Staff wasn't kind. She came down once we arrived, didn't speak or anything until I asked her how she was doing and her excuse was sorry I was sleeping.she wasn't kind when we called before we arrived. The hotel is an extended stay hotel. This was our first time staying at an extended stay hotel, but it wasn't a great stay. Some dog bark all morning long people hanging around the building throughout the night, people arguing, walking hard over your head. It's not a good place for a family. Lots of drifters and contract workers.

The location was great and the bed was comfortable.
The people upstairs (3rd floor) were very noisy walking on their heels at any time of day or night or seemingly moving furnitures around.

There was a water outage in Asheville so they were nice enough to call and let me out of the contract.
The communication was extremely easy. The staffing is so nice 👍

The fact that I was in a bed was a plus.

one lady at the front desk was very nice
smelled like cigarettes, weed, and mold. the walls were paper thin so you heard people walking shouting etc all night. police showed up multiple times. room was dirty and falling apart. towels had to be bought for 10$. there was nothing in the room or elsewhere like pots, pans, coffee maker etc for the kitchen in the room. overall really ruined the experience of the town for us

It was cozy and have me a place to stay for the night. The parking was amazing and came with room price. The rooms were good quality and clean. The rules were clearly displayed for the rooms. The biggest advantage was that I could bring my pet.
The fire alarms went off often and it was sometimes confusing which one was real or if it was just a mistake. Sometimes people will not take care of their dogs in the hallways.

There was not even soap or shampoo in our room. Had a kitchenette but not a single cup or dish to use.

No soap, shampoo, blow dryer, coffee pot, breakfast. There was a microwave and stove but not a single utensil or cup. The hallway reeked of marijuana and it there were several large dogs on the property.

Good location and the staff (which we were told was only one person because everyone else quit) was friendly.
Smelled awful. From entering the check in area, the hallway, our room…all smelled terrible. Only way I can describe it was a strong chemical type smell that seemed to be used in attempt to mask the underlying overall musty/mildew type smell.

Dirty. There was a half used bar of soap in the shower, marijuana in the drawer and a marijuana roach in the floor. The stove had burnt paper in the eye and the refrigerator had old food in it. It smelled like smoke and the bed cover had burn spots in this non smoking room.

Needed more pillows and had to request towels and wash cloth. Weren't in room. Could also use a microwave for quick food.
