The hotel was in a good location for my purposes. It was easy to locate.

Reserved an accessible room bc of back injury that limits my mobility. On check-in was told that I hadn't reserved an access. room - but I showed my confirmation which proved I had. Then was told there was only had a 2nd floor room available & that the accessible rm had water damage, which they said they knew about that morning. NO ONE NOTIFIED me of this. It was the end of a long day & I was exhausted, so when they found a regular 1st floor rm I decided to stay & requested a discount because I had not been provided with the room I had paid for. Senior clerk said she would work this out w/ mgr. I have not rec'd a discount. Very disappointed in service and accommodations

Breakfast was lacking. No bread or pastry items. Juice machine was broken as well. Breakfast hours not convenient for families with children. Breakfast closes at 9:30. Not sure why?????

Rooms overpriced. This is a Motel not a Hotel. Very misleading pictures and Booking.com needs to do a better job of policing the posting of these places. Our bathroom didn’t even have a ventilation fan and when we ask about that, the staff seemed confused and could not tell us if this was like that in every room??? Also, the Heat and Air unit was so loud in the room that every time it cycled on, it sounded like a large truck was running outside our door.

The room was on the first floor and facing the back of a strip center which means there was no view to speak of and felt like you were in an ally.

Location was in a bad part of town. I did not feel safe having my wife go out to the car at night

For $275 a night, the quality of the hotel was awful. Very loud at night with guests walking around. Very little comfort

Thought it was a good price for value. It was not.

Bed was uncomfortable. Room was hot and never did cool down below 75. Parking was difficult. Police were on site for an incident and the female officer was jumpy. She went for her weapon when my husband was walking to put stuff in our vehicle which definitely did not make us feel like we were in a safe area. Front desk lady the morning we left was unfriendly and acted like it was an imposition to tell us where the ice machine was and the breakfast options were pitiful.

Building and rooms were updated. Nice breakfast area and selection. Easy to locate

Breakfast was disappointing, not much for me to eat, nothing healthy, not even any bananas. Front desk called after 11pm to ask me if I had two motorcycles (of course not. I was alone and they weren’t there the day before when I checked in). I didn’t get back to sleep until well after midnight. Convenient location for the price though and comfortable bed.

Overall there was nothing really I disliked the staff was awesome the rooms were nice location was good other than that I continue going there for my business trips
