We had a great stay at Patrice’s home and highly recommend it. It’s in a great location for the beach, shopping and sightseeing. There is also a large community pool and clubhouse with amenities.

The house is amazing and we really enjoyed the neighborhood with all the friendly neighbors. The home is very well stocked with everything you could need, a nice screened in porch, and very spacious bedrooms. We wanted a place that had things to do other than go to the beach. This place has an indoor and outdoor pool, tennis/ pickleball court, and a place to fish/ crab!
The host is extremely responsive and she is very helpful too when our fobs didn’t work the first day! Don’t hesitate to book this place for your stay. It’s an easy 6/7 min drive to Bethany beach/ boardwalk.

This part of Delaware is beautiful in the Fall. This house was located on a tree line street full of autumn colors! The house was immaculate and offered a full kitchen which we appreciated not wanting to eat out every meal. Location was great, a short distance from Bethany, Ocean City, Rehoboth. Our host was spot on with communication, responsive and friendly. I would recommend!

My family and I very much needed this vacation. The property owner was a pleasure to work with and the use of the grill was greatly appreciated. The house layout allowed our family to be together on first floor and yet provided privacy with the provision of 3 televisions on first level. The property owner was timely in responding to our questions and needs.

Everything was as advertised and then some. Patrice was a phenomenal host and available when we had questions.
Clubhouse - worth the extra money for nigh swims, as well as when raining, as our kids enjoyed the indoor pool and game room.
Location - house is towards the end of the development so it was quiet and very easy to get in and out. Plus, there is a Hocker's Market right down the street for convenience.
Porch - screened in porch was a gem for my wife and I to sit after the kids were in bed. No getting bit up and there were fun dim lights you can plug in.
Games/DVD's- my family enjoyed a wide range of DVD's and board games when we wanted to relax before dinner or wind down at night.
Beach Gear- it was a saving grace Patrice was kind enough to let us use chairs, a cooler, and a push cart for our beach stuff. Hard enough packing the car for a family vacation, but that took the stress off me not having to play Tetris with luggage and beach gear.
Beds - The master bed at this home was very comfortable, I slept like a baby every night, so no worries on the a quality mattress here. My kids equally slept great! Only reason I bring this up is because my wife and I stayed in Rehoboth at a rented house last year. The pillows, mattresses, and furniture felt like they were made from cardboard. I didn't sleep the whole week.
Probably forgetting a few other positives, but we had 0 negatives. I would definitely recommend this Townhouse and stay here again :)

We loved everything about our week long stay at this home! It was spacious, well stocked and the owner was very helpful. She provided so much detailed information and suggestions. We’ve stayed at many rental properties and this one truly felt like home. If you are traveling with children, I’d highly recommend the extra fee for the clubhouse to use the pools. Pools were clean and not crowded at all (there were times we had the entire indoor pool to ourselves!).

I cannot give enough stars for how easy Patty made the entire process for us and how beautiful her home was. It was spacious, clean and comfortable! She answered all of our questions in a timely manner and was very helpful with aspects in planning our trip. Bayside where her home is located is close to everything and our kids loved the clubhouse, indoor pool and outdoor pool and game room.

We enjoyed our stay here so much!! From the moment we arrived we felt at home. Patrice thought of every little detail. She sent us maps and all kinds of information about the area. The house is beautiful and so is the neighborhood. It was so peaceful and quiet. We can’t wait to plan another trip. We literally just had to show up with our personal stuff, unpack and enjoy our time in Bethany!! I would highly recommend this home to any family that’s going to this area. I could go on and on about how wonderful this home was but I just think that if you’re considering renting this one don’t think about anything else!!!! Do it. It’s well worth it!! If I could give 10 stars ✨ I would!!!!
She even had shower gel, lotion, shampoo and conditioner and all sorts of things just in case you forgot yours! Again, I could go in and on!!!! GREAT PLACE TO STAY!!!!!

This place was perfect for our family of 4 adults (19-78) and 1 youngin 18! Everything was clean and the place was super clean and had a lovely vibe. It was great to have a master ensuite with king bed and a double and twin in 2nd bedroom and queen in third bedroom. The clubhouse was just down the road about 5 houses and we enjoyed the tennis and pickleball courts. Patrice was incredible and so easy to work with.
we had to make some last minute adjustiments and she was very accomodating. Thank you.

This home was everything our family wanted and needed, from the beach gear to the kitchen items (Keurig, storage bags, seasonings, dish soap). With 3 adults and 3 kids, there was plenty of room to sit together and also spread out. The bedrooms were spacious, especially the master suite. The owner is easily accessible and was in contact with me prior to our stay as well as the night before we left. Highly recommend this home!

Great place to vacation!
This property was even roomier than we imagined from the pictures. There was space for everyone to find a cozy nook to read in or to gather as a group. The neighborhood amenities were wonderful and provided options to workout, walk, swim and play tennis. This property is clean and has everything you would want and need to make your stay comfortable and fun. We loved it!

Wonderful
From the beginning, the homeowner was amazing to work with and always provided prompt and detailed answers to our questions. Since this was our first time in Bethany Beach she helped us understand the town and most importantly the parking. The house was great in a quiet and safe feeling community. The clubhouse was a nice touch to have as an option B if weather didn't cooperate. The house had all the amenities that you can think of at your own home. The addition of the beach chairs and coolers were a very nice touch since that's a few things that you don't need to bring if coming from out of town. We're already looking forward to another trip and would definitely recommend this location and home owner.

Wonderful Home
We stayed at Patrice's home in June 2021 for our family vacation and we had such a wonderful time. Patrice went above and beyond to make everyone feel welcomed and her home was so beautiful. We loved Bethany Beach and we look forward to returning again in the future. We will definitely stay here again. Thank you Patrice for helping to make our family vacation so perfect! :)

My friends and I came for some much needed time together. The house was clean and spacious. It is conveniently located to nearby trails and grocery stores, a very short drive to downtown restaurants and the beach.
The owner was very welcoming and the back and forth communication was excellent.
We would definitely stay here again and are hoping to!

The owner was amazingly helpful in helping with an impromptu weekend getaway. She was quick to respond. The house was very comfortable, clean, and had just about anything you needed, especially in the kitchen, which is important to me because I enjoy cooking. This is a house we would come back to again whether it is just us or if we travel with friends. Thank you again!!
