La nostra casa è di circa 1500 piedi quadrati con un enorme cortile, officina per i tuoi hobby, piscina per il tuo relax e un grande patio barbecue per l'intrattenimento per rendere i tuoi nuovi ricordi! L'intera casa è stata completamente rinnovata e aggiornata con molta attenzione ai dettagli e al comfort! Ci sono tre camere da letto con letti matrimoniali e offriamo anche un letto matrimoniale se hai bisogno di più posti letto. Tutto è fresco e nuovo, compresi letti, lenzuola, stoviglie e mobili. Non abbiamo risparmiato spese per assicurarci che il tuo soggiorno, sia esso per lavoro o per piacere, sia niente di meno che perfetto!
La nostra casa è molto adatta alle famiglie e sicuramente intratterrà tutti. Gioca a freccette nella sala giochi all'aperto o magari giocane uno su uno nel ping pong. Offriamo anche una grande libreria di film in dvd per quelle volte in cui vuoi solo rilassarti e rilassarti! Siamo animali domestici, quindi non lasciare a casa la tua pelliccia! C'è un cancello sul retro per assicurare che i vostri animali domestici e bambini piccoli siano sempre al sicuro intorno alla piscina! (C'è un costo di $ 50,00, una tantum per ogni animale domestico)

More than I expected
Lovely decor. Clean and comfortable. Outdoor backyard with water feature and pool very relaxing. Neighborhood quiet yet close to all major shopping and freeway. Beds very comfortable. Everything needed in the kitchen. Our host was responsive to any need we had. I'd definitely stay again.

Fun house in Central Tulare location!
House is perfect for a family getaway! Nicely furnished, central location in Tulare and has all the amenities a guest could ask for (perfect for entertaining). It even had all of the necessities for our pups had we brought them. We would definitely recommend staying here and plan to again in the future.

Great house for family stay!
We stayed here for 3 nights to visit Sequoia and Kings Canyon National Parks with my kids and in-laws. It was a great house for our family! The kids loved the pool and the house was spacious enough for our family to spread out. Kitchen was well-equipped for cooking the basics. Host was very helpful - would stay here again!

It was absolutely amazing.
Summer was a phenomenal host. The place was perfect for what we needed. Every time I had a question Summer answered immediately. The neighbors were wonderful. The pictures are beautiful that are posted. Once we arrived and were physically there it was even better. There was plenty of room. Every room in the house was decorated beautifully. My family and I were very comfortable in the house. The pool and yard space were even more of a bonus. It was a perfect vacation from the moment we walked in until the moment we left. We couldn’t have asked for a better place.

Awesome home
Tha home is awesome. Upon arrival everything was clean and neat. We had such a great time in the house and swimming pool. The communication with the property manager was great. Whatever we asked we had a response in a very short time. Everything was perfect and we definitely will rent the house again if we get the chance or go in that direction.

Perfect for us
The house was just what we needed... Comfortable, convenient and welcoming. In town to visit relatives and it was the perfect spot to relax with a drink by the pool, bbq and play games. Our dog had a great time too with the large grass area to play on, and the big gated patio to see all the action, but keep out of the sun as it got hotter and hotter! Summer was wonderful to work with... Friendly communication and quick to respond to our pretrip questions. Thanks for the easy and relaxing vacation.

anniversary trip
We truly enjoyed this lovely home. Almost everything was perfect to meet our needs. Wish the kitchen had been better stocked, but it was small needs and we made do, so nothing I would truly complain about. We look forward to returning.

Relaxing and Stress free
We spent 4 days at Summers home. It’s impeccably clean - especially her floors/cabinets/yard. Simple check-in and Check-out. Fun and engaging kitchen to cook in. My 7/4 year old had a blast in the pool. I felt safe with the gate and the depth of the pool. The yard is clear of clutter/debris and safe for our dashaund and girls. We took their drifter/big wheels and they rode around on the concrete slab. Pool pump/sprinklers automatic and yard maintenance came during the week - did their job and left. No inconveniences for us. The one time I needed Summer she came within an hour and called me before she was on the way. Extremely communicative and first class customer service!! Thank you Summer

Nice home close to rivers, farms, zoo, and national parks.
We created some great new family memories over Spring Break. Nice home and well equipped. The location is close to stores and about 1 hour drive to the river and national parks. My kids enjoyed cooling off in the pool. Summer was prompt in her response when we had a few questions. Would stay here again : )

Great getaway from the city
We were in the process of still working remotely due to our county sheltering in place. We were looking to get out of our place in the city with our two dogs, and Summer's property was the perfect fit. We went to the grocery store once and then never left the house again! Between the comforts of the home and the lounging in the backyard, we couldn't have asked for a better "home away from home". It was easy to get comfortable, and Summer was extremely responsive to any questions we had! We ended up wanting to extend our stay one night longer and she made it so simple. We'd definitely come back!! Thank you!

This is a beautiful home in the heart of Tulare! Very clean and comfortable with a gorgeous backyard, fully equipped with everything you need. Summer is so sweet and accommodating, I was sad to leave! Definitely recommend this home.

Great stay at our getaway to the National Parks

Our puppy will give you a high five paw because he loved sleeping and basking in the sun on your outdoor patio. My husband and I liked the big kitchen and grilling out. It was a wonderful birthday weekend.

Great property great experience
This house was perfect. Everyone fit, it had a nice living room, great backyard and was all very modern decor and felt very homey. I love that it was pet friendly as well! This way it really felt like the whole family was on vacation. Great place and the owners were very quick to answer questions and give tips.

A nice escape
WE really enjoyed our stay. We had 10 days to reconnect with family and have a staycation! the whole house was nice. the Thrid bedroom was hotter than the rest of the house(just off the garage) but that suited our daughter just fine, because she is always cold :) the couches are comfy. and the yard is big althogh the pool is small. But it is wet and the kids enjoyed it. We only hasd two issues while there. One, is the ants, I understand that they are being dealt with in the best way possible. But, they are stillthere, and have to be cleaned up several times a day. and chased down. So, it was a nuisance at best. they only other issue was that the pool started to get very dirty after about a week, my son cleaned the pool and we tried to keep the pump running more often than the timing was set for. But I didn't expect that we would have to do pool maintenance during our vacation. Again, it was manageable, but a nuisance as well. Overall, a very pleasant stay, and I would recommend this house. Owner is very nice and helpful!

This is a great place to stay. Close to shopping in a nice area. Loved being able to come back to the house and jump in the pool. Patio was awesome and where we spent most of our time. House was updated and very nice.

Perfect relaxation vacay!!!
We totally achieved our purpose on our stay. We are workaholics and truly needed a getaway where we did not have to leave the house. Only took one trip to the local supermarket to stock up. Was able to de-stress my way: Cooked, baked and enjoyed the pool with my kids! The house had everything we needed. Best part was that we did not have to leave our fur babies behind!!! Plenty of space for our 2 fur babies to run around and enjoy the back yard. Thank you, Summer for your warm welcome! We will most definitely come back!!!

Amazing time!
Hi there, we had the most incredible time with our family. We had a quiet 4th of July and that is rare. All the beds were comfortable, the furniture was comfy and beautiful. My family took tons of pictures and my dogs loved it. I highly recommend this home. It was beyond perfect!! Thank you! We would love to rent this again next year.

Tulare Gem
We had a great time at the home. The house was cozy and adequately met our needs. The favorite among our weekend guests was the pool and patio. We left some pool toys for other guests to enjoy I hope that was ok. My only feedback is that we battled ants the entire time we were there! They were on the march upon our arrival. That was not a pleasant experience. Additionally, I understand that not everyone has the same level of cleanliness. So I understand the owners having guests wash the dishes we use and take out the trash, but having to strip the beds when we paid a $100 cleaning fee in my opinion is outrageous. It definitely took away from the vacation vibe. Overall, it was a lovely home.

It was a great experience. Had our daughter's wedding in the beautiful backyard. The house is beautiful, the pool was great and Summer Stanley is a great host and a great lady. I will be back for sure. Our family enjoyed our week there

Not only a "rare find" but a precious gem
I can't find sufficient words to express the warmth and welcome our family felt as we made this lovely property our temporary home. The owner was always pleasant and readily available to address any questions. The minor issues that we encountered were resolved immediately and the hospitality we experienced went above and beyond our expectations. We thoroughly enjoyed the numerous "extra special touches" provided and look forward to an opportunity to return. We might just have to make up a reason to visit Tulare, again.

Fun in the sun
My family very much enjoyed our stay. We had 10 days of family fun in total comfort and total bliss. Pool is perfect for entertaing kids and fire side by the pool at night for mom and dad! Neighbors are friendly, neighborhood is quite and the owner is on top of everything. We didn't have one complaint or any issues with the home. Decorations are perfect for the valley. Loved all of the home/experience. We will be back.

Relaxing and cozy getaway
Clean and cozy house! Comfortable beds! Relaxing backyard! Enjoyed relaxing by the pool and playing ping pong. The water pressure in showers is extremely low.

Misrepresentations galore
This home was represented as having no steps inside. Yet, my 94 year old mother in law fell down the two steps leading to the second bath and third bedroom. This bedroom has no door and was an add on room off the kitchen.
Owner admitted to the accidental misrepresentation and said she would change the ad wording. I still appears as accessible on her Airbnb ad. In addition, the ad states a 1:00 check in time but she upon our arrival she said
time was 4:00. Beds were not made and dishwasher was still full. Sent her daughter over to complete the cleaning process so we couldn't unpack until after 4:00. One bed had no flat sheet so when reported owner said she had to purchase one, and now blames me for it. Since the fall was reported to owner I was forced to alter my vacation plans. I then requested a partial credit and owner denies responsibility for the misrepresentations. BAD OWNER, BAD EXPERIENCE. And, the "games" listed, I never saw, nor was I
told where to find them.
