La pensione è stato recentemente ristrutturato, da cima a fondo con finiture di fascia alta. Questa impostazione molto privato è separato dall'edificio principale e ha il proprio ingresso indipendente e un parcheggio designato, che si trova proprio accanto alla porta di casa.
La pensione viene inoltre fornito con un fuori calda e doccia fredda e un armadio pieno di sedie, ombrelloni, calcio, frizbee, giocattoli per bambini, e anche qualche attrezzatura da sub per vivere la barriera proprio fuori dalla porta.
Questa spaziosa, due quarti storia vivente ha dello Chef 'cucina da sogno' con full size elettrodomestici inox, lavastoviglie, forno a microonde, frigo full size, piano cottura e forno, tutte le campane e fischietti per intrattenere, come pentole, padelle, piatti, che serve l'usura , frullatore ecc Si può divertire dentro, o utilizzare l'area comune che si affaccia sulla passeggiata di massima, mentre si griglia e rilassarsi al di fuori. Best beach location ever. We loved this property as it was clean and even included an outside shower to rinse the sand off yourself before entering back into the home. Our host was lovely, helpful, and available for any questions we had. Everything you need is in the home. There are all sorts of utensils, cookware, drinkware of all sizes, and a blender. You can make a meal or walk down to the beachside restaurants.
The property is right off the Broadwalk and across from it is the beach. You can people-watch and admire the beach in peace from the patio area. My teenagers loved the location and rode the bikes (included w/in the property) every day. This property is well cared for and my family and I loved it so much. It was hard to leave. We all look forward to coming back next summer.

After the hurricane Beryl changed our plans, we booked this beautiful place last minute after reading so many glowing reviews. It was obvious from the moment we arrived that all the positive reviews were accurate. Brenda was the warmest most hospitable host you can imagine. She welcomed us with big hugs, gave us a tour, and recommended some restaurants for us to try. As a foodie, I loved the stocked kitchen. She thought of everything to make our stay perfect...the coffee pot with k cups, the shampoo and conditioner inside as well as for the outdoor shower, a lighted makeup mirror, charging ports for phones, beach towels, chairs and an umbrella...the list goes on. It was the cleanest place we have ever stayed. Brenda was always just a text away as well. The beds were so comfortable, and it was quiet at night. The Broadwalk offered shops and a different dining location each night. The beach is clean and not crowded. We rode the bikes every morning and were so appreciative that they were available. Thank you, Brenda, for making our stay one of the best and helping us to forget that we ever heard of Hurricane Beryl. We appreciate you opening your place for us to enjoy.

The property is in a great spot right on the beach and broadwalk, and walking distance to shops and restaurants. The property is also in excellent condition, well cared for, and clean. The host is easy to reach for any questions, is quick to respond and was very accommodating. I would definitely stay here again.

This is a wonderful place that could not be closer to the beach and boardwalk. The location is perfect because you are a short walk from the evening entertainment on the boardwalk but also not bothered by any noise at night. The unit is thoughtfully appointed with everything you could need, with two bikes and beach gear, including towels and beach chairs. Communication was also great, as the check in process included pictures to help us know exactly how to access the unit from both doors. Overall this was perfect for access to the beach and everything offered on the boardwalk.

We had a great time in Hollywood beach at Brenda’s place! We stayed for 3 nights on a last minute short spring break trip. The location could not be better- steps from the beach, easy walk to food and shops, and easy parking right at the unit. Everything was exactly as described in the photos- check in and out was a piece of cake. Both beds were very comfortable and Brenda was SO responsive. Would absolutely recommend and would book again.

This property is spotless. The location is perfect-just steps from the beach. The use of beach chairs, umbrella, and beach toys is so convenient when traveling. Brenda is a fabulous host with great communication. This was our second stay and I am sure that there will be a third.

We spent a wonderful long weekend on Hollywood Beach! This is a fantastic location and very cute place! It has an upstairs with beautiful bathroom and bedrooms up. Mattresses, sheets, towels were great! Kitchen is very well stocked with everything we needed and more. We loved the veranda and beach! Brenda is an excellent host!

We stayed in unit#9 and everything about it was perfect. Easy check in. Clean, very comfortable bed, amenities. Fully stocked kitchenware. If you forgot anything, its probably there.
The outside shower was so convenient especially after swimming in the ocean. The bikes that were included was great! The beach supplies were very convenient for lounging on the beach comfortably. All this made the experience even better. No complaints from us. And we will come back and stay in Brendas properties from here on out. Shes very accommodating and helpful with any questions or concerns. The location is the most perfect spot on the broadwalk. I encourage everyone to stay here. We were able to meet Brenda and she is very nice and easy to talk too, matter fact, I feel like I've known her for years and we are already good friends!

Perfect location. A couple of blocks from the restaurants on the boardwalk, so away from the crowds, but not secluded. The unit was very nice and comfortable. Will definitely stay there again.

One of the most relaxing vacations ever! Being steps to the beach was fantastic! Having all the beach equipment, bikes and well equipped kitchen made the stay that much better! Brenda is an excellent host! Would definitely stay there again!

Only great things to say about this property! Location was perfect- right on a quieter part of the boardwalk. Parking was excellent- right outside the unit and included with the booking fee. No fob to pay for - keyless entry. Everything was very clean- the linens, the towels, and the unit itself. Came stocked with a lot of things that we didn’t need to buy or bring with us such as shampoo, conditioner, hand soaps, dishwasher sponge and soap, coffee, condiments, etc. Beds were very comfortable. The owner was very accommodating with checkout time and helpful with recommendations for restaurants and transportation. Super pleased, will definitely stay here again!!

This was our family’s first trip to Hollywood Beach and our first VRBO stay! We were so lucky that we found Brenda and her beautiful condo so we could truly enjoy our trip. Location is literally steps to the beach, so this was beyond spectacular . And Brenda was beyond amazing. She was so communicative and provided info before I even thought to ask. We are a family of four and we were right in the heart of the boardwalk. We didn’t need to rent a car. I would not only come back but highly recommend to anyone looking for a great spot on the beach.

The place was awesome and was better than what the pictures showed. It had everything you needed for a home away from home. Great location along the beach. Not too far away from the action but steps away from all the fun. You will not be disappointed. Tip - back into the parking space.

The condo was exactly as advertised and got our needs perfectly! There were beach supplies and toys for my kids, a convenient outside shower to rinse off all the sand and a great location. Brenda is the most accommodating host and was extremely responsive and helpful.

Apartment is on the ground floor - a big plus. Outside shower is a great help to keep sand out of the apartment. Plenty ot beach towels, lots of beach equipment. Appartment kitchen has everything! Coffee machine accepts K-cups or brewed coffee. While we are not board games' family, I noticed enough board games.
Not expected pleasant surprise is bikes! This made our mornings even better! You have to go out for the ride before a bike lane on the board walk gets too crowded.
Amazing 2.5 miles to hike to Dania beach pier. Few ice cream shops on the boardwalk.
Diversed crowd, nice age variety, showing there is a life past 40 :). Brenda did everything do make our stay as worry free as possible. Thanks to her we had groceries delivered even before our arrival. Amazing 5 days of being active, watching splendid sunrises and sunsets, eating delicious Cuban and Japaneese food, lots and lots if ice cream and feeling happy!

It is so easy to get to the beach. The provided chairs and umbrellas are very nice. Be sure to use the covered shared area when it rains, we were able to watch the waves from there. We did not rent a car and did not need one. If you have any questions, the owner is very helpful and will answer promptly.

The hosts did all the right things making this a very comfortable stay! Great beds and bedding, nice towels and extra blankets, fully stocked kitchen, and even shampoo and soap in the shower. All the comforts of home, and Brenda was great to talk with and super helpful. And you can't beat the beach front location right on the Broadwalk. Def recommended!

This was my 2nd time at this particular property. Brenda is absolutely amazing, the place is clean updated and well kept. She is also ready for any questions you may have. My and my 3 daughters thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will return!!

Unit was clean and had everything we needed. Nice beach chairs, beach umbrella and assortment of toys. Storage locker with beach items outside of unit which was nice. Great location away from high rises and lots of people. It was like having a private beach. Beach was so close to unit which was great for kids. Parking spot right next to the front door which was super convenient. This unit was very quiet. No complaints. Owner very responsive.

You really don’t need a car! Our car sat the entire trip. Skip the car and have groceries delivered. What a concept! We walked to a restaurant on the intracoastal. Margaritaville is a 10 minute walk. You’re far enough away from the action to avoid the noise, but close enough to check out the band at the Band Shell or enjoy a beverage at Margaritaville. The location is perfection! It was nice to have the outdoor shower and all the beach amenities and the beach is steps away. The bikes were a nice touch and allowed us a morning cruise on the broad walk. Air conditioning in both bedrooms and downstairs. Brenda is a wonderful host!

Had an excellent stay over our spring break. The condo was perfect for our needs. Very clean and comfortable. The unit is well stocked for all aspects of a beach vacation (beach gear, towels, etc) The kitchen has plenty of items for just hanging out or doing more advanced cooking. Awesome to be steps from the beach and an easy walk to several restaurants and shops. Brenda (the owner) is very responsive and friendly. I certainly recommend this space for couples and small families. Would happily return.

If you are looking for a nice, clean, quaint place with all the comforts and amenities of home, this is your place. It doesn't really have an inside view of the ocean but you take 10 steps and you have a wonderful place to sit to enjoy the Broadwalk and the beautiful ocean views. It truly is one of the best places to stay at Hollywood. Out of 4 families that were at Hollywood with us, 3/4 would have chosen this place to the big Hotels. Bikes were available along with chairs and other beach essentials. I loved the ease of hopping on a bike and riding the Broadwalk in the morning. The best coffee in town was within a 2-minute walk down the Broadwald as well. It really was a wonderful place. If I go back to Hollywood I will definitely stay again. Brenda was amazing to work with:-)
