The hotel is beautiful and have beautiful views from certain rooms but, ours wasn't one of them. The breakfast offered was a nice touch. The overall hotel was clean and welcoming. The staff were very nice, just a little hard to understand. No foul oders. The hotel looks farely new, but some of the notedable repairs would make you think otherwise.

**Hotel Review: A Disappointing Stay** My husband and I recently stayed at Country Inn & Suites by Radisson Asheville Downtown Tunnel Road, and unfortunately, it was not a pleasant experience. Sleep is the most important thing you want when booking a hotel stay. The most significant issue was the bed—harder than a rock. We tossed and turned all night, there was no comfortable position, and ultimately ended up with the worst night's sleep ever. My suggestion is to bring plenty of medication to fix your body pain in the morning or if you can buy you a 4 inch mattress topper and sleep on it over the bed. Heck, this is what the hotel should do. It would help. Additionally, the bathroom shower head and faucet were not installed properly and loose, making it difficult to adjust the water flow properly. To top it off, the water pressure was disappointingly low, and water was just luke warm, which made showering feel more like a chore than a refreshing experience. Breakfast had everything I wanted and more. The king suite was exceptional and super clean and quiet. Bed was very comfortable. Front desk very helpful when I switched rooms.

First room was Queen sized beds which were quite small (appeared to be double sized) I requested a king size bed.

Very clean - staff was cleaning all the time! Beds were very comfortable, room cool, location was close to downtown and Biltmore

Only one elevator and it broke down briefly. Not many laundry washers and ice machines
