We always love to stay at Grande Bay as it is so close to town we never rent a car and just walk or take a cab where we want to go.
This unit has obviously been recently remodeled and blew us away with its modern touches and amazing balcony views. Would highly recommend Grande Bay and Livin' the Dream!

This condo is on the bottom level and very convenient to downtown. If you're in the top level it is hard to get to the street! We had a great time and will definitely be back.

Anyone looking to stay in St. John should consider this condo first. The unit is in excellent condition and has everything you need . The location is perfect as you are able to walk to everything in town. Would stay here again should we go back to St. John.

This condo was wonderful. It had everything you would need including beach towels, beach chairs, and coolers, plenty of well maintained appliances, including washer and dryer. It was very clean and comfortable. It has a beautiful view from the balcony where we sat and had coffee every morning and drinks at the end of the evening. The location was wonderful. We were able to walk to shops and restaurants and bars easily. We rented the owners Jeep which was was very comfortable and came in so handy as we were able to drive to different, beautiful nearby beaches everyday. Just a wonderful vacation. Crandall Management Company was wonderful and responded quickly to any questions we had. The owner of the Condo, Carey, was also extremely nice and responded quickly to anything I asked. I would highly recommend!

Exactly what we had hoped for. Close to all of the shops and restaurants but far enough away so we didn't hear the nightlife noise and music at night. Highly recommend this one-bedroom piece of paradise.

This was our first visit to St. John, we visited over Christmas. This Condo is in the perfect location to access restaurants, ferry, bars, and grocery. We rented the Jeep from this listing as well and it was so convenient. Although the condo décor is a little dated and has been well utilized, it was very clean and had everything one would need and more. The bed was surprisingly comfortable for a rental; we had great nights of sleep while visiting (my husband can never sleep well at hotels). We had full control of the thermostat and it was very comfortable. The property manager and local management are very responsive and friendly. Our flight was delayed 2 hours coming in and everything still went perfectly on the St. John side. Since driving is on the left side of the road in St. John and there are not many street lights beyond town, my husband was very happy he did not have to drive out to a villa in the dark and could have a few cocktails and just walk back to the condo at night. During the day the island was easy to navigate and get to places we wanted to go. Walking around Cruz Bay is expected and vehicles yield to pedestrians. Having a pool on property was great especially after hiking or a hot day at the beach.

We really enjoyed our stay in Cruz Bay, St. John. This condo was in a perfect location. It's walking distance to the ferry, taxis, restaurants and shops. The place was clean and had everything we needed in the kitchen. The bed was comfortable and the views were great. It's the perfect place for 2 people. We even rented the jeep which was well cared for. The owner and property managers were friendly and accommodating. I would not hesitate to recommend a stay here..

Great to be back !
This unit was perfect for our family of 4! After not being on St. John since 2016, this location was exactly what we have been wanting to book. Super close to everything and the owners were super helpful in accommodating us with their Jeep which came in handy to freely explore the island. Unit was clean with everything you need (except for groceries of course). Great view of Cruz Bay, nice pool and gym areas, and walking distance to many restaurants and quickie mart for last minute essentials. Look forward to booking again in the near future!

Don't Miss This Gem
Amazing, amazing view from the balcony of a perfectly attractive and well-managed property ideally placed in the heart of Cruz Bay, St John. We came with two very young kids and they had a great time. Each morning we woke up and saw the boats on the harbor from our breezy breakfast table. Resort staff were very supportive and available. Location is super close to good bars and restaurants and is literally steps away from an actual beach (though not the best beach on the island, but that's okay). WORDS OF ADVICE: If you're coming with kids, don't pack their sand toys; this unit comes with a complement of sand toys. Also don't bring beach towels or umbrella or cooler, because the unit has all those already as well. Also this unit comes with a free designated on-site parking space for your rental car, which we brought over on the ferry from St Thomas.

ST. JOHN - WONDERFUL STAY
This play had it all. Walking distance to all of the great restaurants. It was also great to be able to rent the jeep to be able to explore the island and all of the amazing beaches. We will definitely be back! The place itself was sparkling clean and was plenty of room for a family of 4.

Lovely condo!
Spectacular view, very well appointed unit! Stocked with everything: coolers, sand toys, beach chairs and towels. Fluffy bath towels, great bed, pillows and linens. Kids were impressed that the pull out in the living room was really comfortable. Lovely kitchen. Helpful host. Great location in Cruz Bay on the waterfront near restaurants and recreation and hikeable to the National Park trails and beaches. Highly recommended!

Cruz Bay Condo
The Cruz bay condo is in an awesome location and walkable to restaurants, beach and bars! The condo had everything we needed an as an extra there were beach chairs, bug spray and sun screen.

Great Stay!
This condo was perfect. It had everything you would need down to the beach towels & chairs, and coolers. It was lovely having our morning coffee on the balcony overlooking Cruz bay. The shops, restaurants and bars were all very close by. It was great to have just a short walk back to the condo after dinner. This is a really good location to enjoy everything Cruz Bay has to offer. Chelsea at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. We look forward to a return trip.

Close to shopping and restaurants
The location of the property was perfect to everything you would need and the views were beautiful. The property does need updating in some areas especially the shower where the tiles seemed to have been painted over and were peeling. At night we had to close the bedroom door because there is a panel in the ceiling in the hallway with a bright light that cannot be turned off. The most irritating thing was that even though we were not sure if we would be given a parking spot we were given one upon arrival and check in however someone was in the spot and we were moved three more times. We would pull in to garage after long day and our spot would be taken. Each time we had to go to office and they would tell us that we had to move to a different spot instead of moving the people they had given a parking tag to that was our spot. Would not stay there again if I had a car I needed to park. Office would just apologize and hand us a different spot each time a lot further away.The last two times in a different building than the one we were staying in.

Great place in a perfect location
Very nice place and super close to restaurants/bars in Cruz Bay (just outside the complex). We enjoyed the views from the balcony and the pool and hot tub. There were never anyone at the pool and hot tub and we had the place to ourselves. The owner was very nice and called me prior to our stay as I had a few questions. Definitely recommend staying here.

Awesome Honeymoon
We had an amazing time at the Estate Enighed. The only thing I have to mention was the bed. They really need to get a new mattress. I woke up every day with a sore back. Other than that, we will definitely be back again. We loved it. We had a great time. The view from the balcony was amazing and the location is perfect. We walked into town everyday.

Location, Location, Location!
Perfection! We were greeted at the ferry and taken to our villa, given a quick tour of the town in Cruz By. Our villa was in the best location on the island, steps away from restaurants, shops and the Ferry. We rented a jeep through the VRBO owner (highly recommend) for 4 days, then took the beach taxi for our last 2 days. The villa was beautiful! The deck has great views of Cruz Bay and has everything you need for your vacation: beach towels, chairs, coolers, ice packs! The owner Carey Deckert was extremely helpful, attentive and went above and beyond with his communication and efforts to make sure that we had the perfect vacation. The beaches are some of the most beautiful in the world, happy hours were fantastic and we loved that we could walk into town after a long day at the beach for HH and dinners. Carey gave us recommendations for beaches, HH and restaurants and they all exceeded our expectations. We've fallen in love with this slice of heaven. I will definitely stay at Estate Enighed again. My only recommendation is that they upgrade the padding on the pullout sofa. I mentioned it to Carey and he pretty much said "consider it done". Carey is fantastic and one of the best VRBO owners that I've had the pleasure of dealing with. His villa is impeccable and is in absolutely the BEST location on the island. I looked around quite a bit when I was there and now know that this is the location to be in. Estate Enighed will not disappoint! Enjoy this special place!

I had a wonderful stay here. It was beautifully decorated, had a fantastic view and easy access to Cruz Bay. Perfect way to spend my last two days in paradise.

Carey is great!
Property is very well described, pictured, and equipped. Many rental properties are “over-exaggerated” or “fluffed”.... not so here. The owner Carey responds quickly to both email and text. The property management folks were great. They picked us up at the dock in the owners “rental Jeep” which was full of gas, clean, and ready to go. She gave us a quick tour of Cruz Bay and explained all rules/regulations both with the condo and the car (which is optional of course). They provided maps pointing out areas of interest, groceries, beaches, tourist spots, hiking, etc.... there were very good condition beach chairs (4 of them-backpack style) and multiple coolers provided as well which was nice! A very helpful “info book” was provided with the condo as well listing restaurants, beaches, shopping, etc... good supply of pots/pans/cutlery/spices/utensils/etc..... it’s not home but well above average for a rental. Can’t beat the views from the balcony of the harbor. A/C is excellent..... and I’m ALWAYS hot! Would definitely use on a subsequent visit!

St John is the best
Grande Bay property - most convenient location of all the places we've stayed on St John, right in Cruz Bay. Definitely recommend renting the Jeep associated with the property; in great condition, right on site with parking (finding a parking spot in town can be challenging). Easy way to spend the day visiting all the fabulous beaches and hiking trails, then walking to town for happy hour and dinner. The condo was perfectly sized for my husband and myself, clean and well-stocked with beach chairs, towels, coolers, everything needed! Carey the owner responded immediately to our initial inquiry and reached out again to make sure the trip went well. On site, Holly connected with us prior to arrival, met us at the ferry dock and got us situated easily. Would definitely stay at Grande Bay again!

Convenient location
This was our second stay at this unit. We like how it is convenient to downtown to walk to dinner and appreciate amenities such as the beach chairs, coolers, and washer/dryer. We also rented the Jeep which was on site and saved pickup/drop-off and was reasonably priced.

Would stay again
This complex is one of the best on the island and my personal favorite considering the proximity to town and quality of complex. This unit is great and just as advertised. It is in very good condition. The A/C works really well (I really desire good A/C while sleeping in the climate and this was great). We had 4 persons and it worked well. The unit is well stocked and has great beach chairs. View is fabulous.

We love St. John and we were glad to to see it coming back. Grand Bay is a great place to stay.
The unit was very nice and comfortable. Views are outstanding. Only thing that was not up to par was that the TV in the living room did not work. They tried to fix it but had no luck. The management was going to order another TV.

Fabulous Time!
Location is perfect! Started every day walking into town for breakfast, came back to get ready for the next adventure of the day, walked back into town for Dinner.
Also has a (very nice) 4 Door Jeep to go to the beach of day!

Beautiful views and Perfect location
Beautiful condo located right in Cruz Bay! The pool and jacuzzi were really nice to jump in after a long day exploring the Island. Everything for relaxing on the beach was provided; nice beach towels and lounging chairs. Having the kitchen made for relaxing breakfast on the deck. Also the fact there was a washer and dryer allowed us to bring about half the clothes we would have if that wasn't available. Check in and check out were fast and smooth.

Slice of paradise!
Very clean and maintained condo! The location is perfectly located next to great food and drink spots. The condo itself has everything you need including a wonderful view off the balcony overlooking Cruz Bay. Highly recommend staying here! We will be returning customers!
