We were in town for a family wedding and it worked out great. Excellent location and would return

The property was as listed and very comfortable. The location was 15 min from anywhere we needed or wanted to go. There was a small issue with the TV that was remedied quickly the next day. The only complaint was the Wi-Fi would disconnect intermittently and happened on all types of devices with all parties. Other than that the stay was wonderful and the house was as well.

A day or so before our arrive I got an email about all the rules of the house and code to door. Email stated we couldn’t use the garage, having an available garage in the description played a big factor into renting this house. Just to find out we couldn’t use it. I received an email before check in, stating housekeeping was running 30 minutes behind. For housekeeping needing extra time, they didn’t clean so well. We had to empty and put away the dishwasher and dryer. There was lots of food still left in the refrigerator from the previous people and it wasn’t wiped clean inside, the drawers in fridge were all broken. The fridges water filter needs to be changed. Every hotel or vrbo house I’ve rented the fridge has always been clean and empty. The coffee table, window sills, stove fan…etc looked like it hadn’t been down for months it was all so dusty. There was a lengthy list of things for us to do before checking out, we had to do half of the housekeepers job!! So why did I pay so much for housekeeping? There was no extra toilet paper in any of the bathrooms, we had to buy our own. The shampoo, conditioner, and body soap dispensers were basically empty as well, but also stated in the description that was available. The list stated we couldn’t wear our shoes in the house , but there was dog hair everywhere in the house from the previous renters. neighbor was a little sketchy. The house was big enough for our family and we all had our own space.

We were a group of 5 that rented this property for a long weekend. Location in the heart of NE Minneapolis can't be beat. The place accommodated us very comfortably. The only issue we had was with the cleanliness when we arrived; the kitchen wasn't fully cleaned and one of the bathrooms had a clogged sink. When raised with the property owner, they sent their cleaner (whose contact info is also on the fridge) to take care of whatever they could and the cleaner was very apologetic and helpful. All considered, I'd gladly stay at this place again.

Beds were comfortable but a lot of light comes in to bedrooms at night making it a little difficult to sleep. We appreciated the adequate heat inside and winter wonderland outside! Ask if dishwasher has been fixed, could definitely use some new skillets. Overall a pleasant home with lots of room for a family to stay!

We enjoyed our stay. My only note is that the lighting seems super bright.

This place was awesome - clean, modern & updated, lots of bedrooms with comfortable beds and plenty of bathrooms. Quiet neighborhood, easy to get anywhere in the cities. Only downside was not enough comfy seating in the living room - with more than three people, one couch wasn’t enough. We could have also used a shovel after arriving after a snowstorm to clean up the stairs & walks. Overall great rental, would definitely stay here again!

The house is in a great part of Minneapolis (close to great bars and restaurants), and a nice living room area for us to hangout. Only downside we ran into is that although it says it sleeps 9, one would have had to sleep on a small leather couch. Thankfully one friend was not able to come so no one had to, but something to note if you are looking to accommodate 9 people with a bed. Overall this vrbo worked out great for what we were looking for!

A few minor issues were encountered, but we hope to stay there again someday.

My super-picky (I mean, discerning) husband loved this place! Extremely clean and clearly recently remodeled. The beds were very comfortable— my kids, husband and I all slept well and warmly (December reviews and there was a cold snap the first couple of days). Great location near restaurants, bars, coffee shops. Only suggestion would be to have real sugar for the coffee, not just substitutes (minor inconvenience). The owner replied within minutes when I realized I’d forgotten something after we checked out. We plan to come back in the summer and stay again!

The house was a well appointed place with an excellent location. Spent a weekend in the city exploring with a group of friends. The house itself had 3 good sized bedrooms and 3 nice full baths. The downstairs living room kitchen was a great place to hang out. Downtown was walking distance and there were numerous restaurants and breweries in the NE neighborhood itself. Highly recommended

Convenient neighborhood and nice property

My parents and family really enjoyed our stay.

Great location! Close to several restaurants and easy access to attractions. Door lock is a problem. Just tell folks to pull when unlocking or locking front door. Range top knobs do not match burners. One is stripped making turning burner off very difficult. Walls need repair/paint. Downstairs shower/ tub drains very slowly. Several areas felt like they had not really been cleaned. You pay a cleaning fee but yet they want you to do some cleaning chores before you leave we felt they should be doing not us!!!

There was a few issues with the cleaning of the property - the washer and dryer were full of laundry and also the dishwasher had dirty dishes in it when we tried to run ours. The surfaces also had lots of crumbs on them, so we were wondering if those had been wiped in between stays also. The towels in the washer and dryer were ones that we needed for the stay because the cupboards were empty of towels. However, the host was very great about communicating apologies and resolving the issue with the cleaning company for for future guests to stay, which was very appreciated!

The place was very nice with lots of room, good temperature control, nice beds and bathrooms, great kitchen and cute decor. Very close to a walking path, restaurants, breweries, and a grocery store. Would have loved to stay longer!

We had 5 people total staying at the house. It was not only enough room for individual space and privacy, the downstairs area was PERFECT for bringing the family together to hang out and have food together. The location was fantastic, as I was performing downtown, to provide easy access to the theater and surrounding areas! It was stylish and comfortable, which we appreciated greatly. They even had a sidewalk clearing service for the snow and ice upon our arrival, that was a surprise for us! Thank yall so much, and we can't wait to come back!

This property was perfect for our get together. Great location, lots of room, nice, tastefully decorated. Didn’t expect the neighborhood to be as quiet as it was...and close to a lot of eat/drink options in Nordeast. Easy, quick communication with the owner. Will recommend to others.

This is a nice property. Three families stayed here for a reunion. Plenty of room, three bathrooms, and a great location for us. Trish answered questions right away. We would stay here again.

This house was a nicely furnished and suited our needs. We had six adults staying here for a wedding that was about a mile away. There are some great places to eat and drink nearby and the kitchen was well-stocked and suitable for the meals we chose to eat at home. The neighborhood is quiet and seems safe and was fun to walk around. The house was perfectly clean and has a comfortable modern vibe to it. There is one bedroom downstairs and two upstairs. The two upstairs have connected bathrooms, and the one downstairs has a bathroom in the hallway. There were plenty of blankets and towels and the beds were comfortable. The common space was adequate for all of us, however I think another cushioned chair or two in the living area would be a nice addition. Trish communicated with me a few times before we arrived and I am sure she would have been available and helpful had we needed anything during our stay. I do want to mention that when we stayed there were a few things that could be improved upon. First, gaining entry to the house is super easy with a digital lock that just used a code to open, however the handles on the front and back door also have locks that we didn't get a key to and we were warned not to lock them because then we would be locked out and incur locksmith fees to get back in. Before getting there I asked if there was a way to mitigate the situation and Trish replied that we should just "play with" the locks so we were comfortable with them. I just think that it would make more sense to either change the handles so they don't have locks or give the renters a key (or hide one outside) in case. It was stressful to make sure that none of us locked the bottom lock at any point, particularly because we all are accustomed to keeping all door locks locked at our respective homes. Another thing was that the nice dark wood flooring wasn't laid well and there are "humps" in the flooring on the main level in a few spots. We lovingly referred to them as speed bumps, but I was nervous that someone would trip and hurt themselves, although no one did. Finally, as mentioned in a few other reviews, there is not a door going down to the basement. There is no need to go down there since there's nothing there, but I was nervous that the couple staying in the downstairs bedroom would stumble down those stairs in the dark (maybe while looking for the restroom). Overall was a wonderful house with plenty of space for everyone. Thank you!

We were three couples staying for an event in town. The house was especially comfortable because all of us had our own room with our own bathroom. The breweries within walking distance made for a very fun evening! It was extremely easy to communicate with Trish, the owner. Thank you!

Beautiful home, comfy beds, owner very responsive. We enjoyed our stay and thought the area was very cool!

Basement unfinished, needs more seating, still a work in progress, but overall very nice.

Overall, the house was perfect for our family. There was a lovely outside space and the owner was very quick to respond to any questions or concerns that we had.
