserve naturali statali e molto altro!

The house is small but no more than needed for a few people. Great community on the shore of Lake Erie. Stayed for July 4th week and it was pleasantly quiet and serene (besides the expected occasional personal fireworks that should be expected). Rye beach is a great little private, clean park with a cozy beach and pier in the midst of the neighborhood.
Simplistic and peace house/location. No headaches and much better than a hotel.

This is a cute little home within 15 minutes driving of anything you would like to do in Sandusky and Huron. We visited the Winerie, Cedar Point, and Lake Erie Adventure Company for kayaking. The cottage was a comfortable place to regroup and rest between excursions. I recommend this property to small groups, we had a great time.

A very nice little cottage in a pretty cool community by the lake. Fun to walk around. Left for an early entrance to Cedar Point the next AM - only 15 minutes away!

Overall our stay was really great!!! Great location and neighborhood for walking our dog! Very close to the beach unfortunately the pier was closed and under construction. Loved the fire-pit area, very relaxing. Only negative thing I’d say was it wasn’t the cleanest, lots of spiders and webs and the kitchen utensils/pans were in disarray. Overall though we agreed if we’re ever back in the area we would stay there again :)

The couch could be replaced for comfort and more counter/cupboard so e in kitchen. Would stay again though, perfect location and amenities.

This place is even better than it looks. The lake is super close - like a 3 minute walk- and the park is super nice and clean. The restaurant recommendations that the host left were also amazing. The one way streets are a little confusing on the way in but this house is so worth it once you get there.

The cottage was cute, clean, close to the lake, and great location if going to Cedar Point. Only downfall was the train nearby that kept waking me up. Not much to do in the area other than Cedar Point and the lake.

Review of stay
The place was decorated very nicely but beside that there was no place to store clothing. Had to live out of a suitcase, the patio was covered in weeds and dirty so we couldn't utilize it. No shops or restaurants were within walking distance.
Just not efficient for a family stay and price.

Huron trip
Cute house. Cute decor. I loved the decorations and the room themes. Nice neighborhood park. The only downsides were the parking and no outside covering. It would have been difficult to park two large pickup trucks. We had one truck and one jeep so we fit without having to move the fireplace. It rained almost all day everyday that we were there. So we got rained on while taking the dogs out. I dont think that the way the property sits that a porch or anything similar would be feasible. Having Netflix was nice to have on the rainy days. We would love to stay there again in warmer weather.

The cottage is just as advertised cozy. Quiet except for the occasional train. Close enough to attractions but not too close. The lake is very nice and two short blocks to view. Would highly recommend!

First Lake Erie Visit
Perfect little place for just us & the dogs. Loved being a quick walk from Rye Beach. The cottage was just as described, clean with cozy and cute furnishings. Super quiet area for the most part. Really enjoyed our 1st visit to Lake Erie. We look forward to staying at the cottage again!

Nice Stay
Comfortable, nicely decorated cottage. Close to all the area attractions. We enjoyed our stay. The one and only unpleasant part was the neighbor’s disturbing display of political animus, but that’s not the fault of the cottage owners.

Comfortable place for short stay
Nice layout. Comfy couches. Great bed. A little tough to find place for toiletries in bathroom. Everything was clean. Nice to have washer/dryer. Would definitely rent again.

The house is clean, well equipped and our overall stay was very good! The neighborhood is very friendly and cute! Nickel Plate Beach was awesome!

Great Spot!
We enjoyed the cozy cottage and loved fishing at Rye Park. It's a very convenient place to stay if you are visiting Cedar Point. We highly recommend this property and would stay again if we are in the area.

Nice Little Place
You can’t beat the location or price. Close to Cedar Point, lots of metro parks, and Rye Beach park. For light sleepers the trains could be a problem. They run all nightless than a mile.

Very responsive
We were looking for a short stay just to get outside our four walls. Jimmy was extremely responsive to questions. The cabin is small and cute. The right size for us. I like that it is pet friendly.

Hospitality at it’s best!
Arrived a day earlier due to a booking error on my end. The owner was flexible and helped accommodate with one of his other properties. Will always try to book through this owner in the future when traveling to the area. The priority is clearly his guests and their needs.
