Feels-like-home but on the beach
Quando si è lontani da casa, è fondamentale sentirsi più rilassato possibile e crediamo sarà al Palacio de Baja.
Le camere sono spaziose e gli arredi sono confortevoli, generoso e di buon gusto. La camera da letto può ospitare fino a cinque, con un letto king size, e tre letti singoli. La seconda camera da letto può ospitare fino a quattro con un letto matrimoniale e due letti singoli. C'è anche un divano letto nel soggiorno principale che fa in un letto e dormire due, e un futon confortevole nella zona comune che dormire 2 anche.
La sala da pranzo ha un tavolo splendidamente artigianale e otto sedie, e un altro tavolo che può ospitare sei, si siede vicino alla finestra panoramica che guarda la spiaggia incontaminata.
Ci sono due bagni con docce piastrellate, e ben arredate per riflettere la cultura.
Nel patio, rilassarsi con un buon libro su una comoda poltrona e crogiolarsi al sole o sedersi sotto l'ombrellone.
La cucina è completamente attrezzata e si affaccia sulla spiaggia (non c'è modo migliore di cucinare!)
C'è un anello di fuoco all'aperto dove si può godere la visione chiara delle stelle e le luci della città di Ensenada in lontananza.
La Bufadora si trova a 5 km lungo la strada dove si può godere di una splendida vista, negozi e ottimo cibo. Ensenada è una macchina a nord 20 minuti, dove si possono gustare cibi più favoloso, lo shopping, e una visita al mercato del pesce.

I truly enjoyed my stay, this home was ideal for families who want to get away. It’s very kid friendly and we utilized all the unique amenities that they had to offer.

The house was absolutely amazing. It is way bigger than in the pictures. Everything we needed was provided plus more. The house was very clean and had very beautiful views of the beach. My family and I had a great time. We’re definitely booking again next time we visit!

Great location! We love Punta Banda and this was our 5th year returning. A different house each time and this was the best so far. Well stocked with everything, comfortable beds, a real home away from home. Hope to come back next year.

I will like to go back to you property which is one of the kind, very completely with all you need, for a great stay at the beach very beautiful. The person in charge very nice and helpful person, but I’m so sorry to tell you this, the property is infected with bed bags all family came out with several bed bags bites . If you solve this problem is a beautiful place to go back. Sorry to tell you this but probably you did not know about this. Thank you very much

Awesome time!
This house was very nice! It had everything we needed. There were a couple of nights that we opted to sleep in the living room just to get the sea breeze and have the waves crashing in the background. We used a lot of the blankets. Sorry, Cathy. The location was great! We had the beach to ourselves. The only thing we had to worry about was what we were going to eat. We loved that it was quiet. Just what we wanted since we went there to relax. Cathy was easy to get a hold of. Sadly, there was a beached dolphin in front of the house and it smelled. Cathy took care of it right away. We will definitely keep this house in mind for our next trip back.

Our family enjoyed every minute of it. We had a first timer to vacation in Baja, and she enjoyed it and was not disappointed at all. Looking forward to renting again. House is in an amazing location. The kids are able to just go in. Very private.

They need some renovations, the lamp was broken. At first we could not start the stove but called the manager and came with new gas. I would hope for the next time if they are charging for a cleaning fee they review the house before so it is clean and has gas.Thanks,

Fantastic place
We had such a great time! The house was clean and spacious. Plenty of beds and places to relax. You can’t beat being right in the beach! The recommendations for fresh fish were spot on and La Bufadora is just a short drive down the road. Fun for everyone!

Cute and cozy
We enjoyed our stay here. The house is a two bedroom two bath home. The layout was comfortable and the rooms were separate. The colors were very nice and the house was well stocked. It's right on the beach. We loved being able to walk outside and enjoy the weather. The only downside was the lack of air circulation in the bedrooms. There was 1 small fan in the master bedroom. It was very fresh outside so most people might be comfortable without the air circulation. Another fan would be my only recommendation.

Beautiful beachfront geataway
The house was in an excellent location steps away from the beautiful, pristine, sandy private beach! My husband and I, 3 adult kids and my parents enjoyed the comfort of the spacious house which has plenty of seating and sleeping areas. The house is whimsically decorated and has very comfortable beds with lots of linen and blankets available. Also a washer and dryer is available in the house. The only thing that I thought could use some TLC is the kitchen. The drawers, cabinets and pantry are stuffed and unorganized. A good sorting and discarding would be ideal.

Great beach location and a spacious beach house
We rented for 3 nights over New Year's. There were only 3 of us - my wife and I and our adult daughter. Plenty of room inside and out; comfortable beds, huge kitchen/dining areas. TV and internet worked fine. Well stocked with kitchen utensils and dishes, glasses, etc. Also plenty of spices, cooking oils, paper towels, cleaning supplies, etc. Literally right on the beach as the photo implies. There was also a nice fire pit right out front of the beach house and we bought a few bundles of firewood nearby and enjoyed the fire one evening as we listened to the surf.
The owner's pre-trip e-mailed driving instructions (on how to drive down from the border and find the place), and her general info/insights into the place and surrounding area were extremely helpful. She was also very prompt at providing any follow-up to our e-mail questions ahead of time. Obviously a caring owner.

A nice quiet safe place.
My family and I stayed at this property for the weekend. It was a really nice area we also took a walk at night on the streets and it was a little dark but the people there are really friendly.
Kids enjoyed the beach the waves were really quiet so it was not scary for the little kids. Our Family also enjoyed digging Holes to get the hot water out which is about 1 mile away from the house.
