The place was clean, right on the beach and close to many shlps, restaurants. Easy to check in and owner is attentive but not intrusive. I 2ill definitely recommended this place to others.

The property was in a great location, near the beach and walking distance of shops. Tim was a gracious host, he shared stories of his life living in Ocean Beach. I would rent again for a future vacation. The picture on this is the view you get. Love waking up next to the ocean and Pacific sunsets

This was our first time staying at Tim O'Hara's place on the cliffs of Ocean Beach. I WONT be the last. My wife and I have been vacationing in Mission Beach and OB for the past two decades. We've had some very amazing places to stay over the years but this place takes the cake all the way.
We loved our stay, Tim even took my wife and I out on his favorite walk. Looking forward to making that walk again and again. So beautiful out on the cliffs.

Tim is wonderful. Great apt with amazing beach views. Overall the stay was great. Apt could use a few updates but worked for us. Would recommend to small groups.

Home was very clean and in a very nice location close to many attractions. We were able to see the sunset and enjoyed hearing the waves at night while we slept. We had the opportunity in meeting the host who was supper welcoming and friendly.

This cute apartment was perfect for our visit to San Diego. Perfect location! It's tucked in and quiet, off the beaten path yet close enough to everything. Breathtaking views await you at the top of the stairs! Tim is an excellent host and is always willing to help you make the most of your visit.

Tim was a pleasure to deal with! You are on top of the ocean, which makes going to sleep is so wonderful! Tim treated us to my Bucket List experience, the San Diego Zoo, which was all I wanted it to be!

Absolutely beautiful! The balcony was perfect for watching the waves in the morning with a cup of coffee in the morning and a glass of wine in the evening!
Everything you could need for a vacation is provided… cooking necessities, beach chairs, boogie boards, linens and even parking!
We stayed as a family of 4 (kids 8yo and 6yo) and we had the perfect amount of space!
There are little coves a couple blocks away and tide pools. The farmers market on Wednesdays is easy to walk to and so much fun! Lots of food choices!
Mission beach/Belmont Park is only a 10min drive away.
Tim is such a sweet host! He even got our family into the zoo for free!
We absolutely loved our stay and hope to come back again!

This little apartment was the perfect spot to take in the beautiful ocean. We sat on the porch taking it all in. It was simply wonderful.

This property's location cannot be surpassed its ocean views are totally stunning and it is easy walking distance from everywhere in Ocean Beach. Yes it is a little tired ( not new furnishings) but so comfortable and everything is provided that you could ever need. The place was clean but the stand out for me was the host who was welcoming, helpful and very kind to an often quite confused more mature lady!!! Thank you Tim and I will definitely stay here again when I return to visit my friend in lovely San Diego as I have a lot left to visit. This trip the beautiful ocean sunsets, the ice hockey game and the theatre in a beautiful Balboa Park were highlights for me as a Brit' in America. All an easy Uber drive away. Thank you Tim for being so welcoming - I thoroughly recommend this place.

We were looking for a place with a view and a walkable location and this was perfect. We were a short walk to all of the OB restaurants and also to the Sunset Cliffs to catch the sunset. Mr. Tim was a great host; very accommodating, excellent communication, super nice person. We will be back again.

Tim and Kathy have an amazing property. The place was comfortable, cozy, with an amazing view of the ocean. The place had everything we needed for our stay. Having off street parking was a plus. We were able to walk to great coffee shops and delicious dinners.
Tim was so friendly and welcoming. We will definitely be back.

This property is stunning, peaceful, welcoming, comfortable, easy to find, walking distance to wonderful things, everything you could hope for if you want a relaxing visit to ocean beach. Such perfect naps on the couch, saw dolphins and seals and all kinds of birds, absolutely perfect! Thanks!

Absolutely beautiful stay and location is perfect with a stunning view. It is an easy 15min drive to desired touring areas. The host was also very gracious and kind. Can’t wait to return and stay here again.

Amazing property right on the ocean with great views. Fell asleep each night to the sounds of the ocean. Property owners on sight and very personable/helpful. Can't wait to go back.

You just can't stay much closer to the ocean than this. Amazing view and the sounds of the surf are awesome. This was a well equipped unit for two. It shows its age and wear but for the price and location it is great. Easy to find, feels safe and secure, and has a good dedicated parking spot (although I wouldn't bring a giant SUV). Really enjoyed Ocean Beach, great food options and everything else within easy walking distance.

Tim and Kathy are great hosts! The location was spectacular and the apartment was fully outfitted for a great stay. Tim maintains the property meticulously. The only issue was the hot water went out and less than an hour later Tim had it up and running again!
I would highly recommend staying at this special location in Ocean Beach where you go to sleep and wake to the sound of the ocean.

Wowza. So in awe of this beautiful place. The views are just amazing. Only a couple of blocks to Ocean Beach and restaurants. Tim and Kathy were just delightful and helpful. Thanks for everything! We’ll be back!!

Came with family to celebrate my son’s 4th birthday. Went to the beach and Sesame Place. Tim and his wife are the nicest hosts! Couldn’t ask for a better view, it was great eating our meals out on patio. He had a great birthday thanks for everything.

It was a pleasure staying at this Ocean Beach gem of a place. The views were amazing, and the apartment was clean and well-furnished. Tim and his wife are lovely people with unbeatable hospitality - they even gave us free zoo tickets! We very much hope to return here in the coming years.

Tim and Kathy have an amazing home and were wonderful hosts! Perfect location, we were able to relax and enjoy some peace and quiet, but also close enough to walk to many shops and restaurants. Thank you for sharing your amazing home with us. We highly recommend this property and hosts.

We absolutely loved our stay in Ocean Beach. The location and views from the property were simply unbeatable. The unit was clean, spacious, and safe. Tim was also very hospitable and gave us plenty of recommendations on where to walk, eat, etc. We were sad when we had to leave, but we hope to return again sometime soon.

We had a fantastic time at this beach getaway! The view is AMAZING! We really enjoyed relaxing on the patio and watching the sunset in the evenings. The location is great. The beach access is right around the corner. The cute little beach town is also just a short walk away. So many restaurant options. Our hosts, Tim & Kathy, were kind, friendly & accommodating. They generously shared tickets to the San Diego Zoo with us, which was a great experience. We look forward to visiting again.

We loved this property! Overlooking the ocean, right on the path to ocean beach and the tide pools. We walked to the Wednesday farmers market, which you don’t want to miss!! I would not hesitate to stay again if we were in the area.
Just a brief note that I went to use the washing machine, and there was a lot of mold in the rubber lining of the door that I cleaned out.
Does not change my opinion of the place at all though. It was wonderful.

This was a little diamond discovery. The view and sound of the ocean was so beautiful and amazing. Tim and Kathy have a great apartment and I am looking forward to returning again one day.
