The stuffs were good also gave me a complementary ride to the airport and allowed food from outside. We had a baby and it's tough to go for breakfast. Upon requesting room service for the breakfast they served it at our home even though it's against there policy.

The washroom had few issues. The bathtub water stopper was broken. The stuffs cleaned the place whenever requested but the cleaning service could be improved. They need to mop the floor with better cleaning products.

Staff very friendly, located in central area.

My stay at White Palace Hotel was enjoyable. The property is truly impressive, the food is undoubtedly delicious, and the environment is pleasant.I had a great time, thanks to the excellent service and the genuinely friendly and helpful staff.

I really appreciated that the hotel was well-lit, and the walls were brightly colored. Unlike 90% of the other hotels I've stayed in in Bangladesh, which tend to have dark walls and dimly lit rooms, this one was a pleasant change. I particularly dislike poorly lit bathrooms, and this hotel had good lighting there too. One of the standout features was the hotel's restaurant, which offered 24-hour service and had an extensive menu to choose from. The complimentary all-you-can-eat breakfast that came with the room was generous. However, I would have liked to see a greater variety of fruits beyond bananas and pineapples. Even canned fruit and a bit of yogurt would have been a welcome addition. What truly set this place apart was the exceptional staff. They made me feel special, and even the owner personally extended a warm display of hospitality. It's a real gem of a hotel.

It was a bit distant from my preferred shopping location; however, the recently opened metro system did help reduce the hassle of dealing with the terrible traffic.

I liked the cleanliness of the hotel and helpfulness of the staff. The free breakfast was good and the pickup service was excellent.

The electric kettle was not working. One of the rooms was missing sandals for washroom.
