Awesome hotel

Breakfast options were not the best. Ive stayed at other Holiday inn with a variety of options. Elevators were dirty and our bathroom tub was dirty.

The staff were so helpful when I was looking for some plastic silverware in the evening. The room was clean, quiet and perfect for our trip. The ice maker wasn’t working in our floor, but the 3rd floor maker worked just fine.

Transients hanging out in the parking lot did not make me feel comfortable walking to my car in the evening

My family and I stayed here visiting family in town and I found our stay was very comfortable only thing I can complain about was being such a busy week their should have been more staff and The company or management should have prepared a little better staff wise and a few other accommodations such as towels and such. Overall I think the staff did great working as a team, they definitely have great customer service here!

The staff was friendly and very accommodating. Our room was clean and nice. We were disappointed, however, that the pool was green and didn’t seem entirely clean.

Everything was overall great.

Pool was nasty. It was filled with algae and dirt on the bottom and not clean - basically like a pond. The hot tub jets didn’t work. We saw a dead cockroach in the stairwell the first day and it was still there when we checked out 4 days later. I didn’t see a cockroach anywhere else but it still made me very uneasy and eager to check out. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff at the desk were nice and helpful.

There was hair in the shower

Seems recently upgraded, but bed is too soft for me. Modern linens & esthetics. Room door & walls beaten up, hair on bathroom floor, dirt smudged here & there. The price was right, so we stayed a second night. Pool water green.

Hotel is in an ideal location close to freeways and convenience stores. Plenty of space in the breakfast area. Staff is friendly and helpful. Only recommendation is to have housekeeping to double verify all areas cleaned to ensure there was not a spot that needed to be clean omitted.

Amazing! Sonia helped us and confirmed thar hot tub was open. We had an amazing night after a long day at the sequoia park. The breakfast was good, and we loved our room.

The bed was very uncomfortable

The hotel.com charges too much, almost $60 for the entire booking cost.. I recommend not to use Hotels.com but directly to the hotel website or call a representative. Morning breakfast is OK but bathroom cleanliness is not, not because the caretaker but the way they built the restroom

This place was great. Complimentary breakfast as well. Very quiet. Stayed here for two days and our stay was great.

The property was easy access from freeway

Pros: The property looks clean, breakfast was decent, room spacious and clean, and it is close to highway, shops, restaurants--great location! Cons: The front desk staff was not inviting--I walked in and no one was at the counter, then I went up to the counter and someone came out from the back and came up to the counter, but she did not greet or say anything. I waited a moment and I was the one that greeted her instead of her greeting me. I broke the ice by asking what she needed from me to check in. Then she finally spoke and was cordial. The room door was very dingy, dirty and made me feel like I was in a cheap dirty motel--the white door should be scrubbed clean or repainted--I felt "icky" opening the door. Fortunately, the room was clean, however, it did smell like musty and probably needs to be aired out. I put the trashcan on the door to crack the door open and turned on the fan to circulate the stale air and create a clean air draft. The room we stayed in faced the pool and the light was very bright to sleep and the curtains left a gap and the bottom so we couldn't make the room darker, wish the curtains covered that.
