I was surprised how quiet it was so close to Duval street. Place was clean and management company stayed in touch during our stay making sure we were comfortable. No contact check-in was smoother than I anticipated. We walked to Mallory Square almost every evening to watch the sunset and ate at one of the many restaurants on our walk back.

We stayed at the Poinciana Garden 1st floor duplex for a few nights. It was very nice, extremely clean, and perfect for my husband and I. Loved having the private hot tub and the location of the property was awesome. Very happy customer and wished we could have stayed longer.

I enjoyed my stay. The bungalow is as advertised. I did mention there are no curtains and it’s very bright if you like to sleep in like most on vacation. I was asked “if I tried closing the blinds” which I thought was a caddy response as everyone knows to close blinds, but besides that particular comment and it being too bright to sleep in the customer service and maintenance team were great.

This was our 2nd time staying at the Poinciana and we'll definitely be back. Perfect spot for a couple, with an additional pull-out sofa for a child. The location is ideal...walking distance to the hustle and bustle of Duval, but situated on a very quiet street so you can get away from it all and get some sleep. Less than a mile to Higgs Beach in one direction or Mallory Square in the other. Hot tub was a huge bonus.

What a fantastic, little romantic cottage... Right off Duval Street with access to everything especially the marina where we spent most of our time... Perfect little one bedroom with a small kitchen and TV room for that romantic weekend getaway... The cottage had everything... Wi-Fi, plenty of cooking utensils, although we went out every night... Everything was perfect, including a very easy, remote contactless check in... Kim at the home office was fantastic to work with... Everybody was very easy, and I am definitely going to stay in that same cottage next year when we’re back for the powerboat races... Highly recommend and a very happy customer.

Stayed here for 3 nights over Thanksgiving. It was perfect for my wife and I...and our son who slept on the pull out couch. Very clean and the location can't be beat. Easy walk to Duvall, but far enough away so you get a nice peaceful sleep. The whole block is very quiet. The backyard is cute, with a nice deck and the very private hot tub was a huge bonus. Plus there is a PARKING SPOT! We would definitely stay here again. Only downside...the matress is not comfortable...super soft, but I admit that I am quite picky when it comes to matresses. Just an fyi for those who stay in vrbos a lot...no extras such as snacks, ice, coffee etc., but I never expect those things...although its nice when they are provided.

This rental was the perfect size and location for me and my wife. Just a short walk to Duval means you aren’t far from anything but have enough space to get a good nights sleep. Check in was a breeze and the property manager is there for whatever you need (although it seems they keep up with maintenance since we didn’t need them). Very clean property and the added bonus of a parking space makes this an easy choice.

My husband and I just spent a week in Key West for his 50th birthday. We loved the island so much last year, he wanted to come back. Property management was easy to work with, we had a late arrival and directions were perfect for getting our keys to the property. We got to the property a little after 9pm, unloaded and freshened up and were on Duval by 10pm! The walk is just a couple blocks and so safe and secure. We slept great in the king bed and I enjoyed coffee before heading out for our adventures each day. We went to the beach daily and I can’t imagine if we didn’t have a washer and dryer for suits and towels. If you have ever been to Key West, you know parking can be a real issue in a lot of areas- having a designated parking spot was another reason we chose this rental. Only thing to pass along when choosing this rental- there are beach towels but no other beach items like chairs, umbrellas or tote. We rented chairs and an umbrella daily but that will run you an extra $50, just an fyi.

My new husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon. It was our first time to the keys and the location was perfect! Walking distance to all of the bars and restaurants on duval street! The property was super clean and we really enjoyed the outdoor space and hot tub. We will definitely be booking another trip!

This duplex was clean and charming. The location is excellent and is close to many attractions. The property management team was superb in communication - will definitely use their services again. Just an FYI- you have to go to the office to get the keys and drop them off. Taxi drivers charged more for two stops. Recommend bringing an eye mask because the room is really bright at night and in the morning. This may not be an issue for others-I sleep better in a dark room. Would stay here again.

Super clean place
The place stood out to me in terms of its cleanliness and quietness. It is within walking distance to Duval St and the bars and restaurants—but nicely situated in a quiet neighborhood to rest at night. There is a parking spot that is rare because parking is hard to find in Key West. We mostly biked around to watch sunsets at Mallory Square or walked to the many bars when we are drinking. Lastly, the hot tub was the best way to wind down for the night.

The unit is just as described/pictured in the listing. It is a perfect location - quiet and just a few blocks to Duvall. The property manager was very responsive as well. We really enjoyed our stay!
