Our best stay in Nashville to date! Ideal location, great accommodations, comfy bed. We loved everything about this condo and hope we can stay there again soon. We were able to walk to music and fabulous restaurants and watch the fireworks after the ball game. We even enjoyed a few hours grabbing some sunshine at the pool.

My husband & I had a great time in Nashville & the River front condo was perfect for us. Very clean & plenty of space. Equipped with everything we needed. We really enjoyed being able to walk to Broadway, the Gulch & Germantown. Would definitely stay again.

We very much enjoyed our stay. The property was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The balcony with a river view is an added bonus. We would stay here again.

Beautiful, clean apartment. Quite a few homeless people just on other side of fence of property but the property is well kept and close to everything. Once construction is done nearby it will be easier to get to but it still wasn't bad at all.

Property is very clean and nicely decorated as presented. After a long day of traveling, check in did not go smoothly, entailing a call, then text to homeowners. Location was next to a concrete company that operated day and night..its quite a long walk to Broadway, and dont know if would walk after dark. Getting to downtown was easy to get to by car, once one figured out parking!

The apartment is beautiful and the perfect size for the two of us. It is a short Uber ride to town (we had no issues with getting an Uber quickly) There was no issues with noise, it was very quiet. We would definitely recommend staying there. We found the book very helpful with things to do. Loved the candy!,

We have stayed at the Perfect Note multiple times now. Everything about it makes it an easy choice to keep coming back. Convenient location that is also quiet and clean. Check-in is a breeze and the assigned parking is also a huge plus. We love Nashville and love staying here! Thanks again, we will be back soon!

This is a very comfortable, well maintained and well out-fitted condo. It is located within easy access to the sites and activities we wanted to see - Broadway, the Ryman Auditorium, the Country Music Hall of Fame, Printers Alley etc… We would recommend this condo to anyone. We hope to stay here again when we come back.

It was our first visit to Nashville. The location was good, but there was construction going on everywhere.

Once we got the lay of the land, the location is good. We could walk to downtown & Germantown. Wish there would have been a grocery within walking distance. The walls are thin, you can hear the neighbors talking, shouting, laughing, stomping across the floor and slamming doors at all hours. We turned the HVAC fan on full time to mask the noise. Ubers do get lost heading to this location with construction and being off the beaten path, we had three Ubers cancel on us after the 10:00 a.m. checkout, we ended up walking with our luggage to downtown to have a better chance of getting an Uber. Other renters we saw on property said they experienced Ubers cancelling on them too. There is a lot of construction all throughout Nashville, plan ahead for travel time whether walking or Ubering. Condo is clean, great towels, great bedding, comfy bed and a very nice remodel/update. First time to Nashville, we had a great time!

Fabulous stay at this condo. Very clean, stocked, updated and comfortable. Many nice touches by the owners. Convenient easy walk to Broadway and Germantown neighborhood. Would highly recommend this listing!

The place is very nicely furnished and comfortable. Tastefully decorated. It was close enough to town but far enough away and the location was quiet. There is a small pool and the complex is well lit at night. We would absolutely stay here again. As with many other cities Nashville does have a growing homeless population and walking from the location to town could be described as a little dodgy especially at night but we did it every day and night and it was fine. No one bothered or approached us. The area is beginning to have some other new development. Don’t let it out you off just be streetwise as you would anywhere else or use uber.

Cozy, comfortable home away from home nicely located to allow for easy access to all Nashville has to offer

This was my wife and I's first vacation without having to bring the kids with us. We had a wonderful time in the Nashville area and the condo had all the necessary items for cooking their along with plenty of linens. Very comfortable and just the right size for (2) people.

The condo is in an amazing location, easy walk to Broadway, Nissan Stadium and also brewery’s and restaurants near the condo. The unit itself was so comfortable and quiet and cozy. Anything you needed was there- the beds were awesome and also the family room furniture was comfortable to sit on too. I would highly recommend this unit for anyone.

The Perfect Note is a great place to stay. It’s far enough away from busy downtown but close enough to take a quick Uber or even walk to it. It was very clean and had everything we needed. The hosts were great. I would definitely recommend! My boyfriend and I went to Nashville on a little getaway and to see a Luke Combs concert at Nissan stadium. We spent time downtown on broadway as well. So many fun places to hangout and eat. Some of our favorites were Ole Red, Sun Diner, Jason Aldean’s bar and FGL House to name a few.

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful condo. Julie was very responsive and helpful with all of our inquiries. The entire condo has been updated and is super clean. It is conveniently located between the Downtown area and Germantown, about a 15-20 minute walk to bars and restaurants in either direction.

We loved the condo! It was very quiet when we were there. Very relaxing with great amenities. It was also very convenient for all of our Nashville excursions as it’s a short 5 minute Uber ride to Broadway and within walking distance to the quaint Germantown area. The condo itself was the cleanest property we have ever stayed in, truly impressive and important to us. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will be back again! Thank you! John

We just came to Nashville for a couple of days ....but this place made me feel like I've been here forever. It was so comfy and cozy. Felt like home! Super clean and updated there was a ton of construction but they did warn us about that and we had zero problems with our ubers the whole time we were there. We would 100% stay here again. About 1mike from Broadway! Cozy, clean and lots to do near by!

We enjoyed our stay at this little gem. So extremely clean and beautifully decorated. A little difficult to find due to so many road closures due to construction, but well worth it after we found our way. We truly appreciated the hospitality of water and little treats upon our arrival. We walked to and from Broadway Street on the trail along the river. We also walked the trail to Germantown for dinner. What a great weekend at this comfy little condo. Can't wait to stay there and visit Nashville again soon.
