This place smelled of must/mold when you walked in. When you sat on the sofa you bottomed out, no support. The furniture was really old. The only positive was the location. We had to buy strong scented candles in order to stay inside. It really needs an update. Then, to top it off a sign was put in front of our house that they were tearing it down. Should have done it sooner, before they got my $

Quick weekend trip with family and friends. The location was great, close to everything. We walked everywhere. Although the house is definitely older, it was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. Our interactions with the owner (it is managed by Remax) were good and they answered all our questions. We loved the front porch and were glad the weather was nice enough that we were able to use it. We also appreciated that we could bring our dog with us for the weekend. All-in-all a great stay. Fantastic value for the location. Would recommend and will definitely stay here again.

I told my husband it was a dump. He convinced me it is a sh!thole.
First we noticed two light fixtures were not working: the front porch light and the light in the back bedroom that you enter to go out the back door. A note says there are light bulbs in the unit, but we found none. One of the lamps in the primary bedroom has a broken on/off switch .
The porch door is falling off its hinges. It desperately needs painting. There are so many dead bugs in one outdoor light fixture that almost no light gets through. The walls are damaged and the ceiling has moldy spots.
The blue sofa sinks due to its broken seating supports. The dining room chairs are rusted metal. I found a dirty pan in the oven. First floor bathroom in moldy and leaks from the bottom.
The broken washing machine in the unit overflowed. After waiting 2 days for a plumber (who never showed up) to come clean it up and fix it, we were told that the washer had been broken for a while; the owner wasn't going to fix it and knew it that it leaked. I was supposed to have been told not to use that washer. They blamed us for using it at all! They directed us to a filthy, cluttered garage washer that had a man’s wet laundry in it that was still there days later.
After a rain, the driveway puddling was so bad I couldn't get into my car without wading through 3 inches of muddy water. The landscaping is either dead or overgrown. Other residents leave dog poop in the yard.

We had 5 guests, including 2 children. Was clean and was a good location to beach. Would have beeb really tight with any more guests. Was nice to have the additional parking pass for a second car.

This place was the best location, completely walking distance to beach and all the beach bars, shops and eats. The inside was pretty good space-wise, but one queen room was a bit tight. We had 4 adults and 2 babies. Kitchen was fairly well stocked, just be sure to bring oven mits and sharper knives if needed (I was cutting a watermelon). The place could definitely use some paint and a deep floor clean but the furniture was updated and comfy so overall a good place for the price!

The description and photos describe the place well. We found the living room comfortable for our party of 4 adults. The kitchen was servicable for the few meals we cooked ourselves, well stocked with cookware and utensils. Unit is equipped with Comcast cable, and you can get Netflix and Amazon Prime TV if you use your own account. Doing so is easy. We recommend that the owner do something about the bed in the smaller second floor bedroom. It is not supported on one side and feels like you are falling out. Bring your own linens and paper products. The owners were living in a different unit on premises. They were super friendly without being intrusive. We would rent here again with a better bed.

We felt scammed. This unit is advertised as a 4 bedroom. What is not TOTALLY clear is that an attic like bedroom is accessed through one of the main bedrooms. The stairway up is very steep and if over 6’ you have to duck or take a head bump. Small window AC just about cooled the room with OAT at 80 degrees. This room should not be called a bedroom due to passage through main bedroom. Very disappointed. The 4th bedroom , single bed, is off the kitchen and has minute bathroom . With the air handler in corner closet , this is a very noisy room and would not cool if the door was closed. The beds were all atrocious. Hard with squeaky mattress box-spring combo. Only slightly better than a GI cot. We all noted and commented on the poor cleaning. Black stains and dust (mold) around ceiling registers. Shelf tops greasy. IN SHORT this unit should be rated a two bedroom of modest condition.

This property is in an excellent location and the rental process was seamless. The house is perfect for families with small children and I appreciated having access to a beach cart and chairs. However, when I arrived I immediately had to wash all of the bed covers as they were covered in stains. It looked as if they hadn't been washed all season. It also seemed like the cleaning crew did the bare minimum as the floors were filthy. I was disappointed that for my one vacation this summer I spent a lot of time doing laundry and cleaning immediately upon my arrival.

Great spot
It was homey, but not in a sloppy way. It was comfortable, clean, and very nice for a family group. Practicalities were a breeze and we did not have any problems. We would certainly stay here again!

Ideal location for anyone looking to be within a distance of a short walk the beach, shopping, and restaurants. Quiet neighborhood. The agents handling the rental were extremely prompt in replying to all calls and emails.

Beach Getaway
Great place for a beach getaway! The property is very comfortable, easy to find, and makes for a great base of operations for a Rehoboth Beach stay. There were four of us (adults) and we found it very easy to get to the beach, restaurants, and bars. You're about 2.5 blocks off the beach... an easy walk. And, you're centrally located if you'd like to be in town. It's a great location to park the car and not get back in until you leave. Parking in the back is a little tight getting in/out, but very manageable. The front porch is a great area to gather.

Great Spot for Delaware Races
We stayed here as we were running both the 5K Race on Saturday & the 9K/Half Marathon on Sunday- Great Location for the Dewey race on Saturday & the Rehoboth Boardwalk start on Sunday. Place was in walking distance of all events and place on Rehoboth Ave. & surrounding community. Property was large enough to hold seven of us.

Nice place but could be a little closer to the beach
One issue is it could use a dishwasher and the beds were stiff and noisy. Rent side a if you have a choice, has dishwasher and more up to date for same price which doesn’t seem quite right. Met cleaning person and she was very nice and helpful. A great time was had.

Nice, low key
The property was fine. No outdoor place to relax like a balcony or deck but screened in porch. 10 minutes from the beach. Few basics in the house like dish soap or garbage bags. Bring your own pillows with your sheets…the ones provided are not great.

The beds are VERY uncomfortable. That's our biggest complaint. Also, there were only 2 very old beach chairs. We own chairs that didn't bring because it was described that they were provided. This house is older and could use some home improvement but the location is terrific. If they changed out the beds we would stay again.

Great location, awesome front porch
Excellent location — blocks from beach and boardwalk — screened porch was a bonus and great for sitting in the late afternoon, with a glass of wine, and watching the neighbors walk by. It also was great to have off street parking.

Great long weekend with family & pets
This location was great, felt like home right away. Easy to walk to restaurants, the beach, and shops. The kids bedroom upstairs needing to walk through ours was a little tedious, and the back entrance passing through a bedroom could bother some people, but my teenager didn’t mind. Great response when we needed the WiFi password fixed. We enjoyed our stay very much!

Great Beach House
This place was awesome! The listing did a good job representing the actual rental with special touches like board games, books and DVD’s. Kitchen is well stocked and the a/c worked great. Loved all the natural light through the windows and the enclosed porch was perfect for morning coffee and the afternoon storms. Box springs on the queen beds are noisy but everyone slept great. Walk to the beach was about 15 minutes with kids and beach gear but totally manageable.

Great quick get away
Our stay was great! The property was close to all of the action. My only concern is that there was a dumpster and portapotty in our driveway which limited our space by a lot. There was broken glass on the driveway so I couldn’t let my kids out there to play which was disappointing because that is why we chose the rental.

Good location
Close enough to walk everywhere. House could use some upgrades, but nothing terrible. Check in and check out was easy. We have been completing a construction project in our own home for several months. Was eager to get away from that for a few days. Disappointed when we pulled up to the property and saw a portojohn and a giant dumpster in the driveway. If I had known there was construction on the property I probably would’ve picked somewhere else.

Great location!
We needed a pet friendly place with a screened porch (to safely see local family during Covid) to stay for a few nights in Rehoboth. This fit the bill and worked well for our weekend. The rental is half of a house and has very generous seeping spaces but not a lot of common space. If renting in summer it would not be an issue but in January it felt a bit cramped for us. It is a pretty bare bones rental, and while there is a yard it is not fenced and more of a dirt/grass area behind the house. Overall, it was fine, though!
